When I need something printed out I come here and my experience is usually good.. Last week when I needed help printing a file from my phone I was having a hard time transferring the file to be printable.. I asked 2 other associates to help me but they just said they didnt know and didnt waste any of their time helping me.I was there for 30 minutes trying to figure it out and finally Alexis (I believe )was able to help me after she was done helping a customer. She was knowledge and was able to help me. Thank you again.
I just went here today and the computers were down but the Manager Jason helped me anyway! He couldve easily said sorry cant help you but he went above and beyond I really needed that inspiration...I was getting some pics downloaded for a funeral that had taken place to make a video for the family and my computer was down...what a great person!
I always go to this location but after today I will never go here, around 2pm today there was a lady at the counter who was the worst horrible person I have ever met, I simply asked to exchange the item and she kept showing me attitude towards me as the item is stolen, after they didnt have any in stock I asked for a refund and she refused and told me to return it at a different staples. I had to get the manager involved to solve my issue. This lady needs to find a different job and leave staples.
I had trouble getting my legal size .pdf printed on a letter size page using the copy machine and my USB drive, so I had to use the rental workstation computers they have there for 30 cents a minute. The HP printer had some sort of connection problem so I ended up spending 8 minutes when I only needed 4. It’s not a big difference, but consider that if you’re paying a premium to use equipment provided by the store, you have every right to expect that technology to work flawlessly. So the one less star is for the equipment malfunction. However, the tech, Dominic, was extremely helpful and fixed the issue and even refunded the extra 4 minutes back to me, so every star of my 4-star review is for his flawless customer service.

I was looking for a combo package of XL size ink for my printer. They were out. I had to buy individual XL colors and the XL black.
I had a great and quick service from the employees, specially Valery who helped me with my printing and faxing.
It seems that every time I go to this location there is and issue. The print and copy area is always behind. Today, I purchased copy paper and envelopes, that was even a challenge. First, the clerk could not scan the coupons without the assistance of a manager. Then, the clerk could not process a sale promotion for paper without the assistance of a manager. The clerks attitude was, I cant, its not possible. I had to tell her please get your manager. I often wonder if some transactions would be easier if my skin was fairer.

My review is for Rayleen at the Norco Ca store. I was in a rush to get 3 menu pcs laminated at the end of the day. Rayleen turned the machine back on to help me. She laminated my 3 pcs that I needed and she kept a smile on her face though she had to stop the cleaning of her work area to help me. 5 stars for the store and 100 stars for Rayleen. I just want to let you know that my esperience at your store has been one of the best I have ever had. Greatest job Rayleen I appreciate your great customer service attitud when helping me!!
Went in to look at lap tops but there was no one that bothered to help me i must have browsed over them for 15 to 20 min and not one person asked if they could help. So i left thinking to myself as i was walking out they just missed a good sale cause i was ready to buy
Had the items I needed in stock and fast checkout with the quantity key instead of taking forever with multiple items
Love using the print and copying services here. In my experience, the staff has always been helpful and my projects get done in the time frame that works best for me.
Awesome service at the copy print, double check that they order the right product if picking up. Took forever to return the item I was picking up, floor staff could be better trained, so for wasting my time I’m deducting a star.
Went in to send a fax. Asked for help since there is no sign on instructions. After waiting ten minutes a guy came to help. He said insert your credit card and then put papers in face down. I asked if cover sheet was free he said yes. So I did as he said well after I pressed send it charged me $4.48. Because it charged the cover sheet and because it was not a local call. I then said isnt this riverside and this is a 951 area that I dialed and only sent one page besides the cover sheet. He then replies no for some reason the fax machine is a 909 number I guess we do charge for cover sheet. Im so mad that the took my money like that. Its not much but its the principle
My wife and I where at the copy and print center where we got excellent customer service. After being there 10 minutes I realized that I had to go to the restroom. I hurried to the back and found the restrooms were locked. After a quick search for an employee I came across Alexis. When I asked her to let me into to the restroom she rolled her eyes and walked to let me in without even saying a word. It was really awkward and would of her. When I brought it up to the manager in charge she kinda shrugged it off and said shed speak to her. I really doubt she did.
The online pickup desk should have a bell or something to let them know youre waiting. But once they get there, the service is great!
They help me with a email transcript and help me fax it to the place it needed to go to thank you Staples I wish remember the salesman name he was so helpful I could of not done it on my owne against thanks.
I went to print a prepaid label because my WIFI was down. The employee showed how to do it on my phone. She was helpful and friendly.
LOUSIEST SERVICEI went to Staples on 3/18/2017 around 7pm. I own multiple business. Sometimes our staff pays with several credit cards for different businesses and sometimes cash depending the size of the purchase.I had Dr Grip 6 refills with dried up ink, which we purchased around 1-2 months back. Few open and rest not open or used. I scanned my card and they found 1 pack and rest they said without the receipt they cannot exchange. Each refill packet is $2.49. I was there over half an hour talking to cashier, then another worker came over and then the female manager. For total return of $4.98, I was there over half an hour and they refused to exchange because they could not find the receipt on my card or phone number. They found around 4 pens, but not refills. Myself and the staff have around 18-20 pens. We shop around $2,000+ at Staples every month.Last time for another return, they could not find the receipt by scanning my card, later I went back with the receipt charged on the same card and they replaced it. It was the same Norco Staples store.Usually I dont give much reviews, but this one had to be written.Service is getting LOUSY AND FURTHER LOUSY

Went into the store tonight and I needed a wifi range extender. They had the n600 there showing on the floor for 24.99 . I took it up to the counter after verifying the skew and they told me that it was the right item but displayed early as it doesnt start until tomorrow. Also they couldnt pull up my business account and the manager wanted nothing to do with the sale. I will never recommend this store and if you want a bad customer experience this is the perfect store to go to.

The entrance and location of store was off because it make me enter behind the store not in front. The entrance was one after the correct entrance.
I couldnt find a tv hdmi adapter to connect my firestick. This place does have better electronic tv adapters.
