While a great place to find quality cigars beware that this store NEVER opens on time. Just know that if they say they open at 11am that means 11:30 or 12:00 at the earliest

Came to purchase cigars for a customer of mine who’s business is down the street and the place isn’t open during the time it states they will be. Very disappointing that I have to visit my customer empty handed.

I stopped by with my wife in search of vaping products for a gift, and while this is a true cigar lounge without such baloney, the gentleman who (instantly) greeted me was very kind and welcoming. I felt as if I were invited ahead of time!He even pointed me to two shops down the road that had what I was looking for and patiently provided detailed directions. We were both impressed and I can’t wait to come back and enjoy a Spanish cigar here as well as try their vast selection.All in all, I loved the remarkably friendly service in a beautiful lounge setting filled with gentlemen relaxing and puffing away; this place is a gem and I’d recommend it without hesitation to anyone wishing to relax with a friendly group and enjoy a smoke. Five stars!

My go to spot for cigars. They have a premium selection of cigars that is simply unrivaled for the area.

Stopped here on my birthday last year after seeing king Tut. Good selection and alert. They saw my FB post and wished me a happy birthday. They were having an event and the place was packed, standing room only. Nevertheless they found chairs for us.. Friendly atmosphere.

Fair oaks is a beautiful lounge with friendly faces and knowledgeable staff. My three visits there I spent relaxing on one of their comfortable leather armchairs (with personal ash tray) and watching full time HBO. Game of thrones and fight nights along with other TV series seem to be popular with the clientele. Great spot for sitting down and having a cigar.

This place is comfy and the humidor is well stocked (and kept at the appropriate humidity)Lots of locals but they made me feel welcome. Had a layover and walked here from the airport though it is a mile and a half. Glad I took the walk.

Im relieved this place exists. Its becoming harder to find great cigar lounges. Fair Oaks is clean, well staffed, and has a wide selection of cigars.

Great environment, great staff. Excellent cigar selection, plasma and supplies. As with any lounge, the clientele that makes it worth while. Great place to associate with fellow cigar smokers.

Great place to get a cigar and relax. The people there are friendly and sociable. Also, the individual who was behind the counter was very respectful and made for a good experience.

This is a nice place to unwind after a day of work.The cigar was lit, pop was in the fridge to take and old episodes of Def Comedy Jam were playing on the TVs.Prices are above average but you could do a lot worse. Good experience if youre a traveler.

I agree with Jason S below. I just left this place Feb 3rd and the manager on duty was a jerk and did not seem to care about anything that was going on out side him sitting behind counter dosing off. To dislike of at least 2-3 customers out of maybe 5 in the store he just let one customer secluded in the back just decide to up and change the tv while others were enjoying a movie that we did not even pick and when at least 2 customers, self included clearly voiced their dislike verbally he just said what ever and continued to sit and could not care less. I will not be going back but hope the owner would at least take notice and understand the clear failor of any kind of customer service.I would give zero stars if it would let me.

A unique place to hide out, get business done, enjoy a glass of wine in a paper bag. The most interesting characters you will ever meet especially what was referred to as that jerk manager dosing off behind the counter, guy.

Great place to relax and have a Cigar. Comfortable chairs and awesome layout. Decent humidor. Could be a larger selection.

I have a pet peeve when it comes to keeping posted business hours. Took the Toll Road to get right here efficiently. Had the cigars in mind I want. Been coming here when in town for decade. Open sign lit up with a locked door and no one answering the phone at 18 minutes past open. Gggrrrrrrrrr.....

First time here. Went in to watch some basketball at 10:17, Says they are open till 12. Employee was no help on cigar selection. Picked out a go to, 1990 vintage Ricky Patel, overpriced at $13, but wanted a smoke to relax. Went to pay, he put it in a bag as I was paying. Told him I was staying for the end of the game and smoking it there, he told me that they are closing and I can not stay. There were about 6 other people still smoking. Will not be back.
