As soon as I walked into Caliber, I was greeted with the upmost respect. The office manager, Shannon, was super friendly and made sure that I understood what was going on even though I bombarded her with every question in the book. I was impressed with how well she was able to communicate what was going on every step of the way and how timely everything got done because of her. The adjuster, Zack, made me feel really comfortable and actually listened to all the problems I had with my vehicle. He did such a thorough job checking out my SUV during the walk around and at the end made sure to go over everything that was fixed. The rear bumper on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma was damaged. I brought my vehicle (the same day) to Caliber and was greeted by Shannon at the reception facility. She made the entire process effortless: from the day I walked in, to the day I re-acquired my truck. Mr. Calnan, the general manager, spoke with me and evaluated the damage. He was pleasant, professional, and communicated to me what was necessary to make the repair. A few days later, after Caliber acquired the parts, my Tacoma was restored. It looks as good as new. To anyone who may need collision repair my recommendation is Caliber Collision.

I needed minor body work done through my insurance claim. After about two weeks, I get the van back on a Friday but found out later that day that one of my van doors no longer opens.I bring this to their attention after the weekend and they tell me that Id have to pay them if I want them to fix something that they broke!==============UPDATE 1/27/2021After being in contact with the Regional Manager Matthew, I was able to get the issue resolved satisfactorily. He called and we spoke about the issue. I brought the van back in and after some diagnostic, he was able to figure out what was wrong and fix the issue without additional cost to me.Matt was very helpful and professional. After the initial negative experience, I am happy to report that Caliber Collision was able to make another satisfied customer.

My car is only 1 year old so I still consider it new and was totally bummed out when someone hit it. The damage on the back was really bad. After getting it back from Caliber Collision, it is perfect! One would never know it was in an accident! They were extremely professional, had great communication, and excellent craftmanship! Car door got dented at grocery store. Stopped to get an estimate for that plus a couple other small dings. By luck a dent specialist was there working on hail damaged cars. He took a look and said, “Do you have an hour? I can do it right now.” Couldn’t have been luckier. They did a great job a a more than reasonable price. Was a customer of previous owners and will definitely give more business. Highly recommend!

Calliber was very accommodating. I called them on a Friday morning and asked if I could come by in 10 minutes for an estimate. Even though they were busy, I was able to get an appointment on Tuesday to repair. My car was ready in 2 days as promised. I hope I dont need any body work in the future, but if I do, I will definitely return to Calliber.

I was referred to Caliber Collision (Newburgh) by GEICO after my new Honda was dented. It was easy to make an appointment, and from the moment I walked in, everyone I dealt with was extremely prompt, efficient and professional. Shannon handled all the paperwork in the office, then Zach looked at the dent and provided me with an immediate estimate, carefully explaining all the steps that would be necessary to make the repair. I already knew the dent would not be quick and easy to repair, as Id gone first to the body shop at the Honda dealership, but Zach was extremely reassuring. (Zach and the guy at the Honda dealership described precisely the same steps, but Calibers estimate was only half of what the dealership planned to charge me). I left the car and received regular updates on the progress. Ultimately, the repair cost even less than the estimate Zach had providedd. And when a last-minute glitch threatened to delay completion of the job beyond when I needed my car back, Pat went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed on time. When I picked up the car, the exterior looked brand new again and the interior was spotless. Great work, on time and under budget - you cant ask for more than that! Super place.

Shannon was very efficient with guiding me thru the Insurance claim process and setting me up with a rental car. Zach assessed the damage to my vehicle and let me know what needed to be done. Then I met Pat and he made sure that all my concerns were addressed. I received regular updates on the progress of my repair. This was undoubtedly the best managed Auto Collision facility Ive ever dealt with. My 2017 Tundra has some paint finish problems that were done by a different company so it was an easy decision where I was taking my truck to. This review is long overdue. I recently had front end work done on my Kia Sedona by Pat and his crew at Caliber Collision and I can honestly say that it totally exceeded my expectations! From the initial drop off, to the consistent and clear communication via text, to the beautiful work on the vehicle and obvious care and attention to detail - I couldnt have been more comfortable working with Caliber Collision. I say this review is long overdue because just based on the experience I had with them working on my van, they deserved a 5 star review. However, I was lazy and never got around to it. 2 months later, my wife mentions that she hasnt seen the cargo net since around the time the van was returned to us. I casually texted Pat to see if they had seen it around the shop. He promptly texted back and said hed ask around. I would like to mention that IN NO WAY did I think that they lost it. Honestly, theres not really a reason that they would have removed it. I was just trying to cover my bases since anyone who has one knows how handy they are to transport groceries. And again, this is 2 months after the fact. Pat got back to me the next day to tell me that they didnt find one but that they ordered one for me anyway! Im writing this review because I wanted the public to know that Pat and his crew (all of them!) at Caliber are the good guys. Its obvious from my experience with them that the most important thing to them is customer service and making what is generally the result of an unpleasant experience, as stress free as possible.

Hudson Valley Collision transferred ownership of this shop to Caliber Collision in January 2020. I dropped my wifes car off on January 27th 2020, and just picked the car up today February 6th. She had been in a fender bender and State Farm had offered Hudson Valley Collision as a Select Provider. When I dropped the car off, ownership had changed but Calliber also worked with State Farm. Despite everyone working in a brand new location, I had a great experience with this repair shop, and you would never know they new here. When I dropped off Shanon was able to quickly arrange a rental car for me through Enterprise. I was introduced to Zack who would be helping with my claim. I received an update phone call from Zack on Monday Wed and Friday, to keep me informed of the progress on my car. Pickup was super fast and easy, and the car looks and drives great! I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Newburgh! A+++

Horrible experience they don’t want to be bothered with little work, they didn’t even want to give an estimate being the car was previously painted. Highly suggest going elsewhere totally unprofessional and rude. State Farm should remove any businesses that refuse work on the insurance companies policy. Thank you for your time
