Terrible 😣 customer service!! The lady who was working, speaks so soft that I had to asked several times to repeat herself. When I called to ask about fingerprint services. First their machine was not working. Second time, I called prior going, they said to call after 10, I called again and they said that they haven’t turned on.

Arrived on a Saturday to find this location lined out the door. i asked the big dufuskid if the do Notorizing he said yes..Waited 40 min along woth 3 others to use notary service only to find they only do on Monday..I called monday and asked they said to come after 11 am .. I arrived at 12:30 to find they had 5 employees behind the counter and they couldnt do it because thet were understaffed..Had a couple of pland I need plotting so i called they said sure .got there and the plotter was down...I will never ever ever ever be back to this location and make sure my family does not either a this place is a joke....Go to FedEx in Peachtree City

April, the woman that helped me, went above and beyond to make sure all of my wedding invitations looked professional and made with care. She was so kind and helpful. I can’t sing her praises enough! The rest of the team also did a great job making everything run pleasantly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this UPS store to people.

I simply wanted one document printed out from a CD. Was told by the tall male employee with a beard well our printing specialist isnt here and she wont be back for a few days. Really? You cant just put a CD in one of the many computers back there and print it out with one of your many printers? Its really not rocket science. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention he was really rude about it. No smile, no apology, just kind of dismissed me acting like he was in such a hurry. Dude needs to learn some customer service skills for real. Will not be returning to this store again.

Waited at least 20 minutes to get something notarized only to be told they stop notarizing at 4pm. It was close to 6pm at this point and anywhere else I couldve gone was closed or about to close. They really should put that info on their website or post it on the front door at the very least.

I use this location because it is closest to my home. Everyone BUT the tall young man with a beard is great. He is always so rude and angry, never says hello or thank you. Simple politness goes along way. MAYBE HE SHOULD NOT BE THE FACE OF UPS.

Stood outside in the cold and rain waiting to get in. Finally got in the door and waited 10 or so minutes. There is a big sign on the wall saying notary services. Got to the front of the line, told the lady that I needed a document notarized and she told me that the owner didnt allow them to notarize...a whole list of documents. Why advertise a service that you dont offer? I was using this ups store a couple of times a week for shipping before this. Not anymore.

I needed to get fingerprinting done here. There I came Friday afternoon but this was after the tornado that took out power the night before, so their internet was down. One lady nicely told me the times fingerprinting is available Mon-fri 10am- (I think it’s 5pm). She apologized and I went home for the weekend. I called Monday morning to check if their machine worked before I drove all the way up here but it did not so I Waite the next day. I call and it was working so I hurried and drove up there. They were very busy and you could hear the phone ringing constantly ( I wasn’t the only one who needed fingerprinting). There was one lady working it and she was so courteous to the customer ahead of me. When it came to my turn, she treated me the same way and was very patient since I had no idea what to do. I should have gotten her name so I could give her a personal compliment by name but despite being so busy, she maintained an air of professionalism and kindness. She also didn’t waste anytime so I liked that. She was all business but at the same time didn’t make me feel rushed. If she ever happens to read this, I hope this motivates her to keep up the excellent work and thank you for making my experience there a very pleasant one. It was really nice. I wish this UPs was closer to me, because I use UPS regularly.

I appreciate the honesty of this store. Flew into Newnan from California and bought some baking ingredients not available in California. The weight ended up weighing 50 pounds and very expensive to ship UPS. Store associate was honest and suggested I just get a second bag and take bake on plane of course would be much cheaper. I know it was lost business at the time but she was honest!

If anyone has a right to complain it’s myself and my mother. She went in on Monday to mail me a birthday gift (card with cash). She completed her transaction, filled out the purchased card and placed cash in the provided UPS envelope. (Yes I know placing cash in a birthday card in front of UPS employees might not have been the best decision) while putting everything together the other guy employee was very interested in what was being placed in the envelope she said. But we should be able to trust employees working for UPS. She was provided with a receipt and tracking number and told it would arrive today and it never arrived. Checked the tracking and it was never picked up. Contacted the 1-800 number and was informed that the package was never scanned or picked up. So you can put two together and figure out where my card and cash went! I definitely won’t be letting this lay low and I will be giving this store HELL and will make UPS corporate know how this FEDEX employee here feels. This is absolutely uncalled for and this needs to be handled correctly and all security cameras needs to be reviewed and both gentlemen working this past Monday need to be questioned. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!

I had a package I shipped be returned for no reason. The store could not provide me a reason. They called the hub in PTC - could not provide a reason at all. I had to take time out of my day to go fix this issue. Then they tell me I’ll have to pay for shipping again. So I had to pay twice for shipping for their mistake.The lady that helped me was nice about it, but offered no help or discount. I won’t be using UPS again.

Besides COVID-19 has an aerosol vector of transmission so even if the glass covered, wearing a mask is much More effective.I asked a young man if they required masks and he said no, which is strange because at the Peachtree city UPS everyone uses masks. I am disappointed in UPS, they could at least require employees to use a mask to accommodate clients who believe in the CDC and the results of scientific investigation. We are at 50% mask use, and hopefully that will keep growing, but in the meantime UPS has decided to be blind to its customers preferences and take political sides. FYI That is bad business, if there are 1000 other people like me you won’t have them at your store.

Jacobs customer service went above and beyond. Dropped off package to ship back to AT&T and Jacob told me to keep the receipt for a year (no lie). I then, of course, misplaced the receipt and got a bill from AT&T that they never received the equipment. Called store and got the typical I dont think we can do that.. from person who answered. I then went to the store and Jacob thought outside the box on how to find the information in the system. He spent the time to track down the number and gave me the delivery information. More people like Jacob in the world please!!!

Both of my experiences at this location have been pleasant. They seem well staffed and they are very helpful and pleasant. The young lady helped me with shipping options that were available when I asked her about arrival times. Only negative is that the bubble wrap was too expensive for me to purchase extra.

Went on 1/15 to ship bday gift to arrive before Sunday 1/19. No updates on usps website. Label states Expected delivery dat 1/17 by end of day. Well called the post office, they said no, its expected delivery date is 1/21. They did not get it until 1/17. I paid for it to arrive at its destination 1/17. Wont go there again.

I usually ship things from the UPS Store that is located at 388 Bullsboro Drive in Newnan, Georgia30263. Store #5776.My daughter has been in Beirut, Lebanon for about the last year and a half. Her Birthday was in September and I sent a box that contained 2 large bottles of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar, a ceramic decanter(which was returned in a million pieces!)and a couple of other things. Well, about 2 months later the box was returned to me. Lebanon will only accept 16 ounces of liquid at a time into their country. They did notify my daughter and she was told why it was being returned. So, she did not receive a Birthday present from home.Then I sent her a Christmas present, which was an assortment of loose teas and a teapot with 2 cups She did receive the Christmas gift, but it was broken!I was just a bit distraught. The manager, Mary Beth was wonderful!! She listened to me, reassured me and copied my receipts and filed a claim for me. When I received the call telling me that I had a check at the store,Mary Beth also told me that when I purchased a new tea set to bring it into the store and one of her staff members would wrap it themselves and that they would absorb the cost of whatever was needed to wrap the gift for me. I did exactly what we discussed and when I brought a new teapot in, (they did not have the set that I had purchased before-so I just purchased a teapot.) Ms. LaToya waited on me and she was very pleasant and professional, she wrapped and boxed up my gift and sent it on its way. I prayed that she would receive it in perfect condition.Cyndi called me yesterday with such excitement. She absolutely loved her gift!!!I guess with all of that being said, I wanted to send my praises for the staff of my favorite UPS Store!!Nowadays it is hard to find a company that takes good care of their customers. Customer service seems to just be a faint memory.I will definitely ship through them from now on!!Thank you,Donna Webb

I have never had worse customer service in all my life. I have dropped packages off many times, the staff seems nice but constantly changes because the store manager is a very unfriendly not to say downright rude and arrogant person. Made me wait in line for 20 minutes and after I kindly asked may I just drop this off Im kind of in a hurry he snapped at me well if youre in a hurry you should have gotten here earlier. I will rather drive to the other side of town and take my business to the next store but will never ever visit this store again. I am looking up ups to make sure they know what people tgey employ in store manager positions.

I needed a couple of packages sent via UPS. Originally, I was very nervous about going to this store due to the reviews. However, I decided to give them a chance. I am glad I did. The staff was very professional and helpful. I quizzed them on their services and they provided me with the information. There was no confusion or rudeness. I watched them as they helped other customers and, at no time, did I see any evidence of rudeness or acting unprofessional. I had a very positive experience and will use them again in the future for my packaging and shipping needs.

I was in NYC and had a packaged shipped overnight to me for next business day morning by 8:30 AM. When it did not arrive, I had to place two calls to this Newnan store. First, they could not find any record of it. Finally, when they did, they were not helpful at all. They would not even try to trace it through the UPS system, make a phone call to UPS, absolutely nothing. It was my problem. I spent five more phone calls to UPS itself who kept telling me it was out for delivery. I finally got the package at 3 PM. They tried to hide behind a three-day old weather report. They charged me $100 for this expedited delivery. When I called UPS for a refund for non-delivery, at least the $75 surcharge, UPS said this store would have to refund it. They refused. Said it was not their problem. Did they really mark it for NBD 8:30 AM or did they just charge me and take my money? It is obvious they care nothing at all about their customers. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!

I called to inquire about UPS Store box office services. The owner was rude and exasperated at my simple questions. He told me to call later, that he didnt have time to answer my questions because he had customers. I told him I was also a potential customer and deserved the same respect. I told him to never mind and that I would take my business somewhere else. This is not the first time this happens. I have been to this store and this man has been very rude in person, as well. I went by there at 2:25 on a Saturday to drop a package off they do not close until 2:30. The door was already locked because they had a line inside. Store is not like Banks and other businesses that close and finish working their lines down from their posted closing time.

Worst store I have ever been to. Paid $27.07 to get a package overnighted to my office - critically important for delivery Friday, dropped it off at 1:00pm, and they didnt send it out Thursday, in fact it wont arrive till Monday! I could have walked the package there myself by then! Then they tried to blame me, refused to return my money and said only a manager or owner could help me and neither worked weekends nor would they attempt to contact them for me! Man working said he was just a part timer.

I would have to agree with the many reviews listed here.I went to this location to mail off a letter...simple enough. When it was time to pay, I pulled out my credit card and was greeted with, Are you kidding me? I say greeted because there was never a word uttered by the ower up to this point. I was so caught off gaurd that I assumed maybe I missed something that he said and was joking about. Chuckling I asked, What do you mean?He then stated that it would cost him more to run my card than the cost to mail the letter. There was no signage indicating a minimum cost; however, my issue was he was serious in his response. At this point, I had cash in the car at which I refused to make the effort and retrieve.Nothing was said and he literally threw my envelope to the corner and took the next customer. Never acknowledged what would happen to the letter. Mind you, the only phrase spoken by me was asking him what he meant by his initial comment. I was blown away by what was far from a warranted experience. Since I knew at that point I was not going to provide the store with my service, I asked for the letter. His response was that he would just take the loss. I asked again stating I could take the envelope elsewhere. He then mumbled I said dont worry about it. After leaving, I immediately reported this experience and behavior to the UPS corporate office.

I went in to have a letter weighed to be sure one stamp would be enough postage. It was slightly over the weight limit so I said okay, I will just buy another stamp. The lady said it would be 80 cents. I said stamps are now 80 cents? She said we have to charge more because we arent the post office. Really? 80 cents for a 48 cent stamp. It cost almost double. I wont be going back.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. After dropping off a pre labeled package containing an item valued at over $1,000, I discovered that not only was it never shipped to my customer, but it disappeared from their building. My package was stolen while in their possession 32 days ago and no one is doing anything to help. Unfortunately I will be filing a police report due to the lack of assistance for my stolen property, because I have no other option. This display of carelessness is something that UPS corporate definitely needs to be aware of as it is seriously an embarrassment to such a reputable corporation. Stay far away from this place.
