I love this places deals and sales on clothing.

One employee and they didnt have a lot of what I was looking for.

I love Sephora. The salesgirl was fantastic. I brought two lipsticks. One my regular, I always buy and a new color which looks absolutely fabulous. I asked her about a eyeliner. She gave me the Kat Von D liquid because I find the soft pencils get to mushy looking after awhile. Tried this it is fantastic. What a great product. Im very pleased. So if you have a chance to into Sephora it also takes your JC Penney charge card. And look at the array of beauty products they have. You will be in awe. I have been using Sephora lipsticks for ages and other products. You will be very pleased!!!

The sales clerk.was sooo helpful and spent time with me helping me pick out items because I was clueless.

I went in for my birthday so I could get a few things and they were completely rude.They just acted like they didn’t want to be there... just left the store at 8:30pm. The only nice girl was the one with her hair up

The staff in there are such snobs... No customer service. I shouldnt have to chase people down for help, especially when they are sitting around on their phone doing nothing and no one else is in there.i dont even get a greeting when I enter.... Every single time! I will go elsewhere from now on...

I’ve never wrote a review in my life but this girl deserved it! Last night I went into Sephora. It was late and very close to closing time. Meyasha went above and beyond for me! She didn’t rush just because it was time to go. I told her my skin concerns and she took her time finding the right foundation! I’ll def be a returning customer!

My first time in a Sephora and it was horrible. Only two people working, they didn’t even acknowledge us just haveing conversation and one lady didn’t answer my question the other didn’t act like she was listening. Just left it was a waste of time.

Service is less than professional. One consultant in particular displayed no care or interest in assisting me with my Fenty foundation purchase. Before I was even matched (which she said was impossible without her digital tool) she alluded to my shade not being in stock. I will NOT return to this location again.

Customer service is trash. I go to get a sample of a foundation I have to hunt this girl down to give me one. Then when I get home and look at the sample there isn’t even enough for me to wear for a day. I hate this Sephora so much and wouldn’t be sad if they closed it down

Where do they find these consultants . No personality whatsoever. I will order my sephora online or go across the street to Ulta. Beauty comes from within. You have UGLY employees!

I had a horrible experience with these people.After booking an appointment weeks in advane and a confirmation voicemail, I show up just for them to tell me that they dont have me down for an appointment.Now I do understand that mistakes happen, but the manager and assistance manager seemed 100% unbothered. The manager did offer to start my makeup session, but warned me that she may have to step away here and there to assist customers. This wouldve been fine if it wasnt 11:00 am and my baby shower was at 1pm. Who wants to be late to their own shower because they dont have their stuff together?I ended up making a quick phone call to Dillards Estee Lauder and explained to them whats happening. She told me to come right over and shed do my makeover. The lady was very kind and promised to have me made up and out by noon.Never will I buy at Sephora again.

Ive had both good and bad experiences with associates. Store is very small so, dont expect to find everything youre looking for...but i do enjoy going once in a while.
