Our family chooses to go here because Dr.Wilson is the absolute BEST!!!You can tell she loves her job! She takes her time explaining everything and WANTS you to ask questions! No question is too big or too small, she takes the time to answer them all!! Dr. Wilson is also fantastic with kids, mine love her and look forward to their checkups!The prices are great and they have loads of options. The staff is very helpful in picking out exactly what you want as well!Best Eye Dr Ever!!

After having a horrible experience at a different store a few years ago, I was anxious about getting new glasses. Dr. Wilson is THE BEST, and after picking up my new tri-focals, I am now so excited to be able to see clearly! I have NEVER had an eye doctor so thoroughly explain EVERYTHING about my eyes. This is the first time I have been confident about the health of my eyes, and more importantly, I CAN SEE! The staff is kind and patient, too. I am 100% pleased with the whole experience!!!

My husband and I made an appointment for a Saturday and we were beyond impressed with Dr. Gray and the rest of the staff at the vision center. Dr. Gray is truly one of the most fascinating doctors I’ve ever had the privilege of being in front of. His knowledge and way with his patients is truly second to none. I told my husband I cannot wait to go back to see him again. As I was picking out my frames the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about what looks best on my face shape and if glasses were too big. They made picking glasses a real treat. This Wal-Mart optical shop ROCKs! I left way super impressed by how professional, clean, tidy this store is kept. Dr.Wilson answered all questions, was promt, professional, and really seems like a very caring doctor! I work in healthcare and I was like wow! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional too. Id say they earned an extra star in my book!

I would highly recommend Dr. Wilson! Shes kind, understanding, and very good at what she does. Definitely one of the better eye doctors Ive had. The staff here were all very kind and helpful throughout my visits as well.

I went into Nixa optical for myself and for my daughter. Miss Amanda is fantastic! She took her time with us, and did not pressure us into the most expensive brand! She sat and answered every question I had. She is very knowledgeable and is very personable! Go visit Amanda and she will take good care of you and your family!

I have been going to this vision center for a couple years but they recently got Dr. Wilson and she is amazing! She was so friendly and accommodating. She took the time to show me pictures of my eye and explain what they meant. I would definitely recommend her.

Sold me scratch resistance on my new eyeglasses but never told me that if I bought plastic lenses ( which I had to because I am allergic to the poly carbonate lenses) that the warranty was only for 60 days. I would have Never paid for something that didn’t warranty it a year. Super ripoff!

My son has had glasses for over 12 yrs. and we’ve always had his lenses and frames done here and have never had a problem.Last week he had a stem that broke so I took them in to be repaired. Same stem broke again, but we’re told this time his warranty expired 3 days ago.So disappointed with this new staff and lack of knowledge that cost us $60. I will never have any repairs done at this location again.

The new Dr is Great! She answers any questions you have and explains whats going on very well. However, the gentlemen that works out in the clinic is completely incompetent. I went into the clinic two days in a row and left frustrated both days. He couldnt answer any questions I had, gave me the incorrect information when he was able to give me information. Every time i asked something he would say I dont know let me ask a manager. The manager who was busy with customers of her own kept having to stop and come over and help him. So what should have been a 20 to 30 minute apt turned into over an hr.
