Wonderful customer service! I drove away leaving one of my grocery bags in my shopping cart, when I got home I called to see if anyone returned it. A very kind woman named Tina assured me that I could come back and get everything as she had noted what was in the bag. She must have known I was a bit stressed because when my husband came to retrieve the groceries I left behind she gave him a beautiful bouquet of flowers to bring home for me. So very thoughtful and it really made my day. Thank you Tina! ❤️Fresh farms has so much wonderfully fresh produce/cheeses/fish/meats…it’s really a adventure shopping there, you can find anything you need !!! This is probably one of my favorite places to go grocery shopping. They always have parking whenever i go. They have a variety of fruits and veggies which is a huge plus. Always find what i need and fresh of everything. I also like they variety if international groceries that they carry. Some of the prices are great and some are not as great. But overall i would recommend

I have been going to this location for past 5 years. Everything was perfect I love the store. However last week I went there to purchase some items and my favor coffee that always used to be 8.99$ and its still showing on the display the actual price however when I went to the register I was told its 11.99$. Not a big deal but I was like you are wrong the price is showing 8.99$,why are you charging me 11.99$. So long story short I took the manager / supervisor Jennifer or Jenny I forgot her name and show her the actual price on the display, her attitude its very unacceptable for being a manager supervisor.

I shop regularly here but I was negatively surprised by one girl at the bread section.I asked for a certain bread and it to be cut, she gave me already cut bread.I didn’t even noticed that the bag was torn.That’s not good.

Wow, they sell you the freshest coconuts here at a premium price 🗑🚮Just bought these half an hour ago after getting $220 worth of food here, and then opened this coconut at home. The whole thing oozed right out of the shell. I’ve had coconuts that were slightly rotten in one spot but this is straight up trash here.Ironically, this coconut was the least rotten, healthiest looking one as it had almost no darkening or balding on its shell in appearance but you’ll be in for a surprise

Great selection of fresh and packaged goods, but I have to take points off for seemingly lax covid precautions and bakery items that sit on shelves a long time. After a few bad experiences I stopped buying any prepared items from the grocery and bakery, but I happily go back for fruit, veg, frozen and international items.

The grocery store is always busy, but it is understandable as the selection is plenty and the quality of their produce is great. Prices and service is good and I would recommend trying the smoothie bar in the produce section of the store. I always ask for a banana and strawberry smoothie and I always need to order another, because they are that good. If you go during the week before lunch time you will avoid the long lines.

Its very nice and cool, and its a great place for kids to hang out. It is easily accessible, has a diverse selection of food options, and is reasonably priced.

I literally cannot say enough food things about this grocery chain! My only qualm with them is that they do not have any locations in the city. As a testament to how much we love shopping here however, Id be remiss if i didnt mention that we travel 45min out to the burbs regularly just for the opportunity to shop here. I havent been anywhere else in Chicagoland that has this varied a selection of products from all over the world. Their Indian spice section is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Just dont go hungry because youll but all the things. If you are looking for a snack, though, go to the bakery section. You wont regret it!

Great selection of produce, meats and goods from all over the world. Quality of their fresh vegetables and herbs was excellent. Some of the best that Ive ever bought. On site bakery was a great find on the way out. So many great things to buy and try make it a definite return trip for us.

Fresh Farms is a gem of a store. It competes with the likes of Marianos, Walmart, Aldi, and now with Patel Brothers!! It is still thriving because of the amazing workforce and excellent food they sell at unbelievable prices. Fresh Farms is the future of grocery stores. Clean, efficient, friendly, all while having unbeatable quality. Stop by the deli for great meats, or the bakery for fresh bread or cake, they have fresh seafood, steaks, chicken etc... Anything and everything you can imagine. Definitely recommend trying this grocery store!

Overall great but CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you leave. So far I can count at least 5 times where they pulled a bait and switch (The price of the product is higher at the register than it is at the shelf). Had I not looked at my receipt I would have been jipped for at least $20.

Awesome European store to go to for all the non American food that you can get. So for one of the two places that actually sells sushi grade salmon which is at a fair price if you into making sushi. The only other place I know that sells salmon like that is mitsuwa market. The have a good food court and cafe as well that serves more traditional Greek and Eastern European foods. Tons of break and baking options as well actually probably the biggest variety of different breads Ive seen so far

They are doing a renovation and it is looking great. The planning of the store is quiet good. The selection of produce, variety of foods including an expanding selection of cultural food is wonderful. Love that they have even more offerings for gluten and other allergy sensitive foods.

Fresh Farms- name speaks for itself. Groceries are always Fresh, price range, but on a higher end. Large variety in deli department with domestic and international meats cheeses. Fresh juices, sushi, hot ready foods, snacks and more for lunch.You get what you pay for, I dont mind playing for quality.

Everything I need is usually on hand, and the staff is always pleasant.

A very interesting market with cuisines of many different ethnic groups. The deli has a crazy number of salamis and cured meats.I have had mixed experiences with the staff ranging from very helpful to being treated rudely at the deli counter. The bakery is really good.Its a fun place to visit if you seek the adventure of trying new things.

Pretty nice selection. It’s just weird that some items seem overpriced when you can go to target or jewel and get it cheaper. But then you can get really great options from the Asian and East Asian aisle along with fair priced produce and meat. It’s a trade off 😊

Amazing variety of food!

So cool to see this outdoor fireplace, I hung out on the patio for several minutes before going into the store. They have such wonderful produce. I got oyster mushrooms, something I never purchased before. I sauteed them today with pearl onions and they were delicious! They should offer cooking classes by video in store or with real people even better. Like short demonstrations on how to cut meats, how to cook tomatoes, make a chicken salad or tuna casserole. Or just how to use some of the exotic vegetables and fruits there from native cooks. Some staff buzzed by quickly so I couldnt ask a question about the location of an item I wanted. I didnt feel exactly welcomed, but thats how it is at many of the Fresh Farm stores. They are about the business, not so much relationship.

Great verity of international goodies. However be really careful they always charge you more for products at the check out.

I stopped in just to browse the store. Had to move quickly to avoid being run over by an employee on a sit-down floor cleaner. He was headed straight for me. That large machinery is a liability while customers are in the store. I also surprised to see an associate in the produce culling through some of the produce, throwing debris directly onto the floor where customers walk, another risky behavior. The store is large, has lots of interesting variety to sell, including b the biggest KitKat bar I have ever seen, about the size of a standard laptop computer!

Verities of vegetables and fruits. You can find rear vegetables (mostly South Asian and Indian subcontinent).

I prefer this location to others in the area--they seem to have slightly lower prices and better stock of things that I regularly need, though their produce selection is a bit more limited.

Second time Ive been there. First time I went there I asked one of the representatives from the butcher Department and he educated me on great steaks and how to cook it. I will continue to drive from Palatine to Fresh Farms for future shopping

My favorite store. Love it. Just two issues.There is too much stuff at the entrance. I always get stuck there, waiting behind someone.The ladies at the sweets counter are very hard to get there attention. They are always with their backs facing the customers, not very inviting, and it takes them a long time to notice you. Then, theyre quick to disappear again, often not asking for what else you want.
