This was my first time getting a bikini wax and I’m very pleased with the results. I unfortunately wasn’t serviced by who I made my appointment with but I was fortunate enough to be paired with Bianca who was pleasant, professional, informative, and very nice. My boyfriend went with me and was serviced by Jheri and he had a good experience with her as well. I will definitely be returning for more waxes with Bianca!

This place is so clean and bright itll make your experience a lot better. I go with Jheri and let me tell you, I was terrified to get my first Brazilian because of #1 the pain and #2 another person looking where the sun dont shine!! But she made me feel comfortable and kept the conversation going (which always helps). Ever since my first experience I have always went with Lindsay and she remembers our prior conversation which always makes me feel good!

My experience was wonderful! They were on time, proper COVID safety precautions and my waxer, Tierany is the absolute best!! Shes quick, clean, makes me feel comfortable, and always does a thorough and excellent job!!!

First time waxing. Got ears, nose and eyes done. Eyes were complimentary for my first time. The lady was nice and explained everything to me. Wasnt as bad as I thought. I was scared toget this done but turned out quite easy.

I went to the European wax center for my first ever waxing experience. Melissa was my wax specialist and she was AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable and explained every step to me to ease my nerves. She also explained the products available to me without pressuring me buy things or trying to up-sell additional products. The entire facility was immaculate- so clean. They also have taken precautions in light of the current covid situation. I am so happy with my experience and will definitely be visiting Melissa again in the near future!

Overbooking the appointments! Claiming that the appointment was made online at a certain time and the email confirmation says different time. I’m 1 hour 15 minutes away from this location and decided to give it a try. Booked online for 9:30am. The day before the appointment decided to add one service so they told me I need an extra 15 minutes to that service and they will move my appointment to 9:15AM. On my way there I saw that I’m running 15 minutes late so I called them to ask to skip that small service and I’ll be there at my original time of appointment 9:30am. The receptionist told me that they booked someone else online already, so I would not be able to do my services in full and the small service that I requested CAN be double booked ( seriously??? I was told just one day ago that I would need an extra 15 min for this) and their confirmation says that I made an online appointment for 9:15am. I told her that I have a proof email that I was booked for 9:30am and I can show it to her. For that she said you can show it to me, but we already booked someone back to back, so you still would not be able to do your service as requested. I tried to explain to her that I’m 70 miles away and for that she told me That she can rebook me for the afternoon and in meanwhile I can do some shopping in the area! Really???? What, I have no life?? I need to wait 5 hours for a wax appointment?? I am a customer for many years and have prepaid all my services. It really looks like they are trying to make up on the time of Covid 19 when they were closed and making back to back reservations to make more $$. Very disappointed that after so many years of being loyal customers I get what I get.

Jheri was so sweet and professional. I was very nervous for my first wax and she made me feel so comfortable almost immediately. I’m super happy with my wax and I’ll definitely be requesting her again. I 10/10 recommend her!!

I have been a customer of European Wax Center for 5 years. I am so happy I tried this new location. It is Exceptionally clean! They have a contactless check in. ALL staff are masked, they wipe down the card readers and doors when touched. They never “double dip” the stick with the wax on it. They use a new stick every time. My waxer had on a face shield in addition to her face mask and gloves, of course. Janene and Savannah were very professional and courteous. I absolutely will be returning!

This Place Is Heaven! The women up front checking you in are so nice and have such bubbly personalities. They’re so attentive and the virtual check in is so easy. My waxer was so great and gave me some great tips on keeping up with my wax. Everything just went so smoothly especially with everything going on with Covid 19 you see them with they’re masks, and spraying everything with alcohol and using disinfecting wipes. Even after every person touching the door handle they were wiping. They were great!!! I’m definitely coming back and recommend all my ladies & men they’re the best EWC team I’ve seen!

I live 30 minutes away and have a EWC in my town but I choose to go to this one due to the cleanliness and professionalism of this EWC. My waxing specialist was Haley, she was a sweetheart and gave me lots of knowledge with how the waxing will work. The staff was taking every precaution for COVID. I will be recommending everyone to this location! It was a great experience!

I had my very first waxing experience at the European Wax Center in Newburgh and I have to admit I was very nervous. I have to say that my experience was absolutely amazing; my technician Gheri made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. Gheri was able to answer my questions and even give me recommendations which I have already implemented. I would highly recommend her personally and the location. Had my first wax experience ever with Melissa. Let’s just say I was terrified for years to try it, and not only did she make me feel less nervous, but the wax experience itself was quick, easy, and almost painless. I will be a regular now for sure.

When I heard that this location was opening I coudnt to get on the list! I live in the area and I have been waiting for YEARS for EWC to open up in Newburgh. To my dellight, I saw familar faces from the other local locations at ths center and holy cow, I had my wax done by Melissa! For a newer wax specialist, she was incredbile. I was actually surprised she was only there for there for a couple of weeks! Melissa was professional, FUN and quick. I had my brazilian and underarms done in no time and after 3 months of not getting waxed, I surely needed a major clean up. I love the location of this place as its great location with plenty of parking.

I went EWC in Newburgh to have my back waxed. As someone who has been waxed before at other businesses I was pleasantly surprised in how painless it was compared to my experience at the other businesses. The tech Jheri, I would highly recommend. She was professional, prompt and most of all didn’t hurt me. I plan on going back for more waxing and will definitely be asking for Jheri again!!!Afterwards Jheri showed me the EWC product line, I purchased the body exfoliating gel (Reveal Me). I would absolutely recommend this exfoliant, by far the best I’ve used so far!!
