Jason was SO amazing. He was so attentive to my needs. He asked me questions about my sleeping habits and chose the right mattress for me. He even told me about the adjustable base that lifts the head to help me sleep better. I purchased that too. He never pushed me into buying anything I did not need. He was also patient with me. Let’s just say that I will be able to sleep better thanks to Jason. Is too bad he is going to another store. I would recommend him to anyone.

We bought a mattress about 2.5 years ago and its already sagging and lumpy. We called the store and in order to file a claim, we have to take numerous pictures with measurements, etc. or pay 79.99 for a service tech to come out and take them.We arent happy with the warranty process, and will be searching for a new mattress that will last!

Was very excited to find a mattress that was comfortable. And it was the sales person Z that made this all happen. From the moment me and my husband walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles and laughs from Z and Andrew. These two salespeople seemed to really love what they do and they definitely took the time to understand our needs individually. I had some questions about a purchase I made at a different store that was currently closed. Whitney was so nice and cleared my confusion. She directed me to several options and was not hovering at all. She gave me a couple of quotes and I left. I returned three days later and she greeted me by name as soon as I walked in the door! Our sales lady was very helpful. She asked the right questions and took her time to find the mattress for me. I am a over the road truck driver and I needed a mattress a good mattress. The mattress that I got from the dealer only lasted four weeks of use of sleep. And it got to the point that I was not sleeping well at all. So again I gave a five star for this mattress firm location because the sales lady that took care of me was awesome.

Oh my goodness. I have so much to say about Andrew and mine and Lindas experience with Andrew at the store. I am a caregiver for Linda Cannon. She had a very bad fall three days after her Husband died. She had to have multiple surgeries. She did not want to sleep in the bed her Husband died in so she has been sleeping in a recliner. I told her then her visiting nursr said she had to get into a bed. Andrew could not have been more gracious, knowledgeable, informative and in every way, wonderful. He was never pushy or made us feel he was only in it for the sale. He explained and demonstrated everything to Linda and to me and was just so very kind. I truly am amazed that there is anyone out there today that still has the values and work ethic that Andrew has. He even helped me get Linda into the car and put her wheelchair in the car for us. Andrew Boyd came through for us during this unsettling time! We live in Colorado and were in the process of moving into our new house and needed a new bed. Andrew worked with us over the phone (facetime) and it was a super smooth process where we were able to effectively review and discuss all or our sleeping needs remotely. The bed is being delivered to our new home at closing! I cant tell you how easy this was and how much we appreciate working with Mr. Boyd!

My husband and I went to this Mattress Firm a week ago today and met Andrew Boyd who sold us the Best sleep of our life. We bought a Nightfall mattress and 300 adjustable base, we ordered the Queen but went back few days later and upgraded to king with no issues. I worked with Z in Newnan and she was fantastic. I had made my mind up on purchasing elsewhere but after walking in mattress firm and Z educating me, I’m a happy owner of a new King bed from mattress firm. And to top it off, they mean it when they say they will match a competitor, I went by today and they refunded me $230.

Ms. Z was Amazing. I stopped by, my first Friday, not knowing totally what I wanted except “a mattress”. Ms. Z asked me several questions about my sleep habits: side, back etc. I tried several mattress and narrowed it down to one, but Ms . Z instructed me to come back with my pillow. The following Friday I returned with pillow in tow and tried the selected mattress from the previous week, it didn’t work. Ms. Z had me try two other mattresses “we struck Gold” or should I say “Purple”!! I love my new mattress and have Ms. Z to thank for it!!
