Poor customer service. During this Covid-19 time they should be kind enough to change the exchange or return policy. The so called managers couldnt even exchange a dress I just wanted a bigger size . The item was unworn it had the tag on . I have the original receipt. Just because you want to stick to a policy they could not exchange it. I hope they change it and I also hope many people read my review and think twice about going there . Since you cant try the clothes be careful on what you get make sure you go back within the days listed kn the policy if not you will be wasting your money. This urban kids is one of the few locations here in BC so hard to go back there in a short period of time. Hope you go bankrupt.

I usually never shop for kids but then it was my nieces birthday and I went to this location they were so helpful and specially the guy hitesh i think he is the Assistant manager there and asked me what I was looking for and helped me finding the exact presents for my niece and I ended up finding many items and for kids shopping definitely recommend this store and the staff was very genuine and warm too.

I have been shopping here for my daughter for years, been going to Tsawassen mills since it opened but today I had the worst experience ever. I bought two pairs of shorts for her, when I got home she tried them on only to find one was two tight. I went back today just to exchange them and the so called assistant manager told me I couldnt as they were final sale. No where on my receipt or on the tag did it say final sale . He gave me some crock about how the computer would not allow him to exchange it. In my opinion he was being lazy and this was terrible customer service. I just purchased them yesterday, the tags were on and she had only put them on briefly to try them on. I will never go back there, for a lousy 15$ they have lost hundred of dollars from me as I have shopped there at least 3 times a year for her and bought several items at a time for her.
