I love the quality of the clothes here.Never had any issue. This location has one of the best customer service. Rep is always there to help/guide with what I am looking for. Neither I had any issues while returning my online purchases.
I was exchanging a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt that I purchased the day before and at regular price and when I went for the exchange at the METROTOWN LOCATION, Adrianna, the cashier, said to try it on because once exchanged it became a final sale! No where on the website does it say that! So basically forcing me to try on !! She then proceeded to stamp it with the final sale on the receipt. Now if I would’ve just returned it, gotten my money back, and make a brand new purchase, it wouldn’t have been a final sale would it?? This Adrianna sales person seems to be making their own return and exchange policy. As the day before my friend had also told me she tried to return an online (not a final sale item) and was told stores don’t take online returns, again NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE RETURN POLICY DOES IT DAY THAT. It clearly states that online purchases can be returned at any store or mailed back. Someone needs to revise the return policy with this sales person unless they want to keep losing business.
I went on Black Friday and got a great deal on shirts. Staff was super friendly and helped me pick out items that I liked. Definitely recommend this location!
I went into the store picked up what I wanted and Maria helped me at the checkout. Worst customer service ever! I had a few questions about the product and the policies but she was super rude in answering. I did convey my disappointment with her as I didn’t expect that kind of behaviour. Her reaction was ‘Oh’ and i left the store. Not coming back ever!
If I could I wouldnt even give them a one star rating. I had gone to this store to return an item that I had ordered mid-July and actually did not receive the item until the end of July. I was not aware of the return date beginning when the item was shipped, I always thought it was the delivery date. Even on the app and the email I was sent stated that I had another 30 days to return the items. In store, one of the two associates that were helping was so rude and condescending towards me. Clearly this was the first time I had ordered something from Dynamite online. I would have been happy with just a store credit but that wasnt even mentioned. The return did get processed, however, I was appalled by the way I was treated. Ever since then, I have a sour taste with Dynamite and would not return to that store ever again. To top it all off when my sister asked for the associates name she stated that we dont need it, in a mean girl attitude. BE AWARE RETURN DATE BEGINS THE DAY THE ITEM IS SHIPPED.

Dynamite online return/exchange policy: zero stars.Metrotown Dynamite in store customer service: 5 stars.Be careful when ordering online with this company. I am a VIP member with them and had a 25% off online promo (which I received after spending $200 with them online). I bought 2 medium leggings online, then decided to exchange them for 2 smalls instead after reading the reviews that they stretch. I couldn’t cancel the order online myself. I called their customer service number and was told that they could not cancel the order. I would have to wait until they arrived, then return them in store, then buy 2 smalls online. That was totally fine with me. I then called back to confirm that I could get my 25% promo back to order 2 small leggings instead. I was told it would be added to my account, just remind them in store to tell customer service via phone when returning them.I returned them at the Metrotown location (had a great experience in store), provided the call reference number, and the sales associate called their customer services line to ensure the return could be done and that I would be able to use my 25% to get the smalls. We were on hold with customer service for about 20 minutes, but I was glad everything worked out.A week later, I went to buy my 2 small leggings online, but the promo was missing from my account. I called them and I was told that I was given the wrong information: as I had made the error on my end (purchased mediums instead of smalls), I could not receive the 25% promo back, even as I was ready to buy them online at that moment. Their online return policy states that unless the error was made on their end, they could not rightfully honour my 25% coupon.Shop with caution.

So disappointed !! I am a loyal customer and has the VIP status with the dynamite app. Today they couldn’t honor the price they are offering online. Same product has higher price in the store. the worst customer service. They could at least behave better.I regret why don’t check other stores first where I can find cheaper and better stuff and get better customer service.
Went shopping with my sister last Sunday and honestly have never experienced better customer service in a retail setting. The customer service was so good I had to leave a review. All the girls that worked there were so kind and helpful. I definitely will be coming back again soon!
Good clothes for good prices! The staff at the store was especially nice, the girl at the fitting room was very welcome as well as the girl at the register help me download the app to get a 10% discount.
Worst customer service. The racial discrimination this certain store has is absolutely unacceptable. People with certain skin tones only get service whereas anyone who doest exactly look rich will not be greeted. We asked for help and the lady working was being very rude and incompetent. As soon as a much different person (skin tone) came in she greeted that women very nicely and complimented her shoes. I felt very upset and this happends everytime I visit this store, unacceptable how this store runs.

Ordered a jumpsuit online during Black Friday and got a great deal. When it arrived it wasn’t the size I ordered and I didn’t receive a receipt. Luckily I had the app so my receipt was there electronically. I went in to the Metrotown location to exchange for the size I ordered and they had it! When I got to cash I was told that exchange would make it final sale. I was getting it for my mom who hadn’t tried it on yet.. so what, I was sent the wrong size so she can’t try it and return if it doesn’t fit her? The manager came over and said I could return it and buy the other size.. but then I’d loose the deal which was the reason I bought it in the first place. I said no, that doesn’t work I’ll just return it. The manager then tried to get me to buy a gift card instead of returning it.. if you wanted to save the sale so badly you wouldn’t have penalized me for your companies error. I won’t be shopping here anymore. I was a VIP Loyalty member, and I’ll be deleting my membership as well.

Purchased a Lux Loungewear set, it was defective ( stitching was undone at waistband). It was $111 ( including taxes), but it is very poor quality for price.I contacted the store online and they refused to replace, or refund it.I will bring it to the Metrotown location where I purchased it.Overall, company does not stand behind product. Poor quality. Poor value. Would not shop here again if corrective action is not taken.I will edit this review based on customer service received at Metrotown Dynamite Clothing location.
So bad return policy and refund, negative attitude, bad costumer service. I paid more tha 2000$ on one day at this store, after 3 days I decided too exchange one of them but they didnt accept with the very bad behaviour, Im so sorry for spending my money at this store
Store has maybe three people browsing and 3 people lined up at tills, yet they only have one worker ringing people through, and two people walking around returning one top at a time to the rack. Super awesome customer service!
