Went through the drive-thru this afternoon, requested a Wendy’s Frosty inspired Frappuccino and they nailed it! Was this possibly the best drink ever? YESSSSS! Perhaps it was the excessive sugar, or the heavy whipping cream; maybe even the caffeine, but I was fly in’! Great job!

Good experience! No wait time, very clean inside and out. Staff were appropriately masked and wore gloves. Good service. Drinks and breakfast sandwiches were warm and yummy. I love the double bacon breakfast sandwich. Their almond and chocolate croissants were delicious also

I havent been to this location often but every time I had, it has been a slow service at the drive thru. Got my order correct but flavor of my drink (green tea frap) was a little disappointed compared to other locations I am used to.

It’s been a year not to have coffee Frappuccino from Starbucks. Yesterday, when I got my order, I wondered if they changed the ingredients of coffee Frappuccino? First, it’s not sweet at all. Second, it looks white and it tastes bland. I am not sure what I got is coffee Frappuccino or coffee milk? It really doesn’t taste good. The third, after finishing the coffee Frappuccino, I had diarrhea.Btw, it took me 20 min in the line of drive-through but it’s only a minute or two I got my order after I ordered.

My family loves this starbucks! They are probably the most personable people yet! We love to travel and have been to MANY different ones, but we seem to find ourselves always coming back to this one

Hit Mcdonalds, or anything else. This place is VERY slow. I waited in line for 10 minutes and they never have what you want. Whether its a pastry or sandwich. They never offer you alternatives to make another choice. They have even run out of cup sizes! I get stuck behind people so even though I couldnt place my order Im still having to wait for cars in front of me to get their order. So its 30 mins on their slow service to get nothing!

The staff is so nice and upbeat here. They always make the drinks really good too. Andrea is a sweetheart and goes above and beyond for the customers! Denver is a super cool guy too! Highly recommend this Starbucks location.

This is my go to Starbucks location. All of the employees know me as White Tea William. I love the staff and will be a loyal customer until they either close or I move out of the area. I am upset that Starbucks decided to get rid of their white tea, I used to purchase anywhere from 2 to 3 trenta white teas per day. Now I have to experiment to see if there is a different drink that I will enjoy as much as the white tea.

Starbucks always has friendly service. How do they do it? Prices are steep though and always a line.

Caramel Frappuccino mixed weak. Tasted like blended ice about half way thru. Never have had a drink mixed so weak. I gave a four star because this is very unusual. Starbucks usually not this bad.

Stopped for a quick coffee with a pup I had just taken to the vet for an ear infection and boy did she perk up when they asked if she could have a puppuccino! My coffee was delicious and my little lollipop had that puppuccino gone and no time at all and I think she even forgot about the vet! You guys are the best!

This location always makes my oatmeal 15 minutes before my coffee so its always stone cold by the time I eat it.

I love this Starbucks, this is the most friendliest house of coffee ever, you are greeted as soon as you barely get your foot in the door, they remember your drinks based on everything, the weather, your mood everything..every barista here is your friend and though some people think they are just here to serve them drinks and are rude, they dont let that phase them, their district manager Jihad makes himself available to anyone via email, they strive for quality the only grumpy faces you see leave are the ones who came in that way.. these are the most genuine and hardest working baristas out there...maybe, just maybe its something in the water or even worse, they really love their jobs..either way In the end, everyone wins who walks in or out of the door on 6th and hamner.

On this day it was my bitthday...gave 4 stars...even with a $5doollar tip...employees were rude...seems out of chi tea, then they refused to di a Dark roast pour-over....went with. a venta Ice water.....🌈Vegan Tray review chickpea patty were sour, nut mix was good, corrotts & Sweet peas needed washed...⚡🌪Vegan wrap had eggs and cheese....not vegan at al... $5got tossed

Update September 2021Still stand by everything I said previously. Thought I’d try this location out again, still not so good. Especially the lady named Kayla. She is extremely RUDE and unhelpful. The drinks are still hit or missOctober 2020:I don’t know what happened to this location. Used to be my go to location for years. I’ve ordered the exact same drink for years and every time I go here it’s terrible. The staff is incredibly nice but the drinks are bad. I now drive twice as far and pay more for the same drink. $4 for coffee I want it to atleast taste good. Training or management or something needs some tlc.

This is the 4th time I have gone through the drive through and my white chocolate mocha venti is all water. If I walk inside and order, its great. Please fix this. I know its busy but for 5.25, it better taste like it suppose to.

AT 2:00 pm o Thursday, 10/29 purchased two drinks. The Tall Pikes coffee black was luke warm and bitter.

The drive customers are served faster than the walk in customers. I ordered one drink and it took 15 minutes. I guess I havent been to Starbucks for awhile.

I feel like Starbucks in general has just gone down hill. The staff dont really care, and the drinks are always so inconsistent. Ordering the same drink can be such a different experience every time. I often end up having to get Starbucks because theyre so conveniently located everywhere... but if I can avoid them I do .

The drinks were made terribly. They were very watery and lacked flavor. They had almost no caramel and didnt taste good. Because we were driving a long distance home we didnt return to have them re-made.

Slowest drive thru I have ever experienced in my life. I would never ever go back after waiting trapped in line for minutes LITERALLY!! 5 workers slow as molasses.

I wish they would fill the cup of my double shot on ice venti. They couldve fit at least 3 fl. oz. more in the cup. It felt short on the cream this time too so the bitterness came through. Next time Ill take a moment to snap a photo to show you what Im getting.

Quality is all Starbucks-grade but kind of weak customer service. They let this rude Asian boy work the drive thru on weekend mornings and no one EVER gives napkins no matter how much food you buy!! Once someone asked if I wanted napkins - as if I was planning to clean my hands on my shirt! Generally very nice staff but idk why they let that sarcastic kid work the drive thru- makes me not want to go back.

Pulled off the freeway. We had nothing but time to get a coffee. Heck we had a half hour to be to my Daughters softball game. The field is less than 5 miles from the store. We chose the drive through. Now I dont know how long it took one who walked into the store but I do know how long we sat. We were fourth in line. No, I did not see anyone order a partys worth of drinks. Single drinks or coffee for two. Guess how long. Just shy of 20 minutes...for what??? Boy I dont like the whole pay $6.00 for a dollars worth of liquid. I really dont like waiting a long time for the honor of spending stupid money.

The entire staff are very positive and ate always in good spirits. This stop was a drive-thru order and it doesnt matter whether there are 3 cars or 8. The staff works very quickly, and the wait time is minimal. Right off the 15 fwy. going north bound.The variety for a quick breakfast is really nice. The menu they have for lunch is pretty awesome as well. And if any body out there has a little sweet tooth, they have a wide variety of treats for you to make a choose from.

The quality of the product and goods are better than most places. The employees always seem to have their hearts in unity when this comes to their customers service.

Its apparently very popular! The drive-thru wait was very long...not the time-saver I was hoping for. However, my order was accurate and the staff friendly.

Always a great place for coffee. Theyve been here for a while now at this location. The service is always good. The drive thru is usually quick.

7 out of 10 times that I come here they always get my order wrong last time I came here they put regular milk instead of the almond milk that I asked for which was a nightmare for me as I’m lactose intolerant 🙈 which is one of the worst pains to feel if you are not familiar with the feeling/pain. Other times they put way to much ice in my cup when I ask for light ice and they have also given me the wrong drink about 2 times of me coming here. I visit this place often as this is my local neighborhood Starbucks.

I’m in a Starbucks every day all over the US and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had 😫 bad service and my coffee tasted like straight up milk only.

This location is always amazing cus they always get the order right and in tastes fantastic. In Corona Norco area all other SBX cant quite get the orders right.

Spacious and clean with a patio outside. Great service. The place can get very busy: at one point I counted twenty people inside waiting for their drinks. The worst aspect is the parking - an absolute nightmare. I believe this has to do with this Starbucks being located at the end of a very popular and very narrow strip.

Fast and easy. The line was long but the drive through went quicker than I expected. Great experience by far.

Visited this store two days in a row. Both times we waited 30 min in the drive thru. On the second day I asked why was the drive thru so slow. She said they were understaffed and there were only 4 people working. I think this very unfair of management to do to their staff especially when you have a large soccer trournament happening right down the street. I would give the staff 5 stars for being professional and kind while working in an unfair staffing environment.

Took 15 minutes to receive a cup of water while workers were standing around talking.The location is convenient, but I must say some customers cut you off in the drive through line and act like crackheads that need their drugs. I would suggest the Starbucks on Hidden Valley for meetings. I found these contradictory review

I went in this morning for a coffee after a rough night/yesterday. The road to our house washed out from all the massive amounts of rain we got yesterday, and our family (including 3 kids under 5) was unexpectedly stuck, unable to go home. We ended up spending the night at a hotel, had to wear the same clothes this morning, though thankfully we were able to shower. I showed up at this Starbucks and was greeted by the cashier who had big beautiful hair with a big beautiful personality to match it. I think her apron said her name was Cori? She’s a military spouse. Anyways, she made a comment about how she loved my shirt, and made everyone look at it (it says “all I need is coffee and gangsta’ rap”), and then she also said my haircut was cute and I just looked so cute. I just wanted to let her know how much that made my day. After being temporarily homeless, having to wear yesterday’s dirty clothes, not sleeping well, etc her kind words really brightened my morning and I found myself thinking “man, I wish I lived closer to here so I could make this ‘my’ Starbucks!” Thank you, and keep being a positive light in this world!

Great location for a quick cup of coffee.

Love the new nitro cold brew only reason for not putting five stars is I dont feel they put enough meat and/or eggs in their sandwiches. I know this aint Arbys but can we at least taste a little more meat and not so much bread.

I was the 5th car in line and it still took 20 minutes to get 2 hot apple ciders and 5 of it was waiting for them to make it when I got to the window. Dont know if it was because they didnt have enough people working or of it was because 3 people were standing around smelling a rose one of them got.

I come here at least 2 times a week I love the staff everyones so nice and friendly I just really hate that as popular as Starbucks is, you would think theyll finally add changing tables to the restrooms.
