Carrie (the store manager) at the Zales in Niles always goes above and beyond to make the customer happy and satisfied. She is a true asset to Zales corporation team. I am blown away by the knowledge she has regarding Diamonds, precious metals, Etc. They have a wonderful selection of rings, necklaces, earrings and watches all at a very competitive price plus tons of deals always going on. She also has great employees at the store,. An overall great team! 5/5.

Ordered a promise ring for my girlfriend on 12/18/2020. Didnt come in until 04/02/2021. As a result she didnt get anything for Christmas. Very quick to take your money, but take their good ol time to deliver what you paid for.

Went in yesterday to make sure my ring ordered online was correct size, and also bought my wife a new wedding band. The Store Manager (think it was Stacie) was rude and made another associate come stand over here and watch this jewelry I have a customer complaint right in front of us. When buying my wifes band I asked for additional money off and was told she cannot discount rings for less than they already offered. Later that night only to find the ring cheaper online on zales.com. Sales staff stands around and stares at you like youre going to steal something, no sense of private negotiations at all.

Was given a special sale price on a ring. Signed up for the in store credit card. Ordered the ring in my wifes size. Was told wed get the price when the ring came in and could pay then for the balance after putting down 10%. After waiting 12 weeks, were told to come and get it. No mention of anything wrong. Went to get it, and they claim since I didnt pay in full at the time of sale, we couldnt get the sale price. They couldnt refund my other credit card the deposit since I didnt have it with me. On hold with customer service now for 10+ minutes and counting. Can I give zero stars? Now my wife is upset and doesnt want to wear a ring that caused such grief. Grrr. Terrible service. Terrible experience. Especially after the wait. Especially after being told to pay later for the whole thing even though we couldve paid the original day we placed the order. Now my credit has a ding from opening the new line of credit, and my wife didnt get the beautiful ring she was promised at a great price.

If there was a zero It would be my rating Horrible liars. Waited 12 weeks for a ring at a promised price, it was on sale we opened credit line. It needed sized was sent away for that 12 weeks before we left store we deposited money and I specifically asked do we need to pay now, she said no wait till it comes in I then asked would we get sale price at that time, she assured me we would and left note on account 12 WEEKS LATER we go in to pick up we can not honor sale price, the cc deposit was not refunded because card not in hand at time customer service call uneffective now have to go back AGAIN blamed it on covid...so covi -d makes sales staff lie?

My fiance proposed to me in June and I already had to have my ring replaced due to multiple missing stones. When the order for the new ring was being shipping, the sales associate told me it would take 4 to 7 weeks and it did not show up for 4.5 months after placing the order. I understand how this process works because I worked at a Signet location but this process was uncalled for. The sales associates were nice but had not recollection when I called to check in on my ring or when I FINALLY came to pick it up.I decided not to wear the ring because of what happened to it in the past and when I put it on today, there are 4 stones missing in the enhancer. Poor quality products and service from the special order department. 2 thumbs down Signet! More customer service and less worrying about increasing your bottom line.

My boyfriend and I went there and spoke with David to purchase our engagement ring. While we were there we found a beautiful ring and decided that that’s the one we wanted. We went to cash register, signed up for the credit card, got the pricing for how much the ring was going to be. After we left we got a text message from David saying the promotion ended the next day and that my ring would take 8 weeks to come in. So after that text message we thought all was good. Just called today and asked if the ring was in and Tom informed me that the order was never placed. That they needed additional confirmation from us that we wanted the ring. Why would we have signed up for the credit card and got the pricing for the ring if we didn’t want it? All Tom could say was sorry.

I went in looking for an inexpensive promise ring for my girlfriend. The woman asked me what size I needed and I said a womans 7. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I thought the selection of cubic zirconia was good and reasonably priced and I appreciated the warranty option for an extra charge. After buying a ring from here, I continued shopping in the mall and saw another ring in another store I liked. It was also a size 7 but seemed bigger than the one I got from Zales. So I compared the two and the woman sized them both. The one I bought from Zales was actually a size 6. I remember specifically telling the woman I needed a 7 and even told her I only wanted something NOW to coincide with the plans I have. So I went back to Zales to return it. It was like pulling teeth. Another woman was kindly looking all over for something else rather than just giving my money back. I appreciated her efforts but she kept trying and I honestly just wanted my money back. After a while I wasnt sure if I would get my money back....and I only had it an hour! Which made me reconsider their warranty plan because they may give me a hard time about that, too, in the future. So then the woman who sold me the wrong size came over and asked what was wrong. I said its the wrong size and I need a size 7. She said oh, well itll just be 2 weeks to size like it was nothing. I just thought: If I didnt size it somewhere else you wouldve left me giving a ring to someone thats the wrong size!!!!. After getting my money back she said to me unapologetically sorry and walked away. It was then that I knew she probably sold me the wrong size on purpose just to make a sale. Very shady. I will NEVER be back here again.

I always bring my ring to zales for any cleaning or repairs over the past 7 years, although i didnt buy my ring there, they are usually helpful and friendly and i choose to give them my business. I brought my ring in today to get soldered, which had been previously done there and came apart again. Upon handing my ring over to the lady, she was snobby and even lectured her other co-worker in front of me about work issues. She then proceeded to ask how much my ring costs, when i told her she looks down and says this ring isnt worth that much. I was in absolute shock she had just said that out loud..not to me...just to herself. And just to clarify, my ring was definitely worth what i had told her as im the one who purchased it and would know! Regardless of her opinions, that comment could have stayed in her brain instead of insulting a paying customer. I will not be back for any reason and will sure as heck never purchase any piece of jewelry from zales in the eastwood mall. This female attendant was blonde and in her 30-40s....just in case a manager reads this she should know her snotty comments and bad attitude were not appreciated and now has lost a long time customer.Update: I went in to pick my ring up, just happened to get the store owner waiting on me. I told him the situation and without asking refunded my money 100% and was VERY apologetic for what had happened.
