Extremely honest. I got tired of going to Firestone on the Turnpike and getting upcharged every time. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

I went to another mechanic because my transmission needed repair. The clutch was ruined and it wouldnt go into 5th gear. The other mechanic replaced the clutch, but gave me a quote so high to replace the transmission, it would have come to more than my car was worth. So, I drove the car without a 5th gear for almost 2 years while I saved for a new car.I took it to Connecticut Auto Repair for a second opinion, on a whim, before purchasing a new car. They were able to repair it quickly, and for 1/3 of the price I was quoted at the other place.Im thrilled to have my car back! This mechanic is also really friendly! Theyre great, honest people who care about our community. I will never take my car anywhere else. I am very grateful and will refer all my friends and colleagues.

Ive been a customer from the start. Mark is one of the best mechanics around. Hes as honest as the day is long. If its not broke, he wont try tofix it. Great prices. No games played. Hes equally at home with modern cars and with older cars. If he cant fix it, hell tell you, not play games.
