Terrible customer service tonight. Woman taking our drink order was on her cell phone. Gentleman with the long tied back who made our drinks didnt make the right ones as there seemingly was miscommunication between the staff. When he delivered the original drinks he muttered too quickly what the drinks were. Which is fine, sometime we get in a hurry, but when we deciphered what he said we realized the drinks were wrong. When we asked about them we were confronted very rudely with an annoyed tone. Realizing he had to make one of the drinks over he took a nasty tone with the other staff member telling her she wrote down the wrong info on the cup. Once he completed our new drink he rudely placed it on the landing zone, walked away without saying a word. We even apologized for something that wasnt our fault and still got the cold shoulder. Ive been going to the eBar for years and this isnt the first time Ive seen this gentleman become rude with customers.

I went there on Sunday, April 11, the same person who was at the cash register prepared my mocha ice storm without using gloves or washing her hands. I wont come back.

Their latte is okay and they can’t draw any art on the top. 👎🏻 they should be trained on the drawing because latte is really about the look then the taste.

Had a Fabulous late lunch with a friend of mine. First time dining there. Impressed with wait staff and the food was amazing, prepared fresh and seasoned well. Alcoholic beverages were made well and the whole atmosphere was warm and inviting. Will be dining there more often in 2019.

Great experience! The food was absolutely phenomenal - got the pan seared chicken and the chef did an amazing job the dish! Server was incredibly friendly and on point. Sat at the bar, atmosphere was nice. Would definitely recommend!

Every time I visit they greet me by name. Typically you’d only ever see that service at a small mom and pop. I greatly appreciate the personalize service. They always know what I’d like and if there’s something new that’s similar to my taste, they never hesitate to recommend it. The team has always been kind and polite every time I visit. 👍👍

Walking into the e-bar is like walking into a friend’s home for coffe. The staff always makes me feel welcomed (even when the line is out the door). They quick and caring at the same time. They know me by name and are always excited to share what’s new in store. They make long days bearable before I even have my first coffee of the day! If you enjoy a good cup of coffee and being around people that brighten up your day, then the e-bar is the place to go!

Food is reasonable but I found that some of the ingredients could of been more fresh, so suggest if you get chicken, get it fried. I really liked the sandwiches Ive gotten there. Service sometimes could be better but reasonable.

Food and drinks are pricey but delicious. We usually go for lunch and always enjoy our food and service. I recommend the billionaire for a drink and the crispy chicken sandwich.

Nordstrom e-bar always has the freshest coffee. Great, quick and friendly service. I highly recommend it.

The baristas at the ebar are always welcoming, knowledgeable, and upbeat. You never have to wait long for coffee, and the coffee itself is quite good. The only thing that would make this shop better would be to introduce apple pay and android pay.

The Baristas are always friendly and super knowledgeable about all things coffee! It’s a really great place with hands down the best esprosso in the area. Definitely recommend!!

Average coffee. If you want an average coffee, save yourself the trip and go to one of the many average places nearby.

I was looking forward to having lunch at this place, as it has showed up on my search as having good food. My experience however was very underwhelming. I tasted four different items on the menu and all were bland. The only good thing here was that the Wait staff was friendly and polite. Calamari was extremely tasteless, the flat iron steak had no flavor whats so ever to talk about. The Roasted Salmon had no seasoning, the creamy carnaroli rice does taste ok, but the Salmon combination gets it an F grade. The Crab macaroni and cheese was dry and tastes like something overcooked in the microwave. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant. Get 2 stars for good customer service from wait staff.

Slow service and bellow average food.On a Friday afternoon with only 4 to 5 tables of guests, we had to wait 15 minutes before someone even attend us.Orderer medium-well stake but got an overly well-done one.Will not come again.

That only happens if you’re a regular, which I am at the EBar.The entire staff is friendly and even before becoming a regular, I always received prompt and friendly service. Coming from someone with 5+ years of barista experience, the staff knows what they’re doing, and even if the coffee beans are not QUITE up to my snobby 3rd-wave-cafe-frequenting standards, the drinks are uniformly well-prepared and served with a smile.I guess what I’m saying is I love the eBar. Go get you some. Hands down, better than Starbucks.

I love the Nordstrom eBar! The workers are always so friendly and take the time to know your name and reccommend drinks they’d think you’d like! Brian, Josh, Vee, (the rest of the team who hasn’t been there long enough to understand my pomegranate ice tea addiction) are all super wonderful to deal with and make me come back time after time. Service is always quick and perfect!

I dont understand the harsh reviews; this is not my experience as a regular customer over the last five or so years. The barristas are knowledgeble, personable, and quick to provide service. There are many different worldwide varieties of coffee, many teas and a wide variety of specialty drinks and ebar foods. For the fall/winter months pumpkin spice latte is my bellweather drink. This one beats all others, including the widely advertised cooffee bar. With all of the abailable variety if one drink doesnt work for you another one will.
