A great place for anyone who loves crafting. Amazing selection of DIY for kids and adults. Bought lots of Christmas crafts for the kiddies to make for gift giving.

Its a really convenient craft store that always has what I am looking for in stock. It has some great starter supplies and even sections off the different stages of difficulty in the isles for tools, materials, guides abd projects. Framing is also excellent but does take quite some time so be a few weeks early if you have a deadline.

Staff was very helpful. Markers for social distancing are in place as well.

Always have an experience in Michaels, come up with some great ideas. Have great prices and good quality products

Clean and not crowded. I couldnt find what I was looking for. The staff member that I asked for help was very nice. Even though its not, the store actually looked empty as if it was going out of business. But again, its not.

Never Needed to Go to Michaels.Decided on a Business Experiment.Was There 2 Days. Yesterday and Today.And the Service there Was UNBELIEVABLE.I Shattered my Femural Shaft and the Help Is Much Appreciated.I Plan to Check Michaels More Often because of the 2 Young women the first day and today I was getting Advice from someone who used the machine I bought. Thats better than any review.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I stopped by yesterday trying to find a 16X20 frame but they didn’t have any sales except for the 20% off which would have been ok if my sister didn’t buy one for 10.99 at BJs instead of $32.99. When I went to pay it rang up at $34.99 and when I told the cashier that there was a discrepancy she seemed like she wanted to be at home instead of there and said “I don’t know what to tell you “ I told her “ I don’t want you tell me anything I want you to do your job and resolve the issue” she then tried to get me to go look for a manager myself. I decided to cancel the purchase and on my way out I found more frames without prices, so I asked an older short lady with short hair and it was like pulling teeth to get the price.. lol.

It was my first time in Michaels in Newburgh New York and I was Amazed at all the items that they had and Friendly services....

Always gave those odd items you can fine elsewhere. And great craft gifts for kids.

My daughter has a passion for craft dont forget to sign up for their rewards program.

Clean and organized store. Big parking lot in the plaza also many of registers open. Store is following social distance and sanitizing the carts to have it ready for you to use. Based on my experience shopping at this location it is 100% recommended.

I get all of my crafting needs at Michaels. No matter what Im making, I know they will have the necessary supplies.I find a lot of items, that are very helpful, while I get my house organized. They are even a great place to get your gift shopping done, no matter the occasion.

Love this place, but the Halloween decorations were already taken down and Christmas was up :( Im still decorating for a Halloween so it was a bummer.

Kristin is an amazing associate, I came in trying to repeat a project I had already done. The store was out of the material I had used last time and they didn’t have any more, but I explained what I was trying to do and she tried to problem solve how I could do it with another material or way. She even went as far as to inquire with an associate in framing to see if they had something similar. After coming to the conclusion on what I could use we both said thanks and went our separate ways. When I went to grab the new material she was there trying to find and see if there was more hidden somewhere or making sure the other item would work. Best associate at the store, incredibly nice and hard worker.

Curbside service will never do again. Made to wait for over 30 minutes while cashier displayed a lack of customer service. One cashier made to work while another walked around with her head in the clouds. Will never shop at the Newburgh location again. Manager nowhere to be found. Rather pay delivery than being treated as invisible. Good help is hard to find. Manager needs to be replaced.

The item I wanted was placed in the wrong priced area, even though the label name read basically what it was. I was very disappointed. Items seem overpriced in my opinion.

This is my favorite Michaels in the area. Its seems to be the biggest location and they always have plenty stock of each item. They also seem to carry more items then stores nearby. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The checkout process is always quick and I rarely have to wait.

Went there to get something framed. I stood behind the counter while the person working in the the back looked up at me, looked away, and eventually went out of site. I was not even acknowledged, or even told be with you in a minute. After a time, I left and took my business elsewhere.

Michaels always has an amazing assortment of fun items I dont even know that I wanted, until I see them. I usually end up with an overfull cart and an eagerness to begin projects. My only concern is that I never am able to find employees to ask where items are. Customers try to help each other. Oh, also many items dont have prices so I just end up putting them down.

Always a fun place to explore for craft storage, Scrapbook supplies, new inspiration, great finds. Sales always help stretch the budget and give that personal gift a little bit better value. Thank you Michaels.

Wont ever waste time shopping here again. Figure a place that sells frames would have an 8.5x12 but nope. They have 8.5x11 and 8.5x13 and even 8.5x10 but nope 8.5x12 does not exist here unless you spend $50+ to have a custom frame made.... Though I did pick up a cute dragon plush... Cant go wrong with dragon merch.

On the day I was there they were pretty short handed. Other than that they have a good variety of craft items to choose from and beautiful holiday decorations for sale.

Its my go to store. The closest arts and craft store. I must say they are stocked with supplies. Wish they had a bigger selection on their crafting machines. Also the staff should be a little more knowledgeable. Glue dots? One should know what that is and where they are located.

I believe this might have been one of the best Michaels Ive been to. Found the grommets I had been looking for that they did not have at the Michaels near me. Fully stocked, and lots to choose from. Clean, organized, and signs overhead to help direct you.

I almost always find what Im looking for here and Ive never had a bad experience here. The staff is courteous, kind and friendly and always more than willing to help me out. The line never gets too long and it quick and convenient and close to home.

Inspiring for craft projects to do with the children

I enjoy shopping here as it is usually well stocked and clean. My only complaint is that they will advertise amazing sales on outgoing holiday items (ex: Halloween) and then not have any of them on the shelves during the sale period. I went the week BEFORE Halloween in response to a sale promotion for Halloween items and they had already replaced everything with Christmas stuff. A little annoying.

I have to be honest. I normally go to the one in Middletown and will do that from now on. Going there today, it looked as if the place was going out of business. There was scarcely anything on the shelves or in the correct place. Price tags werent on the things I needed, and definitely not as much available as Middletown.

It had pencils and good paper, but didnt not have Windsor/Newton markers in stock and no Copic marker sets.

Im an artist and creative, so every time I come here I’m a child in a candy store. I literally find everything I ever need for any and every project. Service is great and place is huge!

Great store for arts and crafts at affordable prices. Always has some kind of sale going on. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable of their merchandise.

I can always get a canvas board for my puzzles.

The store had a really good deal on some frames I needed but the prices here are generally expensive. Good for when you need high quality art supplies on short notice, but otherwise I would opt for online options. To their credit, their quality is generally higher than what is available online.

The store is well kept, very organized and clean. The prices are average to slightly expensive. The bathrooms were clean but could use some attention. The shelves were well stocked. The staff is friendly.

Michaels is a great craft store I go there all the time cuz me and my family are very creative they always have exactly what Im looking for and I love the coupons that they have the people who work there so kind and hesitate to help you out. Anyone looking to do a creative project in the future I recommend Michaels.

This is a large, clean, well stocked Michaels craft store in an easy to access location. Staff is pleasant and parking is plentiful. Has a full array of crafting and art supplies as one would expect.
