I usually get pizza here all the time, specifically the chicken bacon ranch pizza. The last few times it hasn’t been cooked all the way. I let someone know and I was rudely brushed off. So I stopped getting pizza for a while. I decided to try it again tonight and the person who answered the phone told me they couldn’t make a pizza tonight very rudely and without me finishing talking they just hung up on me. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I know this is not the way to treat your customers. I’m very disappointed.

Stopped by on Saturday 4-10-21 in the evening for a soft serve ice cream cone and milkshake and they were a little slow, but the young lady that made our shakes was so pleasant and helpful!! Also a young man assisted in her cashing us out while she made the shakes... thumbs up for the crew working that night

I love Byrne Dairy. I grew up in the Syracuse area so Im loyal to the brand. This location is a beautiful newer store. The employees though, leave so much to be desired. The staff are incredibly slow and dont acknowledge you. You wont be greeted. The cashier wont even tell you your total. One time I paid for my purchase and was waiting for my slice of pizza when i had to ask the employee to stop talking to her co-worker so i can get my food and leave (mind you there was a line behind me too)

I usually like this store but the ice cream cooler has been broken for weeks.

A female employee who works at the sandwhich and food prep area wears her mask below her nose, I dont know about you but I prefer her not breathing on my food. I took the manager aside to let him know and he acknowledged it wasnt being worn properly and would speak to her, which he did however she did not adjust her mask over her nose so much for that.

I was told today no I couldnt have my pizza put in the oven a few extra minutes to have crispy pepperoni even though last time I asked and they did it no problem. This place is getting so ridiculous and its always crowded at night with people just gathered in there like its a night club.

Great new store and location. Now if the employees could atleast say hello or acknowledge youre even at the register to give your money and business to them. Repeatedly have gone in and felt like a number to them. Could go anywhere and feel this way for lower prices. Step up your game. !!!

Best pizza Ive ever had.... no competition

I love where the store is . Its a tad pricey.Most staff is great, how ever some stuff is rude / lazy unhelpful to co staff and customers! The food is great .

Stopped in for the free ice cream cone which was very good and picked up the free eggs. Very nice store staffing was alittle slow but otherwise will return again

I went in with the grand opening coupon that allowed for me to get free icecream, and I was curious about checking out what the store had to offer... but was so annoyed because the icecream was completely freezer burned, covered in it, because apparently the freezer was broken. The guy working went on to tell me that the whole month that the store was opened (I was there the last day of the coupon/promotion), the freezer had been this way. So theyre advertising and sending out promotions for a product that they cant keep in supply of? I wont bother going there, if this is the way this stores managment conducts itself. I wait to pick up whatever I need at Fastrac in Clyde or elsewhere now.
