WOW! My bathroom looks new!! What a great job FloorsNow! did in installing a vinyl floor over an existing floor. I wasn’t sure it would work out and it came out excellent, and looks the best it ever has. I cannot say enough good about the professionalism of the workers at the retail store as well as and high quality of workmanship the installers performed. Much better than the Big Box stores were workers are not always experts in the area you are updating. I would not hesitate to recommend FloorsNow to anyone ~ great experience.

When time came to install luxury vinyl planks in my basement and carpet on the stairs, I must have researched over a dozen places in CT. FloorsNow stood out from the others. Floors Now refinished the hardwood in my entire house prior to moving in and it completely transformed the space! The floors are 80+ yrs old and had been practically destroyed from animals and decades of poor care; now they look stunning and brand new. I couldnt be happier with the results and also the quick and kind customer service of everyone I worked with in the process. They created a custom stain color based off a few ideas I had and as soon as I saw it I knew it would be perfect. Will absolutely be using them again when its time to finish the kitchen and basement!

Wanted to give the folks at Floors Plus kudos for the job that they did for my two Advanced Dental dental offices. Collin was very helpful in assisting us in selecting the right type of flooring for our commercial location that would allow us to incorporate our new color scheme with long lasting flooring products. Undertaking a project where both of my offices would be closed was daunting, however the installation team, led by Marco, was very professional and completed the job quickly to minimize our business down time. Pricing was competitive and very fair. Overall a great experience and I recommend them highly.

I was on a short time schedule and the staff were extremely helpful! The selection is great and prices very comparable to the big box stores, but why shop big when you can support a local family owned business?. Order, install and follow up all took place in less than two weeks! That’s what I call turnaround for special order flooring. Definitely recommend!

These guys were fantastic. They wore masks and kept a distance. They were prompt and answered all my questions. They were quiet, careful, and worked quickly. Couldnt ask for more and the product is just beautiful. They ripped out an old carpet in our great room and installed vinyl flooring. Looks like a brand new room.

The Store Manager Collin is what made Floors NOW stand out from all of the other competition. He provided so much information on every type of flooring that we were considering, specifically highlighting on the materials that would be best for our household. Had such an amazing experience with all the Staff from FLOORS NOW. We were 1st time homebuyers of an 1890 home which made us unsure what to do about the original floors. FLOORS NOW gave us the best suggestion of going with laminate wood flooring. And wow do our floors look amazing and will last much longer, especially with our 4 kids and Dog.Their representative came out to assess our home and helped us pick the floor right away and then the floors were installed a few days later. I contacted FloorsNow! to get an estimate on carpeting for our home, they came out the very next day. By the very end of the day my carpeting was ordered and the next week was installed! Floors Now replaced two of our bathroom floors with new tile. Collin gets an A+ for customer service: he was exceedingly helpful and accommodating the whole time. The fee they charged for the quote annoyed me at first, but they were the only ones who let us take tiles home with us to match colors. That was great, and they included the money for the quote as a payment in our balance.There were a few hiccups along the road, but they were sorted out professionally and at no additional cost to us. We used different tiles for each bathroom, but they got mixed up on paper. Fortunately, I had taped website photos/descriptions of each tile to the door of each bathroom and the installer called me before a mistake was made. We were going to be short one box fof tiles as a result, but they drove down to New Haven the same day as the installation to get the extra box and there was no delay.The installer did a beautiful job with our tile. However, he did balk at reinstalling our toilets, which was part of the deal (and a big reason why I went with Floors Now - less hassle for me). He ended up reinstalling them after I talked to the manager and they work just fine. Also, we had issues with the base (I call it trim) that the installer did not pursue when he should have. He ended up installing a brown base (trim) in my bathroom thats mostly cream, and he installed a 3 base to replace a 4.5 base, which left a 1 unpainted strip around my whole bathroom. It looked awful ... but ...Collin, the manager, arranged to have different installers come by two days later - on a Saturday - to fix both bases. They look fine now at no extra cost to us. So, it was a nuisance, but no harm done. Im happy with the end result and I will call them again for my next job - but maybe only if Collins still around!

Be advised they charge a $45 fee to come out and provide an estimate. No other floor company in the area charges for estimates.

Floors now has excellent customer service and excellent craftmanship. Theh fnished on time and with customized detail. Their tile work in my tub surround, floor, and backsplash is beautiful. Their materials are also high in quality. My house now feels modern yet, timeless. Thank you.
