Danny the radio installer is AMAZING!!! He is very personable, knowledgeable about radios, efficient and his customer service skills are exemplary! I called yesterday and he was able to fit me in for today and he finished the installation in less time than he projected. Danny installed my radio 2 years ago, I called him back about 1 week ago because my radio was acting up. He reset my radio and it is working fine now. He just installed my mothers radio and she is ecstatic!!! We are pleased with his services and would suggest/refer him to anyone for radio installation. Initially, I posted a great review for Charlie. Well, the sales service was good but now I know it was just that to him.....a sale! He definitely gets 5 stars for talking a good game but 2 for not standing by his word. When our refrigerator was delivered all paperwork said left door open and we get the total opposite along with a cracked drawer. Now the waiting game and the inconvenience of a time window for service to come out and no one wants to take responsibility.

This location was really low on computers, I found one I was willing to buy but they said theyre getting close to being out of most models they carry, and the only ones they had for others were the display units! I cant say I blame them, with the chip shortage.

I have never been in or purchased from a PC Richard & Son store before. However, I was told to contact Chris S at the Newington Store and he will help you. Boy were they correct-hes the best at what he does! We did a complete kitchen remodel and Chris was so informative on all the appliance products, the prices were competitive to the large box stores (if not better!) and the customer service was terrific. Chris knows about all the products you can tell he enjoys what he does, he takes his career & helping customers seriously. He was easy to reach, so easy to work with and not pushy at all - he wanted the best for our job. The other departments that set up appointments, did the delivery and made follow up calls to make sure we were happy is another plus to their A+ customer service. Make sure you consider them next time you make a purchase - they are a family owned business and ask for Chris.

My 14 year old washer finally died, so I headed out on a journey to buy a new one. I went to big box stores, and was unimpressed with their lack of knowledge, out sourcing for service and pushing me to purchase models with features I did not need... so I went to PC Richard. The salesman listened to what I wanted, didnt try to push me into a higher priced model and was helpful answering my questions. When the day of installation came the two men were courteous, called 1/2 hour prior to arrival, installed the washer and dryer perfectly and then tested them to ensure they were functioning properly. From purchase to delivery PC Richard & Sons were wonderful to work with and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
