We recently hosted a birthday party at Build-a-bear and I cant possibly say enough nice things. Everyone was so great and the kids had such a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun option to celebrate.

I visited Build A Bear a few weeks ago and my granbaby loved! She found the character that she wanted &by the time we were finished I spent plenty of money! Its a fun place but expensive.

Stuffed animals you can dress like children. My kids love it. They are looking forward to Animal Crossing.

Great customer service. Only reason I marked it as 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were out of the item we had originally planned to purchase.

Great birthday club prices. Wait for a sale or deal on other items. You can order an unstuffed bear online, which may be less expensive. Then take it to the store to get stuffed. Clearly marked social distancing signs. Hand sanitizer at the checkout.

Small store but kind helpful staff.

To bad that the stuffed animals to be, all a indirect commercial for Rollings(Harry Potter) and Co. are. Wonder what the earnings are..

So much fun for kids

Just so sad with covid the kids cant step on the thing that puts stuffing in the bears. I know it sounds like a petty complaint but my 3 yr old loves it. Otherwise its the same old great BAB you love.

Always enjoy this store. Due to Covid restrictions, there is a limit on patrons in the store at one time. Also, they require you to sanitize your hands before entering.

I recently went there for the first time last Saturday I took my daughter there and she had one of the best experiences I love the way they interact with the kids make them feel special make them make a wish and my daughter loves her bear its a very cool experience to taking kids especially if shes a little girl and love stuffed animals although theres a section for boys to thanks Build-A-Bear and for anyone else I would highly recommend this please

This trip was a surprise for my little lady, and the associates were Awesome. This location is usually crowded on a Saturday and today was no different but the energy was warm from entering to checking out they just made the experience and spending $75 for 1 bunny and her diva outfit.My lil Mamas is shy and the associate picked up on it and talked to her and made her so much more comfortable. So of course well be returning real soon.

Such a cheery place to visit. Looks like theyre a nice company to work for because the employees all seem so nice and pleasant, like they enjoy their job. How rare is that these days?!?! I love how the parents were taking pics of their kids as they were so excited for this experience. These employees make it happen. Magic to the young-at- heart!! I didnt buy there, but thoroughly enjoyed watching so much happiness. Priceless these days. Need a smile? GO THERE!!

Great place to take my kids to get gifts

Great place for birthday parties!! The prices are a bit high, but kids have lots of fun making the bears and picking outfits.(Not all of them are bears.... :) but... what can I say?)

Great experience. Got a great deal on clearance items. BO item at a discount and GO free. There was only one person working, so I had to wait a long time while two young children were getting their bears stuffed and playing with several of the voice /song devices. But, then, a second person arrived after 15 minutes and rang up my purchase.

Friendly staff wonderful experience

It was my daughters 10th birthday and they were super nice and awesome. They gave her a birthday crown for the whole party and even helped her find good clothes for her build-a-bear. I love this place!!

Fun experience and the staff is quite nice.

Took my daughter here for her birthday to build a bear. Had a great deal on the dogs/cats due to a partnership with a charity organization. The associates working here did a great job making it a fun experience for my daughter.

Took my youngest grandson to get his first bear for his first birthday. The lady was super nice and very patient with him as he looked around for his new stuffed toy. He picked a dinosaur and sleep with him close by.

My daughter loves Build-a-Bear. We have visited for her 5th and 6th birthday. So it has now become our birthday tradition. She just went last night and cannot stop talking about how much fun it was. The employees at the Christiana Mall location are so helpful and great with kids. A little expensive on a regular basis but for special occasions its the perfect place!

Fantastic the staff is very friendly. My son had a great time making his bear. they have a thing where if you take a child there for the birthday the bear coast is how ever old they are.*we payed $2.00 for the bear**

Awesome. Fantastic. Super Fun. A great experience picking out our personal bear, stuffing him, giving him a heart, a name then an outfit. The staff are wonderful and personalize your entire experience from beginning to end. Looking forward to adding a holiday edition.

Everyone is always super friendly here whether Im going in to actually build a bear the small child or just shopping around for various odds and ends for ideas for gifts... Or admittedly, clothes for the cat since hell them and BAB clothes fit him perfectly hahaha. Great location.

My daughter chose to have Build A Bear as her main Birthday present! We arrived and we welcomed warmly and asked if we were celebrating anything! They have my daughter a Birthday name sticker and my other two sons cute BAB stickers. We were not rushed and she had a great time!

Bought a simba and just cant wait to be king song for my grandson as a gift. The employees were great and very nice. It was a great experience thank you build a bear employees my grandson will be very happy

This was my first time being at build a bear. I only needed two military suits the representative was extremely nice in showing me where they were.

Nor many selections on the stuffed animals

Kaylah was super sweet. She made the experience a one in a million. What I couldnt afford was totally affordable with her help.

Every time I go there I get wonderful service!

People here are really nice but I cant get over the fact i spent $60 on a teddy bear. Good for special occasions but not a frequent flyer here by any means.

My daughter had her 8th birthday party here. All the employees were great. Emily was our party leader and she was amazing with the kids. All the kids were happy and so was I.

We love going to build a bear always have a great time its not just Bears either they have dogs cats they have the football ones no its some kind of deal going on in the workers there are really nice and friendly and Ive never had a bad experience at Build-A-Bear Ive always had a great experience

Great store..only gave 4 stars because the lack of selection my grandkids wanted..example they have a Rapunzel dress for the bear but no Rapunzel voice to add to it.

I didnt like that the woman working kept upselling my step-daughter with everything she could. Not once did she look at me or my fiance or ask us if it was ok to ask my step daughter about the purchase.

Went here to buy a gift for a little girl and the sales lady said she wasnt going to sell me the bear unless I kissed the heart and made a wish. Embarrassing being a guy but I obliged and kissed it so I could go on my way.

Closed at 5pm on Thursday for pay your age day...i drove 40 mins with my kid and he was so disapppinted. 2 stars because at least they gave a coupon.
