It had a very welcoming feeling once youve entered the building. Everyone there was very helpful and nice. There was a bit of some issues at the lines and people cutting in front. Other than that though the prices look great and the selection is phenomenal if you are in the neighborhood of the fountains and are a purveyor of libations, you should visit this place and leave with something. You wont be disappointed

7 stars if I could. I walked in, was pleasantly greeted. I was looking for a handful of niche items and was helped by the lady that greeted me. Store was clean, everything in its place. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Great experience. Its now my new total wine favorite location.

This Newport Beach store has the nicest, most knowledgeable people working here. Combine that with the best selection, and prices and youre crazy if you arent buying your spirits and cigars here. Love this place!

Had to edit this review because I went in again yesterday and didn’t want to leave the manger and cashier were so so soooo helpful no judgment what’s so ever didn’t treat me like a child and just super helpful with any questions I had amazing customer service this time and I will be going back.Awful customer service judged the whole time guy stared at me didn’t ask me if I needed any help got my ID immediately checked when I walked in and then again checked at the cash register they guy scanned it yet had to ask for another guy to come and check to see that it wasn’t a fake I felt judged the whole time they were extremely stuck up rude judgmental and just not at all helpful I had high expectations going in there based on the reviews but am confused considering how just awful that experience was.

Wide selection, expert knowledge and fair price, compatible with Costco without a membership cost, I always get lost in there with rows and rows of booze but no fear, just ask one of the associates and bam you have your favorite booze, whatever that might be.This is one of those place that I know if I go in there then i will be out happy whatever the occasion is, birthday party, invitation to a friend dinner or around here just to grab something quick then head to the beach to catch the sunset you got it made, and thats my friend is haunting precious whatever that meant.

Awesome place, they have an awesome variety of labels, many from Europe, so much of California too and a few Mexican wines also. The customer service is great and the attendants are really nice and they know very well what the have in store. Very pleased

I love my cashier. Great customer service from the lady up front. They have a great selection of alcohol that you normally won’t find at the liquor store or grocery stores. There are some unique beer brands I’ve never seen before. I’m not much of a drinker and stopped by to grab some for a dinner party with a special request and found what the hosts wanted.

Big place, lots of wine selections from France, Italy, Spain, etc. They have wine, sweet liquers, beer, also liquor,like bourbon, tequila, gin,etc. Staff friendly and helpful.

I spoke with Brenda over the phone with some rookie questions but she was SO helpful and thorough. They were out of something I really enjoyed and she immediately knew of another bottle that the winery family makes so it ended up being the same deliciousness with a different label! This is just one of many amazing experiences from total wine!!

I went in on the 25th n was not even expecting the amount of product that they have available. It was the first time Id been there before and I had found what I was looking for (the aisle anyways) and someone working immediately asked if I needed help. I did n he went above n beyond to make sure I found what I needed. Got 2 bottles of whiskey, a 4 pk of Guinness, bitters, n old fashioned mix for under $100. 10/10 would recommend again n again! 💯🍻

This place is insanely well stocked. They have stuff here that I have been begging different places to ask their distributors to go with no luck. This place is the NUMBER ONE place in El Paso to get alcohol from. They also have a humidor if you are looking for some smokes as well. If you havent check it out you are missing out. When you are there ask about the different classes they provide and the reward program they have. Good stuff.

So there prices are competitive with the other big one but they boast tasting stations. So why I got such a hard time getting a taste of whiskeys? Waiting ten minutes for someone to show up. When they are here they walk away like Im a nobody

Love the store but didnt have the liquors I wanted but I bought the second best ones and they are just as good. The attendants were really super nice, sweet and very friendly. Ill keep stopping by again.

Amazing selection of everything! I could easily spend an entire paycheck in there trying new liquors, beers, and wine. I cant wait to go back for another bottle of scotch that I saw. If youre looking for a great selection then this is the spot. The prices are a little high though so there are a few things Ill continue getting elsewhere but theyve got stuff I havent found anywhere else around here.

Great service I got helped super quick, great selection found drinks/bottles that I had never been able to find on other stores. The staff at least the one I interacted with was super helpful and knowledgeable, as soon as I asked about a specific bottle the staff immediately pointed to it not just a general area but to its actual location. Its probably the best place in the city to shop for any type of liquor and beer. Theres always a good amount of staff and help available around. Theres free test testing if youre interested in certain liquors. Theres never long lines. Theres a very wide selection of everything and the prices are great.

I could not have been more disappointed in this store. A store is only as good as its employees. As an oenophile and regular consumer of wine, I was super stoked to check this place out. I couldnt find anyone to help me. Literally walked through the store, up and down aisles, twice trying to find anyone to assist me. Finally ended up at the customer service desk. The young man who assisted me, seemingly had zero knowledge of wine based on a couple of basic questions. He was able to get me to the correct section. However, they did not have the wine I wanted. He made no attempt to see if it could be acquired and no effort to give me an alternative suggestion. I selected another wine, on my own. When I went to pay for it, it rang up higher than the tagged price. I made mention of it to the cashier who said, Nope, this is how it ring up. There was no one in line behind me and yet she didnt make an effort to find out if I was, indeed, being overcharged. It was clear that her attitude was one that correlates with it did not matter because it wasnt her money. No service followed by poor service followed by blatant disregard for the customer. Specs it is! Wont be back.

Love the selection this place offers. I appreciate the samples and the ease of making my purchase. My only complaint is about the location. Its tucked away in the corner in a location that is already difficult to get to.

Great selection of online wines. Only to find out I ordered a 2013 vintage monsanto chianti classic and they replaced it for a 2016 without telling me. Man at the pick up section had a snobby attitude and gave me my wines in box all messy. He offered to fix them but they should have done it right the first time. one of my wine bottles was splashed and sticky. Next time Ill order from specs. Theyre always nice there.

This is a Walmart of liquor. There is a very large selection of all different types of sprites, wine, beer, and a lot more. If they do not have what you are looking for on hand they have a larger selection on line and could have what they are missing shipped in. The store is new and well put together with a easy lay out to navigate. The employees are very helpful and have a wiliness to help with out being to pushy. If you looking for that hard to find drink or just driving by i highly suggest stopping by and seeing what they have.

This place is bigger than it looks. They have a good amount of high-end liquor as well as your daily drinking spirits. Very attentive staff as well as knowledgeable. Just wish getting onto the 73 was a little easier.

Great selection friendly staff. What more could you want, oh super low prices compared to everyone around. Yep theyve got that as well. Saved $50 on one bottle over buying on post at the Class 6. Talked in length with a super knowledgeable sales clerk by the name of Yourian Flores. He was super instrumental in helping me find a really nice gift for a couple friends an myself. Had a bunch of knowledge on different Burbons, Scotches, an Rye whiskies. Even good info on Tequilas an the specifics on the company back grounds an what flavor profiles you can expect from everything he recommended.

Almost all lines were open even though the store was pretty busy. My only concern was that associates were not to helpful I asked 3 different and they seemed to not care.

My first visit there and I thought it was such a classy place. Beautifully designed, nice ambiance. And so much wine in one place! But they have so much more! Looking forward to taking a class there on wine pairing.
