My wife and I frequent this particular store because the staff were always great and wed find good deals. The last two visits in the past couple months have been less appealing. There are a few staff members that need diversity training. Others didnt give us a time of day. Spent over $300 both trips and my items were placed in a bag with no packaging. I had to ask for it to be wrapped. The person in the Mens Dept didnt even ask if I needed help... Just watched as I shopped. All of the nicer and friendlier staff havent been there the last couple trips. This Michael Kors has gone way downhill!

We visited Niagara falls from NJ this weekend.evening staff was very helpful and polite... so i got some stuff ..there was deal going on 20% off on $500 shopping..So 1st day my bill was 324, so i thought will take the 20% off and buy some more stuff..so next day i called there and asked if i can do that deal for which they said yes..i went there i was the first customer..only one girl was asking if need help..so i selected more stuff and moved to payment counter..where i told the lady that yesterday i didnt got my receipt on my mail and i requested her to check ...for which she told me to write down my mail id..and she told me ive corrected ull get your receipt on mail this time.she didnt look very interested to talk..i mean very limited words looks rude..So after one day today i checked again if i got my receipt on mail..unfortunately it was not there..i called to the store and asked them to correct my mail id and mail me my receipt for future...guess what it was same lady who corrected my mail..she said maybe there is some glich on our system so we cant do it ..you have to keep your paper receipt..and when u come next time well correct ur mail id..I mean seriously..receipt usually fade by the time ...if in future i need to fix something how will i do that..very unprofessional..And yes the guy who altered my watch strap gave me watch on my hand i tried to slide box towards him but he was not bothered to keep it in a box i did myself...i swear i am not going back to this store in any case...people there dont know public dealing...Gave 3 stars only for sunday evening staff.Attaching my receipt its already faded.

Got wife what she wanted at a very affordable price. Never realized the store has clothes for men and women. Some really nice womens jackets.

This store in particular it was my first time in there. No one greeted my husband and I. Didnt tell us about the sale. They were more focused on their personal conversation. Another employee practically brushed last my husband didnt say a word not even excuse me which would have been the polite thing. I mean just rude.I found a wallet that I wanted to purchase and said if no one spoke to us by the time I was ready to checkout Id complain to an employee and leave the store without it. Thankfully someone spoke to me in passing on their way to their break and saved the purchase.

So I bought a purse and asked the cashier not to put in a paper bag as I prefer using my reusable bags when shopping, but she said the item must leave the shop in MK shopping bag. I think it is a waste for provide such big paper bags to all customer even when they do not want it. Being a big brand I assumed MK would be more responsible when it came to reducing wastes. I will have to think twice before buying anything from there, as I prefer a brand that cares more about the environment than their own policies and profits ! Very disappointing experience. I would mention that the sales person sounded rather rude in pushing to use the MK bag, like really I just paid for the purse, its not like I am stealing stuff and putting it in my own bag! It did not make any sense why is there such a policy plus why was she being rude.

Okay. But... This brand has surpassed its quality due to making too many, cheaper in price, watches & bags, in too short of a time period. It basically saturated the market with affordable bags & watches mainly. This is a bad thing. Its what is the difference between a bag or watch made by Prada, Coach or Burberry, Gucci, Tom Ford... -- And a watch or bag made by Gap, Banana Republic, Guess, this type of category. Now honestly the quality is probably about the same for all of those brands. Michael Kors isnt any better of a designer than Tom Ford. But the more expensive & high end the product, the LESS you pump into the market on purpose! Marketing-101: increase demand by making a limited amount of it. Also, the point is you dont want everyone and their mother sporting the same looking watches & bags, especially if youre paying $300 and up on the item. When you pay that amount, along with quality, you want creatively, individually and limited market availability on that item. Juicy Couture made that same mistake in 2004 to 2009. Other than that they have some nice womens jewelry.

Some staffs are good some are very rude. They act as they own the store. The MK standard they have to get train properly

Treated like crap by a short little black dyed hair, fake eyebrowed racist.Our debit card with a chip wasnt working and she ran right over and started running her mouth about why we cant use our debit card and how we should only pay with a credit card so that it will work. When we were trying an alternative she gave us attitude and said we couldnt do it and she had policies to follow. So I said we didnt need to spend our money there and she yells at me and says well thats fine we dont need YOU to.She marched over to another coworker and accused us of trying to use a fake debit card or trick the machine into fraud or something. We simply made the machine let us use the mag strip and type in the pin instead.Our transaction was approved and we left the store with her still side eyeing us.I dont understand what her problem was she wasnt even the one serving us. When we were paying is when she came over to the counter to harass us when our debit card chip wasnt being read. She was a witch so I was equally witchy back to her. I dont understand how a store worker in an outlet mall can think shes better than customers.

Very bad experience there was a Younger short lady who checked us out very rude and felt she was racist there was another lady who wanted to help her wrap the bags we purchased but she said she do it after the other lady left she just put them in a bag gave it without wrapping and it was raining as well was very disappointed we have shopped at this location many times in the past but never felt this way but this was after about 4 months we shopped I dont know what changed.
