I ordered online because i am in California. I waited patiently Knowing it would take a while but i kept checking on the tracking number because i had a wedding to wear the dress to. The day it was supposed to arrive, i was home all day, when it said delivered i rushed outside and didn’t find anything so i reached out to UPS and to The Boutique. They told me it was delivered And i should look around or ask people who live with me? I live with my 5 year daughter who doesn’t go outside without me.I have been reaching out to both and all i an told is that it was in fact delivered. I am now out over $100 and can’t seem to get a resolution. Customer service is not helpful and I professional, they said they haven’t had issues before but NEITHER HAVE I! i do majority of my shopping online and never had a missing package. I do have a ring camera and have reviewed that day and nothing. At this point i would never shop with them again.

I love this store, but I really recommend the owner to see the attitude of his workers, yesterday I went with my friend for a while before closing, since we entered they did not help us, I asked for help and no case, when they were 30 m to close, she said or in 30 m I close, then in 15 m I close then in 10 m I close being in the changing room and with a few minutes to close she told me if i wanted the dress or not to close the drawer, very bad customer service. You dont feel comfortable shopping in a place that treats you like this. That’s the only bad, bc the clothes is really beautiful .

The staff is super sweet as soon as you walk in and the set up of the store is chic and clean (during these times thats so important). I’ve been shopping with The Boutique for a few years now and I absolutely LOVE everything. I purchase pretty much every week LOL. Clothes are amazing quality and prices are very reasonable. Customer service is also amazing and extremely helpful. I needed an address change quickly after I placed my order and they were so quick to reply and made the change for me!! After being a loyal customer to this store for many years and driving many miles just to shop, I am very disappointed in the level of customer service provided. A code on their website was advertising 25% off with code flashy. I reached out to them several times since the code did not work during check out. No response no acknowledgement after 3 days. They do not respond to emails nor DMs and their phone line is down. After I communicated the error and sent screenshots, a day later the code was taken down from the site and my request was ignored. The code should have been honored since it was the stores mistake for not setting it up to work properly while advertising it. Dont advertise a discount that does not work.

I made several purchases from this vendor for my up and coming trip in September and I major event I have coming up this weekend. The website had a suspicious pop up window requesting a username and password which I kept ignoring and continued with my order anyway.Now, I am receiving emails from the vendor stating that they declined/cancelled my order and requesting that I send them “proof” of my pending transaction and now my ID to process my order.I suspect that this business likely shut down during COVID and hackers may be operating like them. Be ware!!! I already called my bank to alert them of the situation. Also, their address says they are located in Kendale (how it’s spelled online) FL and there is no Kendale, FL. The correct spelling of the city is Kendall, FL.Their online store seems suspect.

If you see something you like buy it because their merchandise is constantly changing & carry a certain amount of sizes. No guarantee you will see it again! The clothing is beautiful, good quality & reasonably priced. Lots of compliments on the pieces Ive purchased here. The girls are also very nice & helpful. Lots of parking too.

Second time they cancel my order after the item is sold out and they only cancel the order when the sale is over so if you wanna buy something else you have to pay full price. Horrible and rude customer service. Items run big and they take forever to give store credit.Update: I didn’t demand a refund. I asked for my credit which was taking more than usual. Without telling me anything your customer service issue a refund and I have emails to prove it. Oh and I used the first time customer discount twice which one was from my boyfriend. Learn how to run a business. Your bad reviews prove how bad your Customer service is!

I recently placed an order online for my graduation dress. As soon as I saw the picture of the dress I fell in love with it.The delivery was very fast, I received it the following day. The dress is beautiful and great quality.Ladies! If you are very petite as me (52, 100lbs) and your measurements match their S measurements BEWARE! The description on the dress said RUNS SMALL which it does not! It looks and fits like a Medium.I contacted customer service, they told me i should have followed the size chart and their policy is exchanges only, they do not make exceptions. I made it clear I did follow the size chart and their info was not accurate. I am unable to visit the store since Im from out of town and asked to recommend any items that might really run small to exchange my dress and was ignored, never got a reply back.I had to have my dress altered and pay $50 more for it. I wont be buying from this store again since I cannot trust their item description and the customer service sucks. Im only giving it 2 stars because the shipping was very fast and the dress really is fabulous.

If you shop from boutiques as often as i do steer clear of this one if you are concerned for any reason about sizing! I have now ordered 3 different outfits from here and spent a good amount on each outfit to have it delivered to me and not fit! When trying to exchange it for something i can actually wear for spending $60 dollars, i had no contact from the shop except for receiving my package back in the mail because it didn’t have a tag and very VERY light deodorant(who doesn’t wear deodorant and cant help but get a little bit on a piece of clothing)The least the could do for customer service is notify the customer and see her the can do to help!

I’ll start by saying that if could give this place a 0 I would. The customer service is terrible and I think they are running scams via their online service. I tried to order 3 items from them online. I found them on Instagram and thought they had some nice things. After my order was placed, they sent me multiple emails stating they needed my drivers license and a piece of mail so that my order may be processed. I am in school in one state and live there majority of the year and my card is registered out there, but I decided to come back to my home, where I am originally from, and order these items for an upcoming vacation. They said I was fraudulent, which was a big slap in the face to me. For a nice amount of time, I receive the mailing emails and I support their social media accounts. Instead of using their resources to discern between fraud and actuality— they did not. The stated that their chargeback fees were a major loss to the company, but I believe a greater loss would be its customers. I didn’t think to look at the reviews online, but if I did in the first place I wouldn’t have even tried to order. They threatened multiple times to cancel my order if I did not give them ALL of the “verifying” information. I feel like I would’ve been scammed if I did, so you all would have my mail from both states, you already have my credit card information and you want my ID— ABSOLUTELY NOT! If I have to do all that to support your small business to order a swimsuit that is too much for me. I sent an email stating I was upset and not once did they say sorry for the inconvenience, please understand why we do this, etc. etc. In conclusion, I like to shop and they lost a very great potential customer. I guess this is what I get for stepping out on Fashion Nova and wanting to support small business because they would never!

The boutique always has really nice clothes however they sell out quickly because they have an instagram page and they post new arrivals on there which usually sell out in a matter of hours. My best advice for anyone who wants to keep updated with them is to follow them on social media. I give them 4 stars because I really dont like their return policy. They do not offer a money back grantee if you wish to return an item. Even if the tags are still attached and the clothes are unworn they will only offer you a store credit. Ive ordered from this website a couple times and Ive been pleased for the most part. Today I got an email that two items I wanted to buy were back in stock so I decided to go ahead and order them. The end of summer sale (35% off) was still being advertised on their website but the code wasnt working. I emailed them and they said unfortunately the last day to use the code was yesterday. If you have a sale listed on your website, it should be honored or at the least, apologize :)Update: After posting a negative review, my order was cancelled. No reputable company would conduct business this way.

Placed an express order yesterday and it definitely came the next day however they sent me someone elses order by mistake....I am so pissed because the whole point of express for me was because I needed it ASAP. The owner did get back to me within 30 minutes and shipped the correct order out to me. I should receive it tomorrow but I would never order online from them again....In store maybe buy online NO!

My original review was a 1 because of miscommunication. The owner specifically reached out to us to apologize for the inconvenience and offer expedite shipping to get my girlfriend a dress for our anniversary. To us that is huge! Customer service is everything. Thank you for that & she’ll send you photos in the dress she selects. Great customer service.

I always shop here for my wife. The staff is always attentive and know exactly what I should get for her. Definitely better than anything else in the area.

I just have to say... I love love love these clothes. It can be so frustrating when retail stores only stock seasonally. But The Boutique has NEW goodies WEEKLY. Follow them on Instagram & check everyday. You will for sure find something right for you---it has become my new routine.

Do not waste your time going to this boutique. I certainly did. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews and decided to not go also based on how unprofessionally the owner responds to reviews not in her favor. The positive reviews are all fake.. read carefully and you will see that the same employee every review talks about Dirian has also written a review pretending to be a customer (of course she will delete it and it under a different name after she reads this). The clothes are of horrible quality (similar to an urban planet but worse), they dont have many styles and what they do have doesnt look attractive (dont be fooled by their pics online), and the service was awful! Really rude girls that seemed angry and had an attitude from the get go as well as when myself and other customers didnt buy anything. They offered no help, no please, or thank yous either. All I can say is these girls deserve to work here and will not get far in life with that attitude. So take my advice, DO NOT GO HERE... you may as well go to Urban Planet or a similar store and still get better prices, wider selection, better quality, and better service!!!!!!

Workers were too lazy to help let me shop two minutes before opening. Told me to leave when they were sitting talking on their phones as the store was already unlocked. I guess they will be working at local shops for the rest of their lives with this horrible business strategy.

Do NOT order from this boutique without trying the clothes on first, at their ACTUAL store firstI unfortunately couldn’t do that since I don’t live in Miami !The costumer service is by far the WORST I ever received from an instagram boutique, So sad that online boutiques like this are the ones that make the GOOD ones look bad and hard to ever order and trust you’ll get what you ordered. The clothes are ALL made in China and horrible quality, for the price point at least!They don’t even try and sow on their own label like other boutiques do, they send it to you right out the ship that came from China.I ordered a dress that I thought would look wonderful for my anniversary, but the sizing was WAY OFF, when I tried getting a different piece/size and exchange it, she made me pay a 20% “restocking” fee, so I sent her a dress I bought for $52 and in return I got a $30 store credit! When I tried addressing trough email the “faulty sizing” she replied saying the dress ran “true” to size and my chest and back were probably “To Big” for it. Funny thing is that I ordered 2 other pieces in the EXACT same size and those fit me perfectly . (Quality 3 from a 1-10 scale (and that’s me being nice) .So fast forward I had those “$30” in store credit just lingering around, so I dedice to give this boutique a second chance and waste my store credit, so I order a denim romper ($60) and she stated VERY clearly on my “confirmed purchase email” that when you purchase merchandise with store credit it is FINAL SALE.So the romper finally arrives and I’m excited to see it in my head like I pictured it and then BOOM! This romper is like 5 sizes TOO big!!!!!! So now I’m stuck with the romper that I will NEVER wear. No wonder their return policy is so limited and ridiculous!!! Who wouldn’t want their money back after seeing and trying the stuff on.I actually like their pieces and they make it look so nice and unique, they could have been my favorite if their prices matched their quality, better costumer service and a wider costumer friendly return policy.I never write negative reviews that’s just NOT who I am, but how else would I express my unsatisfaction.

The Boutique is by far my go to for any occasion. The best part is that I am in NC, and shop with them from their Instagram and website. The shipping always exceeds expectations, and the customer service is top notch! This boutique really seeks to make their customers happy and provide the trendiest hottest looks one can get their hands on! I highly recommend bookmarking their website, and giving them a follow on Instagram. You guys rock, cant wait to see more of the spring and summer styles you all have in stock! :)

This boutique is great. I own two formal dresses and a romper from here. I will say that the clothing runs very small compared to other boutiques. In my first dress I wore a small and the other the small would not even pass my chest. With that in mind I suggest sizing up for certain items that do not stretch. The return policy is not very convenient being that you can only get online store credit if purchased online. This means no cash back and can not go into the store to use the credit. Overall, you cant beat the price of these items so as long as it fits your good to go!

This was my first online order at The Boutique. I had been desperately searching for a mid-length black faux fur coat. I searched for well over a week and even found and ordered one at another store, only to have them cancel my order within 24 hours, claiming the item was out of stock. So disappointing.I finally found The Boutique and they had the perfect faux fur coat in my size! However I was a little apprehensive about what I would expect....but OMGGGGGG the coat arrived two days early, PLUS it exceeded my expectations! I absolutely LOVE it. The quality is outstanding and feels nice and heavy. Lovely!!!Thank you for amazing customer service and super fast shipping!!!
