Called to find out why they canceled my Order instead of delivering it next Friday as promised, young female person laughed, refused to give her name, and hung up on me! So RUDE!! I called back, the same thing!

I was having a really bad experience at the store on Archibald in Eastvale I came to the store here in Norco on River Road and had a totally different experience they have no problems accepting my packages they got scanned and I was on my way. Its about eight minutes further then the closest store to me but their service is by far our way better here I will continue to come to the store thank you very much keep up the good work..

Great UPS Store. The staff here are super friendly!!! I come here from Chino even when theres another UPS Store like a min from my house.They absolutely take care off all my shipping needs!!Always so kind to even package my stuff for Ebay when I asked if they can. Such a clean place too. Highly recommend this location!!!

The employees at The UPS Store on River Road, Norco are very welcoming, kind and give great service. We ordered a new address stamp. They called us to let us know it had come in. When we didn’t respond, they phoned us again. That was the correct thing to do. It’s always a nice shop to do business with.

This UPS store is very clean and organized.I was greeted by Rachelle with a warm smile the second I walked through the door.She works very diligently and handled all my paperwork with care and did it in a timely manner. Being a member of retail management Rachelle is definitely an astounding employee.If possible I would give more than 5 stars!! I went in to ship a couple things today at this store. Chris was very knowledgeable about the products and services and he was super nice and helped me pick the right service to get my package out to Ohio. He offered to package it for me to keep my fragile items safe. Thank you Chris. I will use your store in the future when I am in the area again.

I like this Location

I went to drop off an Amazon return on 6/6/20 to this location and now the shipment is missing. Contacted them twice to verify whether the shipment was picked up and got two conflicting pick-up dates. Thankfully Amazon processed my refund but how does a package just go missing? I also contacted Amazon to start an investigation.
