Just a year ago this place had a great vibe, good customer service, and a nice selection. I passed through this evening 7 MAR 2021 on my way home to the city. It is now a 180 degree turn on customer service. The young man this evening was completely rude and unprofessional. Yet, these stores wonder why people shop online. Sad business.

Ive always liked this fye. Always has interesting stuff. Especially as an anime they offer quite a bit of merchandise.

A relic of the olden days of malls, but the staff here are excellent and the selection is pretty vast.

Im old-school. Still listen to CDs and cassettes. I went in there looking specifically for certain artists that they had none of ( did that make sense.... I hope it did). I left with other CDs instead. It really looks like the store might be closing soon. Shelves low or empty. Wish they would get more stock.

The employees here are super friendly. I love coming to this place, although it is far from where I live.Just a recommendation: be careful when opening the Pop!s boxes. Some times they are cut from the top.

Closed for good. I am going to miss this store because they had a lot of clearance stuff and throwback stuff to purchase. I hope they reopen a store like this soon.

The store is concentrating on being a variety store now because before it was a place too get DVDs & Records & VCR Tapes

I love this store. Is 30 from my house and is the only one around.

They opened 1 hour late and the man (possibly the manager) was very rude when I confronted him about it. It’s a great store but some employees are irresponsible and snotty.

Good food, fairly priced. Its fresh, and the variety on the menu is mind blowing. We eat in, and order to go, too. The service is friendly, and the family owned, and run business has been around for decades. We really like this spot.

My own experience is really sad.I am 77 year old honest man. was browsing one day and the manger called the police and they got me wrongly arrested 15 minutes after I left the store.So be very careful when u shop at FYE.I cant walk in any store now whithout fear in my chest.

Every thing was organized and easy to find. Wish there was a better selection of music but I found what I was looking for.

Really nice diverse selection of new and used music, and movies! They also have some really good t shirts as well. This is one of my favorite places to hang out and do record shopping.

Bought many of my Christmas presents there. I got a cool Jack Skeleton blanket there. So soft!

Some cool shirts, hats and pop culture trinkets. However on the whole it is very hit or miss. Additionally, prices are all over the map and sometimes choices on what the store carries are just confusing.

Found a lot of things I wanted for good prices.

Had a lot of great avengers clothing, and really cool movie memorabilia. Good staff

I come here quite often with my boyfriend and every time I have a wonderful guy named Nick help me out. My boyfriend and I drop hundreds here. We would literally not come here if it werent for Nick. He seriously deserves to be a store manager as he goes above and beyond!

A pretty solid store with decent sales and good customer service, though cancelling my VIP membership was a hassle with the agent insisting that I keep it and reap the benefits. (I understand why they did so, it was just a nuisance)

Good place to stop in to get a gift for just about anyone. Selection isnt as extensive as it used to be though. Going through a lot of changes in the past few months

They are the only record store left in the world. I love walking around the place and looking thru the CDs plus I got my Queen Funko Pop there.💛👑

Used CD had 2 different cases...I wanted to open it up to see if it had the CD I wanted...manager said no cant do...extremely silly....last a $50 bill for 1 $4 cd.....
