I came in a few months ago to buy a gallon of expensive cabinet paint and the employee gave me a heads up that it was about to go on sale. Saved me a good deal of money by coming back a few days later! 😅

Shopping here is super easy. Staff is always nice and helpful. I drive out of my way to come to the Newnan location instead of shopping at the Peachtree City location which is closer to home.

Great service! Had a flat outside the store and three nice men came and changed our tire for me and my mom. Saved us a lot of struggle and time!!

We recently visited this store based on a Pinterest project I wanted to try. Because of the quarantine, we had to sit in the parking lot and phone in our order. The sales associate was so friendly and helpful on the phone. She asked us what we were trying to paint and told us exactly what we needed. Our paint was brought out to our car in less than 5 minutes. The paint project turned out beautifully. I highly recommend this store and these sales associates.

Let me start by saying I love Sherwin Williams paint and over the past 6 years of going to the store in Newnan I have always had a great experience until today. Let me also say that my paint contractor Carlos and I have spent thousands at this store over the past 6 years. I ordered 3 gallons of the paint today. The nice young man at the front was new and had lots of questions for the manager James and another very nice young lad that was working. The lady came out of the office and began to help the new hire which I was appreciative. I started playing around with the young lady and the new hire and we all three of us were laughing and having a good time. Some of my comments that were make in fun were I hope I am not your first customer, the process looks so easy, I think I could do to. All of this was extremely light hearted and I never meant any disrespect at all. The manager storms out of his office and says I dont appreciate how you are talking about my associate, if you think you can mix paint, why dont you come and try. he was visibly upset with me and I was totally taken back by his comments. I explained that we were all just having fun and I meant no harm to his new associate. I apologized to his associate more than once. I am not sure why the manager James became so upset with me because neither one of the associate felt the way the manager did. Todays world is crazy and i was just trying to lighten the mood. I will not give this store a bad rating because the two associates I worked with was awesome and they deserve 5 stars. I am 59 years old and manage a multi million dollar business with over 250 employees and I love it when my customers feel comfortable enough with my employees to cut up and have a good time. if any District manager for Sherwin read this review, please speak with the two employees and ask them if I deserved to be spoken to like James the manager spoke to me. They will both tell you that I did not deserve it.and they will both tell you they felt NO disrespect from me. I will not tell you what the 2 associates told me when James the manager was not around because I can see this bitter manager taking it out on them. James the manager really needs to evaluate whether he needs to be in a managerial position or a District manager needs to make a decision for him.

Purchased a gallon of paint a couple days ago, applied it to my clean wall with a new brush and roller. When applied to wall, l noticed specs/ bumps. I took paint back, explained problem and clerk painted on a piece of paper and couldnt find anything, another clerk said to strain it, which he failed to do. His demeanor was as though I was taking up to much of his time. So he handed can back to me and said there is nothing wrong with this paint . I ordered my paint over the phone and they told me to call once I got there and they would bring the paint out to my car. The employee brought the paint out quickly and placed it in my car. The whole process went very smooth and efficiently.

I went in, got my paint matched perfectly and was out in less than 10 min. The guy @ the front desk handled me with professional courtesy and got me in and out. Keep up the good work Sherwin Williams 👍🏽

Poor customer service. Four men standing around when I entered the store and no one offered to help initially.

Cody, a part time employee, was all alone and handled 9 gallons of different paint colors I asked him to mix for me. Very professional, friendly, and attentive to what I needed and worked with a sense of urgency. Makes all the difference in the world when an employee cares about their customers! Will be returning to this location especially when they run the awesome sales promotion. Great vaule!

I went in the store / 11:15 a m & asked the guy / Nick at the counter a question about staining my Trex composite decking & referencing a Trex technical bulletin that suggested Sherwin Williams S-W A 15 - 150 series. After I finished & mentioned a preference to oil based, he immediately in a very loud voice went into a tirade about how this was the worst product. . . ( or maybe I was an idiot ). He offered no help or solutions to resolve my problem. I mentioned I wanted some S/W info to evaluate their suitability. While hunting down on my own this info, he had nothing better to do than go into a rant with another worker about the uselessness of his pest control company. If I determine SW products will remedy my problem . . I will drive the extra distance to PTCity to a SW store that has treated me respectfully in the past.

I love Sherwin Williams products, but as a woman shopper, one of the men that works there I feel talks down to me and that I could not possibly know anything about paint, the kind I needier even the color. I HATE to go in there, just wish there was one closer that I could go to. I asked a female there about brushes, and got a very professional answer without making me feel stupid.
