Very professional and courteous. They do many things here other than manage mail. Wrap gifts. Package and ship. They even open my mail when I am out of the country and let me know what it is (upon request of course).

Simply the BEST mailbox store there is. EVERY EMPLOYEE is a wonderful person whom you WILL become friends with. No high school kids working there, instead, all are knowledgeable and super friendly adults. Sounds funny, but when I move away and find myself back in town I would actually stop in to say hi. Just great people there.

Sue is awesome! Might be the nicest lady on the planet. Ana, Larry and her staff do an outstanding job. Plus, Sue has the best dog in the world, Tucker. Sometimes he’s there and always puts smiles on the guests faces.

Ships tons of my packages to fans of our show, always helpful in finding the cheapest and best way to get products to someone. Always friendly and help overcomes the burden of having to ship things.

Needed to ship a package to a buddy in Spain. FedEx Store said $195. UPS store said $200. USPS wouldnt even ship it (lithium battery issue). DHLs website said $135 - The Mail Room, using DHL was $120 AND 3 days faster. Plus, the owner was rad! He knew all the tricks to get my package to Spain as fast and hassle free as possible (Customs, Insurance, etc.). He even googled the address to make sure we got it right. Great Service, Great Pricing, Great Choice. Worth going an extra few miles if theyre an option for you!

I love bringing my mail and packages here! Larry and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful and they always have the funnest cards/ seasonal gifts and other fun goodies!

Terrible service from the notary public working there. I took an I-9 form in to be notarized along with instructions from the employment agency explaining how the USCIS authorizes notary publics to notarize I-9 forms. She insisted she was not allowed to notarize it, however, and refused to listen to my explanation or read the instructions I tried to show her. Wont be going back there!

Attempted fingerprints/LiveScan, the machine did not function. Barely friendly, almost annoyed I was there, very inappropriate expression of self importance. Half an apology and still charged me for printing a page. 15 minutes and no service. Time for a moment of self reflection guys.

For notary, call before you go. Notary does not adhere to the office hours.

Very helpful and beats going to a crowded postal office.

Fraud. Not 10$ for notary, its 15$ and notary not there, had to come back in 30 min. Website says two are available.
