I was here yesterday, purchased an umpire costume. Was missing every single piece it was supposed to come with. Came back today, the manager did give me one of the pieces it was supposed to come with but couldnt provide me with the other parts so I told her Ill take a partial refund and ill go buy the other parts somewhere else. She was ringing me up and my total was still the same as I paid yesterday, I asked her, Is the 20% off the $29.99 i paid yesterday or $34.99. She said $29.99 and had to throw in the snarky comment plus i gave you the whistle. I will never be shopping here again. Very rude and the employees were just standing around staring at me the whole time. Which made me very uncomfortable, The manager couldve handled that way better than she did. Long wait and expensive for a Ballon gift provider

Its amazing you can have a business around things you need for parties and that means any kind of parties. I was amazed with the innovative items which were on display as party props. Just seeing the items makes me throw a party of my own. The store was clean and the staff was very helpful. I went there to get stuff for a door decorating contest and i got everything i needed (and then some 😃)

My family recently threw a baby shower party for me and I was impressed with all the decor items they could get from a single place. The place offers affordable party stuffs needed.

Great customer service. We went halloween shopping here and there were employees around every corner ready and willing to help and answer every question we had. Our trip was quick and effective even with 2 small children.

I didnt realize that Party City delivers balloons and party decorations until this week. I ordered a lot of balloons and some decorations for my wife’s 40th bday, and i must say Party City helped make her birthday special. I shop here a few times a year! They usually have some things I need. Prices are a bit steep at times. Probably need to wait for sales to come up if anything. Theyre best for there quantity of candies in my opinion compared to other stores.

Im very disappointed in their Mardi Gras selection. It really isnt much of a selection to begin with. You can argue I went at a time when everything was picked over. Nope that wasnt the case. I went in there a few times from mid January to mid February 2021 to see if more items were added and they were not.

They have very limited things have to go to another party city to find the things I needed for my nieces 15th birthday party..

I was expecting New Years decorations to be cleaned out the day before NYE, but while it was slightly picked over, there was still a great selection. The store itself was very clean & organized, easy enough to find what you need without help. The cashier was friendly and helped with the few questions I had on the return policy.

I will not be pre ordering at this Party City.My order was missed placed, when I called to verify if my order was ready for pick up the employee was not interested in searching for my order number, would not let me describe my order, literally just sigh over and over again, put the phone down without any notice and never returned to the line. This is an error on there end no need for the nasty attitude. My order was eventually found.

Contact less pickup took longer than if I crawled around the store and blew up the balloons myself. Order stated 2:30 pick up, still waiting at 2:55. Short, disinterested staff on the phone. Disappointing service

Had just what i was looking for. Not a lot of them left.

The store is under staffed. The line area was over crowded. The line was so slow people dropped their items and walked out. The only positive was the employee filling the balloons, he did a good job on the presentation. He was also helpful locating a few items in the store.

Worst customer service. At 5.07pm Cashiers walked away and came back after 5 min. Had to ask another how just started her shift to check me out.

Store was dirty and service was extremely slow. Waited so long for some balloons and the minute I left one flew away because it wasn’t tied together properly. I went back in to get another one and they barely looked at me — I heard the clerk say “they were tied together when I handed them to her” passive aggressively. Go elsewhere.

Party City is the best place to go for anything you might need for a party. Its a chain store but the salespeople work hard and go out of there way to make sure you find everything you need.

Pretty good selection but pretty pricey.

The store is well stocked but the quality of items I purchased for years from I Party are of lesser quality at Party City. For example: the cocktail napkins at I Party were always 3 ply...Party City 2 ply for the same price. Ill be looking on line for other options; not terrible but could be better.

Currently finishing up the 21st minute in line to buy two party hats. One cashier. Line stretched 20 people deep. Its hot in here and the AC was barely working. Nobody looks happy including the staff, ironic for a party store. I feel like Ive died and purgatory is Party City in Newington CT.

The move from Kitts Lane really benefitted this store. They were forced to think about what is important and what represents their brand and Im happy to say that they got it right.The layout of this location makes sense and the selection of items is much better than at its previous location. The prices are generally good and theres generally enough of any given type of merchandise on the shelves.This store could do better in the area of customer service as clerks can tend to ignore customers if theyre having a particularly good chat. Management needs to be out of the office and on the floor more. Management also needs to rethink dressing down employees right on the floor. Thats just not cool and made me want to leave, no matter how much the employee had it coming.

This place suuuuuuucks. The line is always long. Ive never gone in and out. 80% of my team is always spent waiting in line. Wether its constant register issues or balloon orders. It just takes forever. There has to be a better way for them to efficiently get costumers in and out.

Waited in line for 20 min with one cashier working. Wanted 6 balloons filled and was then told it would be over an hour wait. No thanks! There were 11 people in line behind me, many who were complaining about how long everything was taking. Totally understaffed for a Saturday and not sure why online balloon orders weren’t filled earlier in the day so staff could help customers instead of spending their time filling balloons. Walked out with no balloons. Will not return!

Ordered balloon 2 days before online for our 2 year old’s bday. Got there and no one asked to help. Finally when I got someone’s attention, they had no record of an order even when I gave them the receipt. Everyone is slow and their customer service is garbage. Didn’t even apologize!!!!

One cashier taking a large ballon order, two employees slacking off, and a forth filling ballons while on the phone. After 20 minutes in line, ahead of at least ten over customers, I left. Store is an understaffed joke. Save your time and money.
