Ive been going to this location for many years now to buy battery for my car. Ive had great service and would have no problem replacing the battery within the warranty year. However, today I experienced horrible customer service. I purchased the battery April 30th, 2021 and they sold me a 2020 battery claiming it was very good even if I asked for the latest one. So I said continued to purchase only to find out today that my car did not turn on. I have many years of experience in maintaining my own car and therefore I know that this battery was drained. The manager, Angel P, kept refusing to replace the battery claiming that theres something wrong with my car. First off I bought this battery only one month. Regardless of the car, this battery should be working! I had to jump my car today and drive it for one hour home to recharge. Obviously when they tested the battery, it was fully charged. Therefore there is NO problem with the alternator. If this was anyone else who does not know anything about cars, wouldve cost someone else more money rather than just getting replaced WITHIN WARRANTY TIME which is by the three years and Im returning within a month.

WOW! I’ve had the greatest experiences here. I’ve had some bad luck with my cars recently, and they’ve always taken care of me and answered all my questions. I would’ve probably found myself annoying with what I e had to come in there for but they’re always ready to help. Big shoutout to Ricardo, Alex and a few others that I’m blanking on the name for. I will only continue through this specific autozone for my future purchases.

Came in today for help changing my headlights and Alex and Adam were awesome. They both went way beyond the extra mile to help me get my lights changed (I drive a volkswagen so of course it wasnt simple) and I will definitely be coming back here. Signed up for the rewards as well.

The salesperson Ricky or Ricardo is very unprofessional and rude person. I have ordered part yesterday. I was informed it is not in stock but will be today. I came today to find out nothing is ordered and the part is not available. I was on the phone twice and twice he hanged up on me. I will never buy from Auto Zone. NAPA is much better and they have professional staff.

I went in to get a new brake bulb for my jeep, and James was very kind and quick to fix the issue. His recommendation was wonderful and cost efficient. With no time I got the jeep working good as new. So much for the just empty every pocket acronym. Haha. James was a real life saver, he was attentive and respectful during the exchange. Ive literally never seen anyone working at this autozone move with urgency like he had or carry themselves in such a presentable manner. I recommend coming here when James is available for great conversation and customer service. Everyone else is okay I guess lol

Autozone is the absolute worst. Only reason I would ever go there is because OReilly, Advance, Napa, and every other store didnt have what I needed and autozone somehow did.

I ordered a Duralast Oil Filler Cap 8159 for my 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring since the old oil filler cap broke. The manager at this AutoZone in Niles was kind enough to remove the old filler cap plastic thread that broke off from the cap. Great service and price! Thank you!

I stopped in looking for a belt for my snowblower. It was Sunday night and I had to get my parking lot cleaned up for business Monday. I was in a bad situation. Even though it was a snowblower and they had no books to look it up, they took the time to match it up and made sure I had an exact match. They went above and beyond to help me. They get 5 stars as far as Im concerned.

Manager threw in some towels and because of a deal it actually lowered the price. Great experience because he could have said nothing.

I think the best one in the touhy / Harlem area. Keep in mind consumer business is a third wheel to these chains who thrive on commercial business. But that said, this one has had the best consumer experience for what that is worth. Oreilly s the staff gets lost in their own store trying to show you things. Staff here more competent. For example, one staff was able to find and then loaned me a tape measure to check a hitch size. Bar might sound low, bit you are going to a store vS buy online for a reason so the staff matters.

Michelle was very helpful with assisting me getting my car battery properly installed. She was courteous and I couldn’t be happier with her customer service.

This place is always a good spot if you like to tinker with cars. They have a very good selection of parts and accessories on hand, and if they dont have it in stock, most of the time they can order it for you.

I come here to return a battery that I purchased from this exact store and the employee (David) says Im gonna have to come back tomorrow when the manager is in because she/he is the one that can give me my old battery back. So I ask him if he can make sure if he has my old battery still and If they can hold it on the side until tomorrow. He walks away to the back without mentioning anything so Im assuming hes going to check if he still has it. He comes walking back to the front without saying anything again so I say whats up do you have any mangers on duty? And hes like yeah, Im the manger on duty as hes walking out the front door to smoke a cigarette. Like really? You said wait until tomorrow for the manager and now youre telling me youre the manger? Am I missing something here? Lol they must be real negative on their numbers for the day. Im not surprised with the shirt customer service. I will never get in the zone again. 😝

So far, I have had no issues going to this location. The place is well staffed and the people are nice. They checked my check engine light and gave me a print out. Just what I needed.

Wow! My auto mechanic told me that he did not know what was wrong with my car after charging me $300. Took it to auto zone and Nicki the store manager and Carlito were extremely helpful in diagnosing what was wrong.....and providing me a few recommendations for a new auto mechanic. Really helpful and bent over backwards to help me. Cant thank them enough. Great customer service!!

I just showed up there with battery issues and some other issues. The employee who helped me, his name was Chamoun, and I’m sorry if I misspelled. He was so helpful and friendly, his customer service was above and beyond. No joke!

David is the best associate. I came in needing a new headlight, not only did he see if he could repair it but told me what was wrong and offered to patch up the bare wires with tape to help me out. If you ever need anything please visit this auto zone !Thanks David Diaz!

Im very disappointed with this location. Tonight i went looking to replace my lights that are defective that i bought at that store, & the guy that attended me was indeed very rude, slow at serving me, & had a mad look on his face like he didnt want to attend me. Ive been going there for years and this was the worst experience Ive ever had there. I promise i will not be visiting that store again. 3-12-18 was a nightmare for me at this store. At the end i ended up not buying anything & took my business to advance auto. This all happened around 7:00 tonight. 👎👎👎👎👎

Went there on a very cold day to replace a dying baytery. The employee went out to replace the battery in the cold, and fought through an unusual battery configuration on a Kia. He did this in the middle of dealing with numerous other customers.Great customer service under difficult circumstances at this location

I had the worst experience ever! Employees dont know their job. They were not helpful at all! When I asked a guy to help me out to find wipers for my car, he and his co-worker couldnt find out what kind of them I need so we spent a lot of time trying to find it together. Afterwards they sold me the wrong one! But the most interesting is when I got there the next day to make a return and to buy the right one again, they said I switched one of the wiper and thats why they were not able to accept it. Like I am the one who is interested in it and this is completely my fault! I was treated awfully! Anyway I had no time for discussions and I really needed to get this wipers. So I was charged one more time for incompetence and irresponsibility of employees.

The girl helping me just didnt seem to want to be there at all and was just taking a while when I asked her to look up something for my car
