Staff is SUPER busy and attentive at this store. We went on a Saturday and there was barely any space to walk. I think the could benefit from arranging displays and checkout sections better. My wife loaded up on some stuff for christmas using coupons we got in the mail. Parking is tight in Ashley Park so be prepared to use the sidewalk to get here.

Placed order online and someone called me the day before to tell me I had until next day at 1130 am to pickup. Well I got there at 11am the next day and my order was canceled The manager stated you have 36 hours to pickup but a young man walked up and said it is 48 hours and to go ahead and honor sale that I previously purchased online. The manager then said she would honor it but at first she wasnt going to until the guy walked up. But people are usually nice and helpful at this store.

This bath and body works is the best one yet. I came in for an exchange and Carla and Lily are two that helped me and they are so sweet and wonderful. You need to see them!!!!They made my experience 100 times better. The whole staff was wonderful and sweet but I worked with those two specifically. Will continue to come back here.

Good helpful staff, i would recommend more samples to be given out to the customers after any purchase, can definitely help good customer retention.

What can I say...my favorite place ever. Always so clean, everything organized and all the employees are always in a great mood and ready to help (if you need it). Never disappoints. Make sure to subscribe to their mailing list to get coupons.

I havent been in a while, but the staff are so friendly and helpful. It was fun to shop for myself for no reason! I also had coupons for Bath and Body Works, got a freed item and 20% off too.

When I did an online pick up In store purchase I didn’t receive my reward points because the employee failed to confirm my order pick up this has happened several times at the Newnan location. I called the store and a guy said it’s nothing I can do it’s not in my system SMH I’m calling corporate.

All the associates I encounter are always very kind and helpful. They have a decent variety of items in their store as well. It’s my favorite bath and body works to visit.

But I cannot believe how expensive they have gotten I cant imagine how my mom I was able to afford Bath & Body Works for three girls when I was just shopping for my daughter and my mother then spent over $60 on one gift four items! Sales people are a little annoying. They hover around you.

The place was packed with Holiday and deal shoppers. All body products where $4.95.The only thing bad thing was you could not us any coupons.The lines where moving pretty fast and everyone was friendly.

This is the second time I have visited this location and put back what I was buying and just left. The lack of customer service is a problem for me. I understand that businesses are not able to have as many reps at this time. However, it was the same when I was last at this location before covid-19.

It was wonderful, I found everything I was looking for and some retired items brought back. Love it

I like the store they had 3 wick candles on sale buy 1 get 1 free. The only complaint I have is it took me to check out for like forever. I was next in line and the lady in front of me had a coupon but she had to spend a certain amount. The cashier literally let the woman go and find something she wanted come back and the cashier tells her the amount for that item wasnt enough for the discount so the lady goes back looking around and comes back she pays for that bag and wants to pay for another bag separately and the same thing happens again. The lady finally just said nevermind about the other discount. 1 cashier and she made me wait until the lady finished shopping. Smdh.

They dont always have what you like, and almost no pre-announcement of sales. Hard to get discounts.

In Newman was great . Too bad I cant get such great service at the one walking distance from my house .

Im so disappointed that I had to sit in the parking lot and write this review.When I enter into this store the employee says to me feel free to use the hand sanitizer and grab a bag for your shopping. I was first impressed.Then I noticed as people were walking through the door he would only say to people of color feel free to use the hand sanitizer and to others he would only say welcome and grab a bag for your shopping.If the hand sanitizer is part of your safety measure why are you not telling every everybody.After standing at the door and observing this behavior for 10min it was obvious what the employee was doing.It so sad because this virus is effecting everybody regardless of race.Bath & Body Works please do better.

I visited this store today because of an email I received today saying that soaps were on sale and you could use a 20% coupon with it. The manager refused to honor this coupon even though I pulled it up to show him that there were no restrictions. He was very rude about it. Thankfully I contacted bath and body works corporate and they honored their sale including the coupon and waived shipping. I will no longer be visiting this retail store in Newnan. Very sneaky and dishonest to not honor advertised prices.

Bought 10 bottles of the soap today. but they refused to honor my 20% coupon. Other stores honored it, as well as online. I wont be going back there.

Love the store!! They have wonderful lotions,hand soap, candles and so much more!! The other day I went in the store and I was going to buy some body spray and lotion but $13 for 1 of the lotion bottles and body spray is way too much. If their items were under $15 and $10 then, I would buy some of their products. If prices were lower like under $15 and $10 on alot of their items then they would have more business.

Got a beautiful shower gel that smells like roses and a three wick candle that I absolutely love!! Used my coupons you can really Save-A-Lot!! People are always nice there!!

I would give no stars but that isn’t optional. Rude staff!! They lock the door 30 min before scheduled closing time because they are required to clean! They should be cleaning after the store closes or change the hours to reflect the time they refuse to let customers in!!!

I love going into Bath and Body Works. I am so happy with the changed they are making to their products. Today I got in on some great saving with the Semi-Annual Sale.

Nobody ever answers the phone. Employees are often rude and care more about having side conversations than helping customers. Definitely not coming to this location ever. Rather drive the extra 15-20 min and go to peach tree city.

I usually have great customer service when I come in here; but todayyyy omg. I know it’s the semi annual sale and it’s a lot of soccer moms and bad azz kids running around but; if I ask a question about a product I’d appreciate it if the employee actually cared about what I was looking for.I asked a short salt/pepper haired older black woman about the Wakiki Beach body spray because I wanted to purchase it. I went over to ask her about the spray and she didn’t even look up from the box she was ripping apart to answer me, she just barked, “We’re out.” Alright, ma’am. Doubt that, but ok.So I walked off and found another scent I liked, proceeded to stand in a long line, and then checked out. I was about to leave the store and saw the same woman who barked at me on her phone and the damn Wakiki Beach spray on the display. Wow. It’s like magic. You lied, ma’am and because you wouldn’t do your job and help me when I asked about it I had to stand BACK in line to buy the spray!Trash. Trash. Trash.So, I buy the spray and head out to leave and she’s STILL on her phone. So I say, “I’m glad I looked back over here, I found the spray!” & instead of apologizing she said, “I’m glad you found it!”Girl....🙄

Wonderful prices and customer service

The line was very long when I went this afternoon. They one cashier was helping a lady find the perfume bottles for boxes which was taking a very long time. I asked another lady who was walking around the store if she was able to open up a register to help, she told me know because she did not like doing the registers. She only did them if they made her. And was laughing. Another worker came on duty and saw the line. But did not help she went back to the floor. I will not be going back.

Didnt have what I was looking for, cause it was out of season but the young lady that helped me was awesome and showed me other stuff that was similar to this season, and had a similar smell, people were very helpful and professional.

If I could give this place zero star(s) I would. Went in to return some lotion that I’d purchase about a week ago, had my receipt and everything and in return the lady gave me a GIFT CARD. On the back of the receipt their return policy says, with original receipt; an exchange or refund will be issued based on the OROGINAL TENDER. I paid cash and I got a gift/merch card. I’m frickin pissed!
