One of the few Sparkle stores left. Like taking a walk back in time!Clean store with decent prices and dont need a store card like Giant Eagle to get the good prices! Always a friendly staff! Stay in good business Sparkle. Niles loves you!!

The staff here is very kind and helpful. My cashier volunteered to go pick up sugar, which I forgot, when my son took a while to come back to the register. The manager was helpful also. Thanks guys!

I was just there to get potato sald and stuff wasnt a bad experience at all. The lady was friendly at the deli and even the cashier was nice. I was impressed

Am very glad that Sparkles is my closest grocery store. I buy most of my meat there. My father was meat cutter for Sparkles so I was raised on it. Thank you for having the sausage made the same for years.

Low quality product for higher prices than any competitors. Dirty store, rude clientele. Rarely use it even though I live less than a block away.

Produce is so much better and less expensive than the store down the street.

My husband and I have shopped here regularly for 40 yrs. Hes in there daily for one thing or another. Its not overwhelming like some of the super stores and quite convenient if you need a quick item. You dont have to park a mile away or walk any distance to find whatever it is you need. Cashiers are friendly.

Sparkle is fine. Not great but serves its purpose. Plenty of selection, but kinda pricey for some stuff. The cashiers are ok but def more nice to old people and people they know which is kind of off putting at first. Overall Im satisfied.

Very clean felt secure shopping their store. Friendly cashiers. Good little neighborhood store if only you drop in to pick-up last minute/forgotten items you didnt get from your regular cost-saving stores. Price are very high, found several of the items I was searching for for the prices were almost doubled. Thought the meat selection would have been better.

I love this store. Their meat prices are better than any place Ive shopped. They dont seem to be affected by co-v like other stores. Their meat is butcher fresh and has a large variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit and I plan on making Sparkles in Niles my new store.

Very nice place to shop

Ive lived less than a mile from this store for 8 years & only shop here for the sales. The store is overpriced, outdated & dirty. The YOUNG cashiers hired here are rude & unprofessional. One of them actually had negative remarks to say about me to a friend of hers who was in the store as I was cashing out. If youre willing to hire negative individuals, be prepared for negative reviews. Also, maybe clean the coolers near the deli where your pepperoni is stored & stop ripping off your customers simply because you are a local family owned location.

Good everything went well

This is a great grocery store. On some things the prices are a touch high but not too bad. Id much rather support a local grocery store than Walmart. Also their Italian food selection is way better than any other store around. However please look into getting swebels low cal bread.

Rather small but still has a great selection of products. Very helpful and nice staff.

My mother and I will never shop at Niles sparkle ever again the head supervisor was very disrespectful and rude embarrassed my mother in front of everyone in the whole store

Prices could be better

It was so nice this time, not all the time. But had some friendly working today. Thank you. The last time I went was nice to the cashier I know put all my groceries on the counter she is a real sweetheart. She work behind the front desk with the numbers to be played been there a long time, middle age lady a real real sweetheart!

This place is a Niles gem! Clean, organized, low prices. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their meats and the variety of breads. The prepared foods are excellent (try the hush puppies and fried chicken!)

I dont live in Niles but stopped here passing thru. A very nicely stocked, clean, efficient staff store. They had everything I wanted, produce was fresh and good! A good trip!!

The produce is ok, but for a small local grocery store this place does have the essentials. I come here almost weekly to grab milk or whatever I need to complete dinner.

Nice clean well stocked grocery store. I have never been to the Sparkle market and it was not nice and clean. The Sparkle market has a good selection of meat. ESPECIALLY Pork loin.

Decent place to shop, decent sales but normal prices are marked up a bit. It is a smaller chain so mark ups are expected. Great place to shop at in niles.

I love Sparkle. It reminds me of grocery stores back when I was a kid in the 70s. Its clean and organized...good stuff!

Being that sparkles is the closest to my house I go in there. I absolutely hate that I even go in there though. Just bought some buns from there and they were not good. Went there to get a bag of wings they looked like they were thawed out 3 times then frozen again just nasty. I will gladly make a trip to the sparkles in warren they have such a better variety.
