These guys have been absolutely amazing!!! Have always given me the best and friendliest service!! Have even been amazing to work with me on a weekend when my meds were increased and I was going to be short for the weekend!!!
I will never walk into Walmart and spend one penny again in my life I had a prescription called in at 2:00 6:30 I called up there wasnt ready the girl said was slow come in and you might be able to get it I called up 10 minutes later and I said this is unbelievable they said well somebodys out so we cant feel prescriptions so its 7:00 and they close and how am I going to fill in prescription that I desperately need that I waited 7 days for to finally get it they can send out texts saying its ready but they cant send out texts saying you should go somewhere else because we have no pharmacist to fill your prescription the worst Ive ever seen in my life so Im sitting here with no medication desperately needing it and I cant even get a transfer to another store horrible horrible horrible I will never ever set it foot in Walmart again in my life for anything
I am from out of state with my mom for her CTOA appointments and completely forgot to refill my anxiety medication before leaving. These nice people got my prescription transfered in and ready for me within an hour! Probably the coolest thing Walmart has ever done for me
The doctor sent the prescription on Thursday. In about three hours after that the pharmacy called me stating that they will need to order the medicine as it is out of order. At this time I told them that I will be in the next day after 4.30 pm and I did come at 6.15 ...after standing in line the pharmacist told me that the medicine is not ready and it will be ready in 15 minutes 😑😑😑 so .... I am waiting .....
Never have my prescriptions ready. Everyone here seems to have a bad attitude. Switching to complete mail order asap. Someone needs to look into this. Send in a mystery shopper. Youre servicing sick people, a simple smile or hello goes a long ways. John is the pharmacist and hes never friendly! I understand that most pharmacies are understaffed and pharmacist are unappreciated but you chose the profession. Be kind to people!
My veterinarian called in prescription for my dog. I arrive at the Pharmacy, they said, they did not have anything for me.I then called my veterinarian back and she said, I called it in. She then said, I will call them again. She called me and said she called it in again. 2 hours later I called was put on hold for 8 minutes . Then lady came back on phone and said it was being filled right now. I was 15 minutes away. When I got to the store I was told, it will be about 10 to 20 minutes.Poor customer service. This is my first and last time to use the pharmacy
I go in to shop early on Saturday mornings to try and avoid the crowd. 8 AM on Saturday morning always only the express lane open and one cashier. Last week five managers standing around chatting while the line in said express lane is six people deep, some with two carts and then youve got one person who only wants to buy a pack of batteries. All those managers standing around doing nothing about it pretty sure theyre all register trained. Their answer is the self checkout is openwhen everybody knows you can only scan seven items before it tells you to please wait for assistance and youve got that one person manning that station that had to go do a price check for someone else. They have way too many chiefs that are not willing to do any work and not enough help on the front lines
If I could post a meme review I would. Lol. They refused at first to work with me on pricing a different antibiotic. My nurse asked to speak to them because she left a message and noone called her back. The lady gave me the proper number to give my nurse. Then she made it all better when she called my silly self walking around pharmacy looking crazy over to let me know they got it worked out. Thanks for making it right. You were about to get a 1⭐ out of this guy.
This pharmacy tends to have an attitude. I was there with my Dad and he was picking up some scrips for him and my Mom. When he explained that he will also be getting his wife’s order, the clerk quipped “one thing at a time, sir” in a condescending tone. Next to us was a guy picking up a scrip and he was actually losing his mind over that lady’s attitude. Now I get that insurance and all that is complicated, but her tone was poor, and she explained his payment and insurance issues so loud that my Dad and I would have been able to discuss the matter if we wanted to. Very insensitive. Some people are quick to escalate their anger, but he could have been handled better. They have good prices most the time, especially on common genetics.Parking lot is terrible, crowded, dirty, and poorly laid out.
I am switching my pharmacy asap. My child’s medicine has been called in from her doctor since 3 PM it is 6 PM and her medicine isn’t ready ... so I have a sick child I’m walmart and it’s cold and I’m so frustrated ! Never ever again
I called to have my prescription transferred to the Walmart I live by and they told me to hang up and call that Walmart, so I called that Walmart only to be told to call this Walmart back to have transferred as my doctor told me. I call and the phone rings for FIVE MINUTES. I finally get back ahold with someone and it sounded like the person who answered my call just woke up, she said “hello?” And I said “Walmart pharmacy?” She then proceeds to put me on hold where I am still on hold for five more minutes.I’d give this place zero stars if I could.
Well This pharmacy sucks I dont use them at all but my mother does shes handicapped so I usually go and get her meds today I got here at 3:00 and like allways they tell me its going to be about 1hour so I wait then they tell me 45 min so i decide to go home and return later its now 7:30 and been here since 6 worst pharmacy ive ever been to And the peach tree city store was just as bad
They take so long. I come in multiple times and they still dont have my stuff ready. They lied to me about no one calling my prescription in bc they forgot to get my stuff ready and made me leave. So I come in the next day and they still dont have it ready after Ive allresdy called my doctor again to call it in. It comes in a box and all they have to do is put it in a bag and they keep messing all of my information up. Im trying to change pharmacys as soon as I can.
60 percent of the time there are no carts available, they are all in the lot, went to purchase a tire one Fri and was informed it would be a two hr wait, get this, we have one person working in automotive. One person, that is unsafe and ridiculous. Fifty people walking around with blue shirts and 4 lanes open on a Fri evening. Someone from headquarters really need to look at this store. By the way, I got my tire done in Peachtree City in 30mins.
I go to CVS but Walmart is better priced.
Ridiculously incompetent individuals. I came to have a prescription filled and was told it was currently getting filled (2hours late) and my husband returned to pick my prescription up only to be told that they did not have my medication and he had to go to Peachtree City. I will not be returning.
It is always busy. The prices are good.
They will not fill your prescription over the phone .they make you come in, then give you an in store time, which at least 30 min most of the time. So ridiculous!!!!
Awesome! Rosa Wright was very helpful!
