What happened to Nordstrom experience?Went by to grab one of my favorite coffee‘s, customer service was terrible walked in and didn’t get greeted. I ordered an almond croissant and I asked the girl to get me a fresh one from the back because I did not want mine to be the display. Nor did I want it to be stale and I think that might’ve rubbed the cashier the wrong way, I mean I don’t know why. So she still gave me the display one. She was very dismissive of me. Rude. Anyway she burned it and still try to give it to me. After I took it out to look at it and the other barista that was there he was a nice guy was like “oh wow” and changed it for me. The New croissant was decent still hard and stale but I appreciate the effort. He apologized but the other girl did not. She just laughed in the background with her colleague. Shame.

This is not Artisan coffee! Simple drip coffee dispensed from a large carafe.

I never knew Nordstrom even had a cafe and I was pleasantly surprised! From the hostess to our server and even the cooks, I was greeted with nothing but smiles. The food was fantastic and delivered promptly! A great spot to pop in for a quick lunch, grab a glass of wine on the patio, or just grab a beer while your wife shops. Highly recommend!

When shopping in Fashion Island, I always like to stop by Ebar to get a latte. Great customer service. Great coffee. Nice courtyard right outside to sit and enjoy coffee.

The food was awesome. Great service for a large party.

Asked the hostess to start a salad for me while I ran to the restroom real quick. She was unwilling to do it so I left.
