I am thrilled and delighted to have this authentic Moroccan woven market basket which is large and beautifully crafted. The woven accent of Berber fabric is interesting and lends an additional beauty to this treasure. It was securely packed and delivered exactly when predicted.

I always try and support fair-trade when I can. This is a great place to find some exotic flavor for my home and find special and unique gifts for friends and family. The holidays are around the corner so I will have to stop by soon. There are also no high pressure sales tactics which I really appreciate.

I love this store so much. They used to be in Mountain View, but unfortunately they moved to Newark. Even though the store is a little far for me now, but I will still go there because they have a unique handmade Morrocan home goods that you can not find anywhere else. I bought two poufs from here & they look beautiful and comfy too. The owner Katia is a wonderful person. She was so helpful.

What a gem of a place in our neighborhood! They mostly do shipping online but they have a store to come look and buy in person, and the owner gives an authentic morrocan and very personal experience that one can only get one to one, just like old times. They are available online on Amazon and Wayfair etc., but I’m so blessed to have found this place close by to get back into authentic Moroccoan food and culture I was missing for sometime.

Lovely store with Moroccan home and decorative goods, as well as Moroccan and Spanish food. The staff has been lovely to me as well as my little ones.And really, there arent many places you can walk out with Bomba rice and Spanish chorizo!

Many thanks to Katia (and team) for an outstanding job. Being a north african myself made the experience all the more exciting and fun. The food, music and overall ambiance were exceptional and thoroughly enjoyable by all (my colleagues and myself from Morpho Detection). Thanks again for so generously sharing a small piece of a rich heritage and for being a great ambassador.

Our company, Morpho Detection, was hosted by Katia and her assistants at the Casablanca market, where we all learned how to cook some excellent Moroccan dishes. Katia was was a very good (and patient!) mentor for us all and gave us some useful tips on how to get authentic ingredients and flavors into the food. After preparing the dishes we had a wonderful dinner to enjoy the fruits of our efforts. It was a great experience!Dave
