My time at this place was short but still worth every second, the employees met me at the door with a bottle of water and was there to help me if I needed it but they didnt hover over me as if I were gonna steal something. The clothes are up to date and nice priced for the brands. It was very clean and very organized. I definitely will be going there again and bringing my friends! 😊

On 4/10/21 I went to this store because I was told it was 1st come 1 st serve, 1 employee came to the door & Said WE ONLY HAVE KIDS SIZES BUT ME BEING NEXT IN LINE I went in and asked for my size.. the employee behind the counter said We dont have mens sizes... Then I explained I just seen two men walk out with those boxes in the bag the shoes come in.. So the manager tells me I need to Shop in his store more often to get Those kind of shoes! Every costumer I watched purchase the shoe I wanted was driving a high end vehicles wearing flashy jewelry seemed like those were the people that were catered to more than the ones that were standing in line since the store open.. I wouldnt recommend anyone shop there because of their dishonesty to potential customers...

Omg. I went to this store for the first time yesterday to buy my husband something for his bday. When I tell you Tahir provided my husband and, I with nothing but WORLD CLASS SERVICE. Professionalism was amazing. I felt like I was in Nordstroms when Tahir presented me with the beautiful bags along with the bottle of water. I was stunned to the fact that I had to buy something else. For this man to come from behind the register give my bag with the matching bottles of water I was thrown all the way back as I was not expecting this type of service in the city of Newark. Thank you Tahir for providing me and my husband with nothing but WORLD CLASS SERVICE. Your kindness will never EVER be forgotten and we will be back. I wish that other stores can use the professionalism from Woodstack in providing good customer service to there customers.

NOT just a shoes store...all the little things count, very spacious, great/ comfortable seating for u to sit and try on ur shoes, everything is organized, u get ur receipt tucked in a sleeve, you also get a chilled bottle of water with your purchase.

Be very careful shopping at this location!!!!!Not because of the location or the local residents. Staff members are extremely dangerous they will assault you and spit in youre face as the head of security did to me. I just left the hospital after this mornings release with a bruised back neck and left arm my lawyer in not only working on pressing charges against the security guard but tacking legal action against the whole store. No one should ever be humiliated or hurt the way i was. Especially after spending 14hrs camping and 150 of my hard earnd money. All i can say is thank good for camera phones.
