I love this place, but the prices are out of control. A lot of their used things are priced like new ones. $2.99 is too much for used DVDs, $12 for a used sweatshirt is way too much, and no way am I paying $15 for a used pair of pants. I dont care how good the condition is, its stuff they got for free. Despite this, they always have better stuff then other thrift stores, the location is great and the staff are nice.

So many baby clothes and really excellent prices. Has a section of maternity clothes, unlike most thrift stores that just shelve it with the appropriate size instead of giving it a section of its own. Some items are a little over priced for what they are, but a great place for clothes and books!

The young people working there are so friendly. They greet you as you come in and say goodbye as you leave. The cashier was so helpful. The store is clean and organized. Very well stocked. The store has hand sanitizer at the entrance, employees wear their masks, they have acrylic dividers at the registers too. I felt great during my visit. Big thanks to Savers and their employees!

Always can find a great deal. Purchased Ralph Lauren skort and a Talbot skirt. Purchased items with original tags still on them. Only downfall is fitting rooms are closed with no plan to reopen so only shopping for grandkids no more bargains for myself!!You can exchange only no returns so most times you just exchange for more items that dont fit since there is no longer an option to try anything on!!

Always found good deals here. Came today and everything is priced almost double it used to be. $18 for a stained up pair of Lees jeans. Can buy new at Walmart for $15. I used to buy 3 or 4 things but couldnt justify buying used items for these prices. Ive been using savers for years. Very disappointed they are doing this. They have expensive jeans the same price as the cheap jeans. Whoever is doing pricing must be smoking something. Ohh well.

Hidden gems can be found if you are patient. My mother gets a senior discount on Tuesdays on top of the daily great prices.

Its a big store! A lot of neat knick knacks! My daughter likes this store for those creepy porcelin dolls! Eeks! We always come home with one! This store has everything to clothes shoes toys furniture everything! Its always busy too!

Still miss the one in Bristol, however this was clean and well organized. The only down side was they had one line open for checking out and the three young guys that were working in the dish and knick knack aisle were loud and and goofing off.

Can’t complain much. Always clean and nice staff. They have nice things here and there but I wish book prices were cheaper and clothing prices are through the roof. But either way I always find little gems here and there.

Savers is awesomeeeee. Can spend an hour or two browsing. Love the housewares, music collections, clothing & shoes. I can always find something, and the prices are amazing.

You can find decent items at a reasonable price. However, The store has a bad smell, like roach spray??? ...or something : The scent made me Leary of buying anything : I had fear of bringing home pest. The scent takes away from what the store has to offer.

If you dont need to have new, this is the place to shop. Weather it be clothing or wall decorations. They have it and its all very affordable.Shop their specials, days, and save even more. Today was 30% off everything.If you have gently used clothing and other types of items, bring them to Savers, so that somebody else can take advantage of your no longer needed items. Its a feel good thing. It helps everyone.

For everyone writing reviews claiming that they get all the stuff which is donated for “free” you must not understand how big brothers big sisters works . They need to pay them money for every pound of clothes / items that are donated . So therefore everything that is on the floor the company has paid for . Maybe you should learn more about how a company works before you decide to bash them and claim they are “scamming “ people . The workers are great and this store is amazing !

First of all the employees here are awesome! Now for the negative. Way way overpriced! Ive been shopping for over 2 years here. I buy to resell. And also for myself. I know a lot of people who resell items from here but they have stopped going. I use to spend a few hundred dollars a week here but now most of the time I walk out with nothing. I might spend 50 dollars a week if even that. Savers doesnt realize how much money resellers contribute and savers would make a lot more in the long run if the prices were lower, I mean come on 24 dollars for used pants and 12 dollars for used shirts. Please consider lowering your prices before more savers go out of business like they have been.

Larger than most thrift stores. If you have time to look, you can find some nice home goods and clothing. I like to wait for their 50% sale to shop for multiple items.

As thrift stores go, this one is a cut above. Well-organized and clean, Savers has good stuff for a good price, and discount days for different things. Today was 30% off for people over 55.

Man I used to love going here weekly to find cheap vintage clothes but Ive noticed over the past few months that their prices have gone up a lot. Especially dresses, which are all over $10 now. Like a horrible Jones New York shoulder padded dress that probably wasnt even hot in 1990 costs $15.99. I dont know who paying that but it couldnt be me dawg.

Went for the very first time on Friday afternoon, and went back again Sunday. Wonderful service, excellent merchandise for the price, maybe second hand but definitely worth a look! Will be going back again and again!

Bought a leather jacket hand made in Italy, for 20 dollars. its a great find.

If employees stop taking stuff from back rooms this would be a nice place but nothing good ever hits floor any more all good lps cds toys video games never come out anymore been going on now for a while employees looking up stuff on phones and take home i seen it with my own eyes

Savers is a great place to find cool things for a cheap price. However, their management is horrible. They are extremely rude. I know this from experience and have heard it from other people. They do not know how to answer questions if given one and just walk around and talk. The store is very messy and unorganized compared to the other Savers in Connecticut. I would recommend the Savers in Manchester over this one any day.

Prices are way to high for the quality of merchandise. I think they have pickers for the hard goods before they put items out on the floor. Sometimes their prices are higher than local chains.

Large thrift shop. Seem to have a better selection then others on the pike. Supposedly savers savings are second to some. I find them to be first, fun and fasinating.

Well sorted clothes, and a new rule this month where if you donate anything you get a 20% coupon! Lots of non clothes items, and much better sorted than any other large thrift store. Not incredibly cheap but they do sales quite often

Always something to be had, today a Nautica queen size winter weight comforter for $ 10.99. Well organized, clean. Friendly, happy and helpful employees. Bathrooms are even clean. They even offer free live entertainment, preformed by crying, screaming indisciplined children, but hey the store cant pick its customers, so enjoy the shenigans and be thankful they are not yours to take home. Usually love this store, but they have disappointed me. We purchased a cabinet for our daughter in the evening, but only had our car and it wouldnt fit inside. An employee put a sold tag on it and told us we could pick it up tomorrow. Well when we returned the next morning it was gone. We were told it happens, people remove the tags... We did get our money back, but the purchase had already been made and the cabinet should have been moved off the selling floor. Our daughter is very upset, she is 15yrs old and it was going to be her first restoration project.

Poor service on Sunday 3/31/19, a young girl claiming to be the manager tried to manipulate into giving her the pin number for my card. She stated it has been luke that and they got new machines so I need to give it. I informed using my card there for 15 years with Savers and it has Never ben like that before.I asked for the manger and she insisted she is the manager.I then asked for the number to call to make the complaint..She did not kbow the number of the store and had to ask a co-worker.She gave me the number for her own store to call Monday and speak to the manager Nick. I asked for the main number but she stated she did not know.it.. Wow, it is amazing who they have to take care of the customers. Is this the only person they can get to work on a Sunday.Trying to get someones pin number when they dont want to give it, should not be in charge of a store.
