Purchased a laptop from newegg, which was fulfilled by ITRenewDirect. When the laptop came I was very happy, it was in great shape, no scratches, dents or visible wear. Everything was great until I turned it on! It gave me a fan error and shut itself down. Not Great!My advice folks, You should test your products before sending them out to a customer!

Bought a phone from them, has touch screen problems from day one. need a phone so didnt return it. And the phone starts to hang up my calls randomly after 30 days. trying to contact them, no luck.

Purchased computers from itrenewdirect. One of the computers crashed and I have been trying to contact the company for 2 months by phone and email with not luck. I bought a warranty on the computer but obviously the company will not honor it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
