What an incredible mattress buying experience! These are six words I NEVER thought Id type. However, I couldnt be happier with my experience at Sleep Haven! Dave was the ultimate professional. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely down to earth. He went the extra mile and then some! We bought an incredible memory foam mattress and it is the most comfortable need Ive ever slept in!Bravo! 🌟🌟 🌟🌟 🌟

My mother in law paid for 2 mattresses and could not take delivery when Dave stated they were in. Dave also said there was no problem to come get them when ever she was ready. Well when she was ready the mattresses were in the warehouse and would call Monday when they were in. Monday went by, Tuesday went by with no phone call. Finally, that weekend she went into the store in person, and Dave claimed they were damaged in a rain storm and hed deliver them as soon as new ones came in.Update: mattresses were delivered 2 days after original post.

I have a very poor experience. I waited 3 weeks for my mattress and my flexible base. When they arrived we (the owner, his driver and myself), witnessed that the base has a serious defect. The owner promised that he is going to order a new one for me. I had paid him in whole. Three weeks passed since this day. Today I received a call that my base arrive, but happen to be a different size from what I need. My advice do not pay until you get what you want and need.
