They carry an incredible range of reasonably priced beauty supply products. Only in-store credits are allowed; but if you cannot find something else to purchase there, you shouldnt be shopping. Theres literally hundreds of products, which is confusing to a newbie shopper (like me); just looking for spouses hair care stuff. But their knowledgable staff is available to help out. Great experience!

Paid for something where it fell in the store and they say that didnt know that. Knowing we seen it on camera. Total rip off

Store is fully stocked, however after my purchase I wanted a bag and the cashier refused to place my items in the bag until I gave her 5 cents. I was retrieving the 5 cents and she stood there NOT budging. I couldnt believe she was that serious for a Nickle...I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!

I went in to get some cream for my hair the place had just what i needed there were no lines i was in and out the person at the counter was very pleasant.

Favorite beauty store stocked with everything you need and staff is always helpful. I went in to grab a few things and one staff member, Latina guy brought over a basket for my things. Wig Section amazing!!! Nana really takes care of you back in the wig Section. Owner is charming and amicable. Well stocked and diverse items. Something for all...(large hair care products for people of color).I have gone in there almost every week in the past several weeks and I do not live in the area. I live an hour away in the Catskills (occasionally I have a doctors appt in area) but I have come by and made several wig purchases and other items on days where I had not a doctors appointment!I am a Manhattan/Bronx girl and I have been hard pressed to find a Beauty Supply store that has had the selection of wigs I love...that has the wow factor (love colored wigs the most). They have it.Check them out. Wish the store was bigger & the wig Section had more chairs, mirrors & tables Nana who works that section deserves it, but she makes it work, is attentive, caring, honest with a smile. U will have me as a customer long as I am living in the area, worth the hour drive there. Well its really two hours there and back, huh... that speaks volumes wouldnt u say...ok B & V see yall soon enough...thank you! Bless!

Has a great selection. Priced reasonable. Crowded narrow aisles. They have a tendency to follow you or send someone posing as a shopper to follow you. As a black woman I find this uncomfortable. I pick up what I need and leave. Staff not welcoming.

Friendly and usually have what youre looking for. The guy that walks the aisle and the manager man know where everything is on the shelves. They get you in and out quickly!!!

Going to any asian owned beauty store can be an experience. Its like going through the TSA check at the airport but on the way home from Jamaica with a hint of the smell of weed on your clothing. Sheesh 😥 very watchful eyes from the registers that sit like high towers for lifeguards track your movements but they have a decent selection for the local ethnicities. Fair pricing and very neat. If you have good intentions, stop by and shop or get caught on camera with $4 worth of hair product in your pocket like an idiot

This place has all the hair products you ever need 👍and the staff are very helpful and friendly 😊. One thing people with children in strollers, youll have to leave it at the door the aisles are too narrow for the stroller to fit . But other then that yesssss man and diva go and get all the things to Glam up🌟
