Went there based on a recommendation from someone who highly recommended them. Brought a pair is sneakers and jeans to get air brushed. Spoke to an older guy who was very nice and explained what he thought would and wouldn’t work based on what my 13 yr old wanted. Decided to just get the sneakers done. Explained exactly what we were looking for and he drew it up on a sheet of paper. That was on Saturday 4/10 and we were told it would be ready by Wednesday (4/14). We expressed that it was needed before Saturday (4/17) and was assured it would be done. Called on Tuesday was on hold for a total of 40 mins (20 mins each call) because they were busy. Went on Wednesday and was told they were not done. They asked me to come back the next day but said Friday would be better so they can dry etc etc. Was told to call the number to check 1st before coming. Called Friday and was told oh you can’t pick them up until 6:30. Get there about 630/640 and they still weren’t done. Waited 20 mins. When we saw them they didn’t look like what we asked. Didn’t have time to really discuss because we were in a rush to get to another store before it closed plus they were closing at 7.Went back today (4/17) after the event we needed them for. Explained to the guy that what we got was not what we paid for. He was very uninterested and didn’t really care. Had an oh well attitude and didn’t really care about his customer not being satisfied with the work. We explained to him what we asked for. We asked if what was on it can be removed and what other options. Again he was basically matter of fact oh well. He went on to say what you got should have cost you more and if I had wrote it I would have charged differently. Then he was like well you have to leave it for a week because I’m busy with another order and there really isn’t much that can be done. At 1st I was going to leave it but then my 13 year old was like nevermind because he is bringing up price ( a price they quoted us I didn’t indicate that I wanted something done for a specific price) and doesn’t seem interested. So we left. 1and done!

Decent place, not as precise on when things will be done to be picked up but other than that ok, its in the back of a shared jewelry store I guess

I live in SC an could get custom gear but Lou is the best when it comes to perfection and freestyling so I wait an get all my stuff custom when I touch down In the Brickz. His team is dedicated usually over worked but still get the job done #IonKnoAnotherThatCouldCoverForHim I used a black and white picture.

The shirt came out nice, but the cashier/ artist was flippant and when I came to pick up the shirt it wasnt ready. I stressed the time I needed it when I ordered it, but as I said the cashier cared more about looking cool, then ensuring my shirt was done on time.

Stand clear of this place! Very unprofessional and give misleading information. They ruined my event! I have been in contact with them since Thursday of last week and was giving different information each time. I reached out again on Monday and was told a definate price. I went in this morning and was told that it isn’t cost effective to print the shirts at the rate quoted to me from their own employee. This is the day before my event!!!! Now i am left without marketing materials for a very i organ event!I will highly NOT recommend this place! They rather do 1 shirt for 10 dollars versus 6 for 36 dollars. I will let that sit right there.Spend your money where you can get the service and value to back your buck.

Ive always had a good experience making business here. Professional and courteous employees. They really work with you to get what you want. Ive never had them mess up any of my orders. I actually mad a mistake and ordered something wrong and they fixed it for me without hesitation. VERY IMPORTANT!!--- QUALITY IS GREAT. I have washed my shirts repeatedly and have no cracks in the image on my shirts no shrinkage and no fading. One of my shirts I have owned for 2 years now. Will continue to come here. ThanksI

The customer service sucked...they were supposed to have my shirt ready the same day but I gave them till the next day to pick it up. I went at noon...they said 20 min....almost a hour went past and they bring me my shirt. It wasnt the colors I asked for and got no explanation on why they didnt have it ready. I will no longer go back to that place.

Very unprofessional and didn’t do shirts as requested ordered 4 shirts same wording just diff photos he placed the wrong photo on one shirt and said couldn’t fit wording but wrote exactly what we wanted on another shirt. It’s not that hard, this shop was very lazy. Will never give them business again.
