Great customer service. They staff is so friendly and helpful.

This store itself is beautifully decorated. Many nice color selections including colors that are exclusively for the UD stores only. However, Im not sure what ingredients they put inside their lip liners, they are the only ones that Im having allergic reaction. Customer service might need improvement for this particular store.

Really bad customer service, no one greeted me or asked if i wanted help.. the three employees were standing in a corner talking... i had to interrupt them in order to get help... when i asked my question one of the employees interrupted me rudely before i was done with my question, then when i tired to explain she then interrupted me once more.... like she was chasing me out of the store..

I just called their customer support number and OMG they are so kind and helpful! I was very impressed! I cant wait to visit the shop in CA.
