2nd month in a row my prescribed controlled substance has come up short on count... why??, you either have: someone who cant count that is counting out meds or untrustworthy people who are stealing medication behind the counter. I did notice also my medication was rite on the counter in a pile just sitting there. Id say someone stole a few while it was just out there but anyone who is going to steal from a pharmacy isnt taking 15 pills out the bottle and then leaving it, theyre taking the whole thing...

WORST pharmacy ever. I have always been with Rite Aid and never had any issues for many many years. I recently moved to Niagara Falls and had to switch pharmacies. My first time there getting a refill on a script a pregnant woman was super rude to me over the phone exclaiming they have 100s of ppl ahead of me and itd be hours to fill my medication I have to take daily, that was already a day late. She was overwhelmed n completely rude.Now today my drs office sent over 3 things that are just sold in a box n they just put a sticker on...I went after my appointment n getting blood work so about 1.5 hours later and the same woman was rude and again said it would be hours....so I called after waiting 5 hours to check on my status of my Prescription n was told now they couldnt fill it bc the dr didnt put a brand which it was after 5pm so I couldnt call to have the dr call in a new script. Usually if there is a problem with a script they notify u so u can contact the dr but not this place! I called wegmans after this bc Im not playing their games with needed medication. But now they told wegmans they have no scripts for me there!!! Seriously they need to fire these unprofessional assets n hire ppl that can handle doing their jobs! Worst pharmacy ever. If anything happens tonight they will be surd for not transferring my scripts when the other pharmacy contacted them.

I spent a good part of the night in Emergency room with my son, he was discharged with prescriptions to continue taking to control his food poisoning symptoms. Rite Aid is the only pharmacy/store showing open at 8 AM. I was in front of the door at 08:10 AM and the store on 1717 Pine ave. is locked up. The website, the sign on the door and the message on the phone all say 8 AM, no one there, no one answering the phone. I tried three different locations and got the same results. Looking at my kid suffering, I am thinking that I will never shop any Rite Aid again, even if they were the last store left in the world.

The employees have always been helpful and courteous on my visits. The pharmacy staff has always been helpful, courteous, and seems to take an interest in your well-being. I have had no issues with either the retail side or pharmacy side of this location.

Would give negative 5 stars if I could. I used to go into this store all the time for everything and prescriptions. A couple of days ago I needed to use the bathroom and went into the back of the store where the door was open and used the facility. Someone WHO DIDNT EVEN WORK THERE started knocking on the door like a cop and directed me to leave. I left. I WAS DOING NOTHING WRONG. TODAY I went into the same store and somebody slammed the door on my face so I just left and flipped them off. ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES CAME OUT OF THE STORE AND TOLD ME NEVER TO COME BACK AND ACTED PHYSICALLY AGGRESSIVELY. THE SAME EXACT FEMALE THAT WAS WITH THE GUY WHO DID THE THING IN THE BATHROOM. I wouldnt use this store again if it was the last place on Earth! Up the block is a Walgreens - never had a problem there.
