KJ was recommended through a friend. He didnt do what he promised! and took 2000 of my clients money!! STAY AWAY!!!
He was recommended by a friend. I’m a single mom and was looking for an affordable vehicle. I was promised by KJ that I would just have to show up to the dealership and would leave with a car. I drove over an hour to Honda, got there with my son, and spent hours haggling with the dealership. KJ was no reachable. I left empty handed and asked him to refund my 400 dollars. He never returned my calls or texts so I was just swindled out of $400. DO NOT use this service. Crooks!!!!Your response btw is not true. You are a liar and a fraud.
The car experience was amazing and KJ and team was great!I was able to by two cars ( mine / so ), with a down payment that was affordable and obtainable.I would recommend women’s auto connection
I rated only because I had to... just to be honest because the service or lack of was terrible. Im not a review fanatic so for me to even post this is saying a lot.Basically, I feel embarrassed to even say I gave $300 to a company I didnt do my homework on. I trusted these guys based on word of mouth from a friend who had a very good experience. Now, I dont know her situation in detail that made mines so completely different but lets just say at this point I have no desire to even find out.Their whole pitch is to protect women from the dealerships that try to take advantage, but the irony is thats exactly what they did. I first inquired about the services in November and I let him know what I was looking for and that I would more then likely get back with him after the holidays. He was also so thorough and followed up often, sent nice Holiday texts messages and everything. So, I figured lets give this a shot - big mistake. So they had me fill out these forms on their app, which seems a bit outdated, but I submitted them anyway. A couple days go by and hes asking me did I fill out the forms and then says he never got them so I repeated process again. A couple more days go by after I had to follow up on the status. He responds hours later and ask that I meet him at a specific dealership, by a specific time. Needless to say I was thrilled! The next day I make arrangements to meet with him which by the way was 30 miles from where I was located. I texted him while in route letting him know my ETA... I didnt get a response but I thought ok hes probably in between clients. When I arrived, I sent another text and he calls back saying his son had a skateboarding accident a couple days ago and he couldnt make it because they had to go back to the ER the night before. At this point I became concerned, and please know that I am very understanding to things like this because I have children.... however I never received any communication from him prior to me making that drive that this had occurred. So disappointed, I go back home awaiting our next appointment because he reassured me that by Monday of that next week, he would have numbers and pictures for me and if I liked the car, he would personally deliver the car to me that day. Monday came & by 3pm after not even having a conversation it was clear, I had been scammed. Followed up Tuesday... no approvals, no car. By Wednesday both my husband and myself were furious and wanted a refund of the monies paid for absolutely NO SERVICES provided which he promised he would give to us.A week later as of today, no money back. I urge anyone who had the time to read all of this to please save your time, and money and stay away!***Update 7/14/21**** I still haven’t received my money back that KJ promised to return**** FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
