The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I was only there for an exchange that I ordered on line. I spent minimal time in the store, thats how efficient the staff was. The store itself was VERY organized, I walked through and was able to pick my exchange up on the way to the cashier. Staff was masked, as were customers and floor was clearly marked for social distancing. The abundance of merchandise was amazing. If you love Bath and Body, check this store out. You wont be disappointed.

As soon as you walk through the door, youll feel welcomed by wonderful and helpful staff. The store smells good with beautiful displays and awesome products for women & men as well!

They dont offer their own online prices but also dont give an option to pick up their store. Claim not all stores have to and did not get the girls name that was extremely rude

I recently went into this location and started shopping. At checkout I had a previous receipt and asked for a price adjustment from a previous purchase (within the 14 day period). The cashier was so quick to tell me the period was 7 days. I told her the website stated 14 days. She was so quick to answer but she was wrong. They checked with their manager and the manager said 14 days. She explained to me that they will do the adjustment this one time. It baffles me that I have been able to get adjustments perviously with no issues. The staff acted as if I was inconviencing them. If I could leave no stars I would. most likely wont travel to this location in the future..

Great sales, great deals. Lots of products in a variety of scents and styles. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. This is a convenient location in Niles and there is plenty of parking.Ive been shopping at BBW for 20+ years. I love the body creams and the wallflowers. Make sure to check out the semi annual sales for huge discounts. And Candle Day every year in early December.

Always satisfied with them! Theyre always offering some type of sale and their products are great quality. However, they need to get out their comfort zone with their smells; its bath and body works they should provide scents that you cant find anywhere else.

The staff is professional, cheerful, and genuine, best BABWs for me in a long time !!!

Good place to but cheap soaps and shampoos. The quality of the products is lacking but their fragrance makes up for it. This was a cool place back in the day when we didnt know any better.

I like bath and body works but today i dont feel like coming back to this place anymore. I was just so freaking annoyed how this lady followed me everywhere like a glue. Can u be considerate that some ppl dont like the closeness. I dont need to be asked 50x in a minute just freaking leave me alone. I thought i was gna experience a sweet nice chill atmosphere when i get there as i always expect when i shop but maybe i came on a wrong day. However i absolutely hate ppl who dont understand personal space

I was very disappointed this particular day it wasnt this day today but it was a a while back. I was very surprised that after waiting in a long line and I asked the sales lady can I please use the bathroom before I spend $60 on my items. Well to my surprise the saleslady well one of them anyway, I asked if I could use the bathroom and she saidUm we dont have one, and she said it loud and it was very embarrassing. The woman behind me, a customer, I can hear her whispering youve got to be kidding me? And I looked at the sales lady and I said, what do you do after working here all day? You dont use the bathroom here and she didnt answer me. This is unacceptable! Spending all this money and were not allowed to use their bathroom or they dont have a bathroom whatever the case may be.Well I excused myself, put everything back and I went to another store where they let me use their bathroom and I spent over $100 there. This is not how you treat customers!

This Bath and Body Works is the best in the area. Friendly service, great info on new products. They always have a good supply of items.
