Prices not honored as listed .. nor will “Management honor” this mistake.Need a wall stand..went to the store toWent to checked out the price for a tv wall stand .. saw a wall stand for $52. ( as per label) .,. thought it was a great deal..Went to the cash register to pay for my items…. Items came up as $75.+taxAs their store policy as indicated.. that the store clerk indicated to me “several times”.. the prices that come upon computer is the prices that they have to charge. They immediately took the “$52” sticker off the item.I wanted to talk to the manager about this as there was a label on the tv wall stand the had $52 on the label on the package that they have..The “so called” manager wanted to know where I picked it up..I showed him the location of the items.. as there was a mix of other styles, sizes of TV wall stands at this location ( not very organized)Manager indicated that “someone” must have put the wrong sticker on this as well as other tv wall stands.I indicated that there were the same items with the same price tag.Kept talking with the “manager” at the store.. He/they kept on incisting that what every the price is on the computer.. that is the price of the items….and they are unable to “change it”.Got so fed up with their Managerment “ the computer price is the Official price” that I did not want the TV wall stand any more.As we were paying for our other items ..WE noticed that they have charged us HST on our other items. We Indicated that as per your policy.. they should not be charging HST on these items. The supervisor quickly indicated that they “ do not honor that Policy any more, and that they “missed a Sign that they were “suppose to remove” She then quickly cover up this sign and indicated again to us that they have to take the price of the items in the machine as the price of the item (as per image, as taken from July 05,2021, at 1:09PM)This outlet store does not Honor any kind of policy that they have mentioned and/or advertised. They can just “ revert back to they “ policy that what every the computer price is … that’s the price”.. Even the “manager” Did not want to honor their mistake on the sticker price tag or take off the HST as advertised.. that was quickly cover up after we mention it.. as showen in the picture. This store mine as well put up a sign “ Buy 1 get one 50% off” for a item(s) and then when you as the customer goes to pay for your items.” IF your not paying attention” Pay Full Price for both items”.
I had a wonderful experience yesterday of complete customer service. There was a product that was advertised, I called in to find out if it was available, and the assistant who answered the phone was friendly and professional and very helpful. He went into the supplies to ensure me that yes what I needed was there and would be put aside for the time arranged for me to come in. When I arrived at the store I went to the furniture section as directed asked for assistance for the item that had been put away for me and was told to wait just a moment. The assistant came back with the item, double check to make sure that it had the advertised price and that everything was included in the package, took it to the cashier for me, carry the item to my vehicle, loaded it along with the rest of my items and took the cart back into the building so that I didnt have to. The employees I dealt with where Chris and Colin who were a great help, professional and friendly. The experience was maximum customer service without having to ask for assistance, way above my expectation when dealing with a retailer. Thanks guys!
My husband & I were there in July & we found some good deals. I bought a pair of Puma shoes & I LOVE them & got them for a good price. My husband found a nice pair of Jeans too at a good price. Wish I had a car because I would DEFINITELY go back just to see if they have the same shoes and buy a few more pair of them. I stand on my feet for long periods of time at work & I never come home with sore feet.I really want to come back just for the shoes, wish I wouldve just bought like 2 pairs but I think they only had one pair my size.
Before visiting the store, I received wrong info on the phone, and had a poor experience with other employees. When I arrived in the store, no help was offered and I was about to leave. An employee by the name of Joe provided exceptional assistance and made my experience much better. He took the time to look for what I wanted, and even researched the product to insure I will be content with it.I hope Joes great customer service is rewarded, because he deserves it.Visit was on Tuesday March 9th, 2021 at approx 5pm
If you plan to visit, pack your patience and wear good shoes. The place is BIG and filled with great deals in every department. Needs multiple visits. Staff is very helpful and friendly
Great store. Will return back once everything opens up. Great customer service
My niece went to get a few things for her 1 yr old daughter wearing a shield instead of mask cause she has a medical exception. They asked her why she wasnt wearing a mask and she told them that she had a medical exception. They then proceeded to tell her to leave and that she wasnt welcome there. They escorted her off of the property. If I could give -1,000,000 stars I would. They did this over a silly mask. They should be closed, doing this to a mother that has a history of medical issues.
Was just there today and when I opened the two pack of toilet bowl brushes, I realized that one of them was broken and put together like it was nothing wrong with it. Highly disappointed to say the least. Wish I can post the picture of it....I took a picture and planning to return to the store to see what they have to say about it. It was $20 for the two....Hope to get a replacement or half the money back since only one is good.
Be very careful and think twice before buying anything from there, all of the items sold are from Costco, I think they are the returned items, some items are more expensive than Costco, I have seen a Cuisinart coffee grinder, then I found it at Costco for for $30 less! I bought a calendar that was priced at $8 and it says the price includes tax, after getting home I was checking the receipt and found they charged me $13 for it!!! Also check the items you buy very carefully, we bought a laundry hanger and when we opened it we found it is broken. It is very disappointing
Its not a bad place way over priced on some things theyre cheaper at Costco
Not a bad place to find some great seasonal finds! Just really run down and dirty looking. They have lots of products from fridges, stoves, bedding, cookware, clothing, toys etc. Great location we picked up a few things and bonus was no tax! Workers are very nice and helpful when asked, don’t go in here expecting to be amazed, some things are good others not so much. It’s your typical liquidation warehouse.
Bathrooms are disgusting. My wife and others nearly sick. Clean up this place.
Great liquidation store. Great quality, some former Costco items. Clothes, jewelry, household goods, even food.
Their furniture is way overpriced with quite a bit of damage so i wouldnt recommend to buy furniture just to save tax. The whole building has leaks and smells like mold unfortunately. Last time I was there a small sectional being sold for $1200 was right beneath a leak from the ceiling. I have found some decent clothes there and kids toys but other than that... The prices are almost full retail, you save maybe $5 if that.
They like to tell handy cap people they CANT to go in there store and tell them to leave there property push them off for no reason i seen it with my own eyes that is not fair to them
Was just told that if you tell them you have a medical exemption, you can still shop. We’ve gone for years, and are glad this matter was dealt with in such a prompt fashion. We will definitely be back again! Thanks.
We went last weekend, we arrived at 530, they close at 6. When we got there, there was a worker at the door turning everyone away saying it was 530 and there was already the limit of people in there and they close in half an hour. While we stood there for 2 minutes there were plenty of people who left the store. Seems just like a lazy employee who did not want to stay after closing. We drove 35 minutes to get there. I understand completely with the pandemic they have to limit customers and if there was a big line up outside I would understand even more, but there wasn’t.. we were not happy and will not be back .
Went to this store today but very disappointed with both staff and customers not wearing masks. I shop here regularly but will not return till pandemic ends!
Good prices on a lot of items ... Shoes, clothes, renovation items, electronics and more. If you know your prices you can find some great deals. Stock is always changing so the more you go the better luck youll have. Staff is friendly and easy to find
You have to be very careful buying food normally it is expired or it has those animals that look like bedbug and lately the prices are way to Higher than other stores open your eyes well when buying
Great place for some bargains, if you know what you are looking for.
You have to be very careful and selective here. There are some bargains to be found. However, many products are either overpriced for a liquidation store or are of inferior quality.
I used to love this store! The prices were great and it was worth driving from Hamilton. Now it became more expensive then regular appliance/electronics stores!Ridiculous pricing for damaged, expired products!
Best liquidation store in the Niagara region! By far the best and widest selection of items, from furniture to jewellery, clothing and bedding. They literally have everything you need and could possibly want all in one place, and at a discounted rate! All brand new items, overstocks and discontinued brands/items. Great prices and amazing discounts!
Great finds and prices are lowest vs big box stores. Mostly Costco products items they selling .
Strange and imitative staff. Some of the local community members, pretend like they are interested in maintaining social relationships and standings with the others in the community. But in actuality, they are only pretending to be nice if they can be extremely rude and disrespectful later as a form of self confidence boosting. This is based on the fact that they are minimum wage employees who are cashiers have a career choice. The cashier named Abby was extremely rude to me after pretending like she was a friend and local Community member. I believe this was only to bolster her own negative appeal of her own life and idealism. Never turning as this is a discount store, and I can more than afford to shop in a normal location.
We purchased a freezer 7 cu ft delivered in one day. Nobody can beat these guys as far as Im concerned.Awesome service Thanks to all the employees
Sold me a broken fridge then 3 days later they said they couldnt exchange it because the same fridge was now 350$ instead of 175$......not my problem you cant organize your merch......also not my problem you sold me a busted fridge. Cherry on top was I lost 20$ after my refund because they didbt refund the taxes I paid on the 175. Aweful service. Zero common sense and a severe lack of business standards.
Its one of the biggest liquidation store in Niagara Falls They have all kinds of clothing furniture,, patio furniture, appliances and some food items. The clothes are sometimes used and you have to make sure they are not imperfect because some may have stains. Prices always include taxes so what you see is that you pay. Many returns or overstock comes from Costco. You have to go there often to find good deals. Return policy is not that good so make sure before you buy. Tvs are not good buy and same with some appliances. Bedding, shoes, clothes and office needs are best buys if you can find them. They have another smaller location at Niagara Square Mall.
I thought prices were way too high for a liquidation store. Didnt buy anything while there. The food products were past the best before date
The guy in the grey t-shirt working opposite Brianna on Saturday was an absolute helper.
Some good deals but few items got regular prices.Watch for some food items that expired! Some items are Costcos liquidation.
I’m always popping in cause I’m always finding great deals! I also like the wide variety of items they offer and how the HST is already included in the price making it easy shopping.I’m definitely a fan!
Got a great deal on a stove at Lapennaco, and it was dead on arrival. The staff at Lapennaco didnt quit until it was perfect, including sending a repairman to our home to make adjustments. They kept in touch with us when parts were ordered and we never felt like we were going to be left with a lemon. From the owner to the delivery men, everyone was professional and kept their word.
The only thing that is worth buying here is the clothing. Basically, most of the stuff is from Costco. The big problem with buying big ticket items here is that you dont get warranty and the prices are almost the same as retail. Albeit, you may save the taxes and you can bargain a bit, but you are also giving up the ability to return it. Do have a look however, you might get lucky.
Trashy store. Rude and Customer service is NON existent. If you want a good experience this is the last place in Niagara Falls you would want to shop.
Our favourite place to shop.Staff members are always pleasant and helpful.Great selection and prices.
Ridiculously overpriced and you can tell the stuff is super cheap quality. Some stuff like their rugs, had mud stains on them. Will not be going back.
Great place and great customer service.
There were a lot more items at great prices in the past, special clothing for the entire family, now not so much, but still a great place to find amazing bargains. Toiletries, vitamins and food items are always very good quality.
Such rude staff, Especially the manager (male) watching people struggle through that horrible door that is so heavy and slams on people . 4 guys staring. Maybe you should invest in a new door if your staff is unwilling to help.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of nice young women working.
Good place with great deals . You gotta keep on your eyes on the new stock weekly.
Prices seems to be not that great lately. They used to really have good prices on most items. Now its a few items here and there. For example a hamilton beach toaster theyre selling for $18 while a liquidation in hamilton sells the same for $10.
It like Wal-Mart but more friendly and more local the price are always lower
Good place to shop for certain things but if its a tv or electronics your looking for I would suggest else where cause what they were charging for a 40 tv I got a 55 for less
Spent $25 on rgb led lights that surprise surprise they were just plain led lights. will NEVER spend my money there again!!
This place got a great selection in great price, everytime i am in NF, this is must visit
The appliances are way over priced for the quality. Some of them looked like they were stored at a driving range and they’re asking large $$$ for them lol joke.
Great Deals Super friendly l will Def shop here soon once again ! Great job everyone 😊
They always have some good deal. But watch, a lot of stuff are Costco items, either open box returns or unopen, but occasionally they price some items significantly more than at Costco after taxes.
Unfriendly employee turned us away at the door.
Drop by to check it out, they’ve got some good deals on random items . You might get a coffee maker, pack of hygiene pads, perfume, bed sheet set or a shovel at a fraction of reg.price.
Rude customer service
Just driving around and found this place. We went in and wow. The prices!!It seems to be a Costco outlet. Because there are a lot of. Costco items here. That are defective or broken and at a bigger cost.Yes. Its more expensive to buy from this place than to go to Costco and get it.It was 10 minutes of my life I will never get back.
Check back often for great deals great staff
So so
Over priced junk
Good place to get stuff at reasonable price.
My one and only experience, purchasing a small appliance, exposed employee incompetence, and not only poor customer care from management but rudeness. Obviously, I will not be back.
Good staff and reasonable price
Very poor costumer service went to buy a matress but budy that cmae to help us was rude and not friendly. I will never shop there again will have to go to rose hill from now on
Stopped in to this costco reject store. the staff were really nice.
Some big girl named abbey was rude to me
We have shopped at the Lapennico in Niagara Falls many times. We enjoyed the deals at the Lapennico. The Lapennico is located in the fallsview neighborhood of Niagara Falls and is very close to the QEW. - Rick Trus Review
Great selections at affordable prices
While i was waiting for enterprise car rental to open I found this bargain store. While I was browsing the jeans section, a kind and friendly staff member asked if she could help, she found the last and a hard to find size for me, and bought them, otherwise I would have walked out empty handed, thx.
They sell some things from Costco for more than Costco sells them for. What kind of “clearance” place is this?
Nice place to get good deals. Friendly staff.
Good store terrible annoying commercials
Some good deals
I went to the store and bought the Bionaire humidifier on Jan 3, 2013. Before I bought it, I asked the cashier whether it is working or not and he said it is working. After I got home, I tested and it was not working. Waste money and time to drive there.
Didnt find good deals as I had hoped
You never know what youll come across here!!
Great deals
Awesome, great prices
Great Items with good prices! Friendly staff that are willing to help. Definitely a good place to buy discounted items. Got myself a carpet and I love it!!
