Horrible service. Slow cashiers in the front or only one cashier. No smiling associates. Pharmacy?! What about it! I’m sitting in the car in the drive up as I write this with two kids in the car... one with an ear infection. Rang the bell three times. It’s been 15 minutes and not even a hello we will be with you. And yes the bell works because I can hear it.

I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get a prescription transferred over to another pharmacy. Prior to my calling in another pharmacist was on hold trying to reach them for 15 minutes. And prior to that I was physically in this pharmacy and even then phone calls weren’t being answered. I can only imagine what individuals with pressing medical questions have to endure... Stay far away from this place, transfer your prescriptions to somewhere else where they can decently multitask and micromanage their responsibilities...

Girls at the pharmacy have absolutely no customer service skills. None. Zero. They roll their eyes to their customers right in front of their face. They have a massive attitude for anything. Horrible horrible horrible. The only reason they still act like that is because this specific establishment allows them to act like that. Really horrible that they think it’s ok to treat people like that. Zero professionalism on their part.

This store has a lot of products for picking up things in a hurry. It is clean, the hours are good, and the prices are fair. They also have weekly sales that save you money, and if you sign up for their card, you can save even more. They have great parking which is a big plus in this area.I stop here once a week,at least, for the sales..

Recently moved to the area and this CVS Pharmacy is the closest to my home. I have given them three opportunities to get it right, needless to say they WILL not be my pharmacy of choice. I have used CVS all over the country and have been very satisfied. This location on Chestnut street is the WORSE. It’s unfortunate that I will have to travel out of my way to get the superior service I am accustomed to.

The woman pharmacist had a very nasty attitude. Completely under staff, never saw a pharmacy make a patient wait more then a whole hour for prescriptions. There s also a too much misunderstanding and tension going on between the workers. Above all the pharmacy is very old and the carpets incredibly dirty.

People at the pharmacy are very ignorant. In particular the pharmacist. She is very rude! They are all over the place. They refill customers medication without asking them if they want it. Therefore, they have so many medication that they dont have where to put them. As a result, they always have a hard time finding your medication. I waited for my medication for 30 minutes, and they still couldnt find it. After I got home, they called me to let me know that they had found it. I would give a 0 star if possible.

Please be very careful while at this pharmacy.I am only giving this one star because I have to in order to leave a review. Let me start by saying that for the past few years I have been going to this cvs due to the proximity to where I live. I have never really had an issue with the exception of panhandlers outside begging for money from every costumer who walks by. However, today was a little different and the reason for me writing a review. I did call the cvs hotline, but they were asking for my full name and phone number and address for which I do not feel comfortable doing. My husband went to the store for me to buy me some medicine as I have I very bad sinus infection. I needed Advil cold and sinus from the pharmacy. The one that contains pseudophedrine. This requires a government issued photo ID. They would not accept his passport. His passport has been accepted every where we fly. He was buying the smallest box they had because it is expensive. Another store employee offered to help with the ID. They shooed both him and my husband away with their hand (I was on FaceTime with him). They told him to get it from the shelf while being very nasty. Totally unprofessional. My husband put everything back, over $40 worth of baby things because our infant (3 month old) is also unwell. According to the fda.gov website all that is required to purchase such medication is a government issued photo id and nothing else. Perhaps because they were supposed to close in a few minutes they didn’t want to be bothered. I might also add that the pharmacy tech that was behind the counter did not even understand what he was asking for. I’ve read other reviews about this particular pharmacy issuing the wrong medications to patients. I find this very disturbing that they are a representative of the cvs company and did not even want to help at all. Maybe they need sensitivity training or customer service training. They were very rude and disrespectful. I believe customer service is a lost skill. How would they like it if someone treated them like they treated my husband? Needless to say we will not be returning to this cvs nor any other cvs. I truly hope that this issue is resolved. I thought cvs was about caring for their customers and their patients.

Stop letting homeless people, junkies and beggars harass patrons! Every time I drive up to get something from this location I turn around and get it at another store because there is at least 1 homeless person begging for money by the main entrance. The staff, manager, and security do NOTHING to ensure customers arent harrassed. Do NOT shop here if you want to have random homeless people asking for money and in some cases follow you to your car.
