I absolutely understand that its COVID time and everything is getting pricier and more expensive, like household supplies, food, gasoline, building materials, etc. But when you see a storage place jumping their prices not 10%, 30%, or even 50% as some businesses have done, but the Life Storage in Norco, CA have decided that isnt enough and raised their rates to over 100%. That is something I cant ignore. There is nothing being produced, made, or renovated, and its simply the pandemic demand that drives self-storage industry rental rate gains for the business owners for sure. There is a difference between rate increases year after year by a small percentage because of the economic growth, etc, and not taking obvious advantage of the pandemic situation which we are all in. Very disappointed to see Life Storage in Norco, CA using their control of power to benefit their packets with profits for their enjoyment and satisfaction.

It was until the number 2 as he said I am the one helping me words and actions cool but left number 1had a 💡 the same month said on a message on restriction acess only business hrs second week in April anniversary every 🌅 in gose the 🌃 fits and it is time for work now 12 hrs from 9 til 21:30 or more went from every to once a week afer getting seen with 🛒 maybe stolen from hoppy loddy same lot the same 🛒 I used too Wash clothes now will not renew contact

After 4 months the rent was raised by 10%. Seems too soon and to much. Moved out. What if the raise it every 4 months?

I just called the 800 number to inquire about any larger units coming available in the next 4 weeks at the Norco locationThe girl who answered the phone was very unprofessional and not very informed, she had no idea what a Norco location was and insisted on me giving her their zip code, then she kept calling it the Hidden Valley location, which it isnt, its ON Hidden Valley Pky in Norco, but eh, I just want information so I keep trying.Then she wants too much information, and I only give her my name and phone number so they can let me know if there is any available units for me in the next 4 weeksI asked her if there were going to be anything larger than the 10x11 that is online right now and she wanted to know what size I wanted, ok fair enough but I dont know what they have and she could have told me what sizes they have that are larger than the 10x11, but no cant do that.She finally mentions a size of a larger unit, not all sizes that are larger, just one, I dont know if thats all the sizes they might have but its all she would tell me about.I tell her yes, let me know if one becomes available, I again gave her my name and phone number but that wasnt enough for a simple call about availability, she again wanted more information that she actually needed to perform the task, the whole phone call was her asking me metrics questions that I refused to answer because it didnt matter if I wasnt renting a unit there and my data is mine, I only share if I want to and surely not to get a simple call back about a possible unit.I dont know what the actual office is like, but this is what happened when I called about this location in Norco so my review goes here.They shouldnt need more than a name and phone number and size request in order to get a callback about a possible unit

My experience with Life Storage has been great so far. I just rented this storage unit and the process was easy. This place looks brand new and well kept and clean. Mardi was the guy who helped me out and was very helpful. Seemed like he genuinely cared about getting me into a storage space and didnt oversell me. A disc lock is a requirement although it is well worth it!!!!

Mardi was amazing and had friendly customer service. He taught me things that Life Storage offered that separated themselves from other storage companies like accepting deliveries for customers. I did not know that but good to know! Overall I had a great experience.

I rented a storage space from Global storage when Life storage used to be called that over 10 years ago when they first opened and they have kept the place up very nice since then. Mardi the guy that helped me was funny and kind, I had him redo my rental because I needed a bigger space and he was very helpful in accompanying me on short notice.

Facility is super clean. They stayed open late for me to get storage and I’m grateful for that. Have been here since last year and glad Im still here. I feel very safe with my stuff here.

My experience with the manager Mardi was great and the facility was clean. I just wished they had more available parking space since my trailer was too long, but I asked him to place me on his waiting list, which he did. Hopefully in the near future if there is availability, I will be looking for space again.

Place had great access and the cleanest site Ive been to. Our company rents many units through out the year due to our business and now weve found a keeper and will continue to rent here. Only problem is they are very full so need to reserve a unit ahead of time. But otherwise, the best in the area. thank you for the service and the willing to accommodate.

I have had a storage unit since 2014. The only thing they have done is raise my storage so much that I cannot afford it. They sit in the office watch monitors and every year I have to pay more. They have no loyalty to long time tenants. Now I have to find somewhere to store my stuff that doesnt cost me an arm and a leg. My storage went from $129.00 to $148.00. Twenty one more dollars that I dont have. Thanks so much for caring about your good customers.
