Very nice place and people. They teach first time customers about their supplies and why it genuinely is better to buy from them. They price mattresses a good bit cheaper than other mattress stores do. They let me take as much time that I needed and worked with me for 45 minutes. They take good precautionary measures with the Corona Virus. They provide these thin cloth sheet covers and pillow covers for you. These are in bags for every customer to pick up and use. You cant lay on the beds without the covers, and when you are done there is some hand sanitizer and you throw your cover.

I was referred to Original Mattress Factory by a family member and my experience couldnt have been better. Prior to shopping at Original Mattress Factory we shopped around at other mattress stores like mattress firm and sleep number. We were greeted by a friendly and very knowledgeable associate named Gary Pecchio at the Newnan, GA. branch. Gary asked what our preferences were and then showed us some mattresses that would meet our needs. Instead of taking us directly to the most expensive mattresses offered like we experienced in Mattress Firm, Gary showed mattresses that would best fit our needs not what would benefit the store. We never once felt pressured and were very intrigued at the display models that showed the construction of the mattresses and box springs. We liked the fact that the mattress was double sided. In my opinion thats like basically getting two mattresses in one. I really like the fact that the mattresses are constructed in GA. I am a small business owner and would rather support a local business than a large chain store. The prices at Original Mattress Factory were incredibly low compared to the large chain stores we visited prior. Not to mention the materials, construction, and quality of the mattresses seemed to surpass that of other stores. I am very pleased with my purchase and whenever the necessity for another mattress arises Ill be buying from Original Mattress Factory again.-Matthew Jones

Knowledgeable and not pushy salesman, great product, excellent delivery service! We shopped at a local competitor (twice) before selecting Mattress Factory. The competitor (also with the initials MF) was overpriced and poor service. We are VERY happy with the Mattress Factory and will buy from them again when the time comes! We bought the split King (two twin XLs) and each got the mattress we wanted and are very satisfied.

Ok considering the pandemic. Just wish they would have had the mattress I wanted in stock. Have to wait a week for it to get to the store or two weeks for delivery. Will pick up at the store.

Chase and had been out all morning testing mattresses. The OMF was our third establishment. Jonathan was very personable and helpful and did his description of the different products available. Once Chase made up his mind, we decided to look at another, close by store. (Were on a budget and thought the prices were a bit high). Well, that store was so out of our price range we had to leave. We decided to go back to Jonathan. Even though we went a little over our budget, his personality is what brought us back. Super nice guy.

Very knowledgeable with no pressure sales representative Answered all of our questions even when we asked the same question twice Store was very clean and organized and had as much eye appeal as a mattress store can have. Would definitely recommend the Newnan location.

I was very impressed when we went to the store and purchased a mattress. We were told it would take a week and given a date and they would call. Never got that call so my wife called and the girl on the phone was very specific in the reason she did not call was that she knew we were picking the mattress up and there was nobody there to help us load.So if we were going to come pick it up to make sure we brought enough people to load it ourselves. I did, my daughter and I loaded the mattress from the back door of the store with no issues, she closed the back door of the store before we were even loaded.I got the impression that we would have not gotten a call until someone else was working.We were really excited to get a product that was made locally and that we were supporting a local business. I am disappointed this was only the second time in dealing with this store and I hope this is not their normal customer service.

Wasnt real impressed. The guy showed us some mattresses, but it seemed he really didnt want to sell a mattress. At the other mattress stores they educated us about different beds, mattresses, etc and he showed us the difference, but his heart wasnt in it.

So far so good time will tell

We purchased a King Orthopedic Ultra Firm mattress a year ago today. Within the first 30 days we noticed indentions on both sides where my husband and I lay. We are not heavy people (he weighs 150 and I weigh 138). I called and talked to a Mr. Garcia in the factory and sent him photos. He said some indentation is normal and unless the indentions are 1.5 inches or deeper there is nothing wrong. I measured ours and they were 3/4 inches. They have stayed about the same over the months. But when you lie down you sink down even farther and feel like you are in a hole. We have turned and flipped the mattress every three months like recommended.Also if you are looking for a mattress that you dont feel movement from your partner, this is not it. Because of the innersprings every move my husband makes I feel it. We did find Gary at the Newnan store very helpful when we purchased the mattress and had it delivered and Mr. Garcia responded to me in a timely manner.
