ALWAYS love coming to this Target. I get everything I order when doing drive up, always find what I need when Im there, get the best prices (especially when using my Red Card to get my additional 5%) and love this one black young lady who is the sweetest in the world. I dropped a Starbucks beverage from the cooler and she helped me quickly with no issues. Im always thrilled to see her in the mornings when I shop.

Great location right within Christiana Mall. Makes it convenient to shop groceries while shopping around the mall. The mall’s cafeteria has awesome food and right outside there’s a Costco to compliment. This is by far the most complete mall experience in my opinion.

Target is located conveniently at the mall. I was there and needed to get a tomato for dinner was so much easier than driving somewhere else. I was able to pick up the tomato, mouth wash, but was disappointed the Perrier Pineapple was not on the shelf :(

This target location has it all! This is a huge target that is loaded with food, toys, games, electronics, and more! There are also many small restaurants inside the store. very clean. staff is friendly. this target also has the famous popcorn! Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant experience shopping for belts, and khaki shorts at this location. The fitting room staff was very professional and gave me his honest opinion on how the apparel appeared on me. Furthermore, this store is all too conveniently located near a Trader Joes.

I usually shop at Walmart but I was so happy when Target moved to Kirkwood HWY in Wilmington DE. So I started going there weekly, however I purchased a printer that was not good so I called the store and let them know that I had purchase a printer and I still had the receipt but I got rid of the box and I do not want my money back I would just like to purchase a more quality printer they told me NO because I did not have the box. At first I was just going to go back to Walmart because I never had a issue with a return with a receipt. However, I decided to call other targets and see what they would do because I was loving Target by now. I contacted Target in Christiana De and I am so happy I did. I spoke with Genesis and she was so helpful and nice. She checked with her manager to see what options would be available for me being that I did not purchase it from their store and the store I purchased it told me NO so when she came back she stated that they would take it back and do an exchange as long as I had the receipt and I did. I walked right in and exchange the product with no problem. I am so happy that Genesis was working and willing to go above and beyond to assist me. I am going to shop at Christiana every chance I can even though I live closer to the other two Targets. Well I am happy so thank you for a GREAT Customer Experience....

Nice clean environment friendly employees a good selection of different products at different price levels

If you’re receiving a gift card for spending a certain amount make sure you are receiving it. Cashier told us the amount was taken off our current purchase and it wasn’t. When we called it out she gave us a giftcard and when we went to go use it on our next visit there wasn’t anything on it.

It was ready in 46 minutes and it was easy to use with the app

NEVER BUY A VISA FROM THIS PLACE it is completly awful the card never works so unless you want to be scammed dont buy a visa

This is by far the best target I have ever been to. The staff was really nice and I always find what I need. One critique would be keeping up with the bathrooms on a busy day. Other than that I couldn’t be happier to shop at this Target!

This place is open till late in the evening and has good option to get things you need. I visit this store often and dont get disappointed. You can get from Milk to Mic. Has something for for everyone.

Target staffs are friendly and helpful. The stores are usually clean and well-organized. There are so many deals and cartwheels.

I was getting a suit for my grandson. The person who bagged the suit stuffed it into the bag. It was terribly wrinkled by the time I picked it up and got it home. I will need to have it steamed to get all the wrinkles out of the jacket and pants. Unacceptable!

A very good place for shopping and well organized. I liked the Target iOS App where you can search for the product you look for and it tells you where you can find it in the store, each section had a number so its easy to find that product.Also self checkout is really easy.

Five stars for the quality of care that the employees have for the customers. They are all friendly and extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Its not their fault that the prices of things there are higher then everywhere else. I was a little disappointed that I couldnt find the price that I wanted for an item that I wanted which was one of those phone mounts that has a section cup and arm that you stick it to the windshield so your phone can be held up above your dashboard. Only four stars because the prices are higher than other stores. The store is huge and is very well lit with a lot of employees all over the place. This location is at the mall and I dont know much about this store because I dont shop there because I dont like going to the Christiana Mall for any reason. They did not have insulated bags or spotlights like I wanted. Well actually, they did have spotlights but they too were well overpriced so I did not buy any and will look elsewhere. I hope the new Target store thats going in at prices corner isnt going to have the same crazy high prices like they do at Christiana. I just wont shop there if they do.

We were there this evening January 15th 2021 at 10:05 we spent $225 and we were going to buy some more and a few minutes that you do you were left open but youre great security rent-a-cop guy looked at me and said were closed so you might as well take what you got and go Now. And not to anyone else just us 42 year old man with three children and its 42 or 41 year wife.so everyone else in the store was able to go and just walk around and still walk in as we were told to leave so will be returning your stuff promptly at eight a.m. today

Order some things to pick up for my grandsons birthday.. I got an email that all items werent available. I went and got the available items and then went to toy department to find something else. I found the exact item that was unavailable, 3 of them,, just like website said only difference was it cost more at store for some unknown reason Still bought it, but felt like it was a bait and switch.

On multiple occasions I have driven to Target or did an online purchase to be picked up in the store to purchase bookshelves that I need for my home office. Delivery to home was not an online option. I would check the instock option online and then add to my cart for pick up only to have my order cancelled prior to arriving or I would arrive at a store location only to find the instock count was inaccurate. Today was no different, we had a store associate check the back because her device was telling they have 4 in stock. Only one on the floor. No luck. We went to purchase the one that was found and the cashier, Tayla from Christiana Store in DE, politely asked if we found everything. We explained our situation and she did everything she could to assist us. Her device was telling her 8 were in stock and when another store associate came over, his device said 12 were instock. Tayla was not satisfied with us leaving with only one, so contacted another Target location close by. They happened to have 3 in stock. We are on our way to pick up now. Tayla went WAY above and beyond our expectations. She helped in the 2 week long hunt to find these shelves. And was incredibly pleasant. Please acknowledge this young lady in some manner. She is exactly the type of employee every employer should be looking for. Thank you Tayla!

Two employees at Target (Christiana Mall, Delaware) were so terrific today, on a busy Saturday during a pandemic. Donna in Customer Service/Returns greeted each customer with authentic cheerfulness. She was so nice and efficient. What a treat. Elvy, our cashier, was great, too. Maybe the world is learning customer service anew--these 2 folks are great representatives of Target.

I was shopping to find some clothes to wear to my brother-in-laws funeral. The Target personnel was very helpful with my selection. She was very helpful, and I was able to get in and out quickly which was important to me with all of the events in my family.

I love Target and I rarely have any issues to be honest. I dont usually do the Drive Up but I did one yesterday and it was actually pleasant and easy.

Unlike other targets, not enough payment counters. Quite small. Rest is fine. One thing I like that is unique, is that all the clearence sections are in a single file

I absolutely love Target. This is the target I frequent. It’s neat and clean, however nothing is ever in stock. There is hardly anyone to assist, but it’s above Walmart so I continue to shop. I would rather they had more of the everyday items in stock. I love the new makeover they did to upgrade the store.

Just an overall great experience. It was quick and easy and I didnt have to get my son out and go shopping.

Very nice target, well stocked. Bought a tv which, to be honest, was too big for my car. A very nice associcte named Jared helped get it into my car.

The employees here are rude and unprofessional. 3 of the last 4 times here i have been over charged or items rand up multiple times.When asked for clarification they refuse and then send you over to customer service.The employees use the handicap stalls of the restrooms as phone booths. Most recently one of the women pushed past me with my kids in tow so she could answer her phone. Im disgusted.

Never buy any furniture from Target ever!!! Extremely cheap materials that fall apart before you can even use it. Youre better off going to IKEA. $200 desk and its held together by bits of cheap plastic that snap in half, instead of nails and screws, so when the plastic connectors break, the whole thing doesnt fit together. A 3 year old could have designed better furniture

The reps in returns and exchanges handled my defective exchange with extreme professionalism. Tina even walked me back to electronics to pick out my exchange. When she rang me up the price went up from when I originally purchased the product and with haste she adjusted to the sale amount. Perfect example of exceptional customer service the reason I shop at Target and will continue to shop there.

Imagine being on the frontline of a pandemic and being followed around a store like youre a criminal.A couple days before Thanksgiving a took my neice shopping. While in the baby aisle, a swarm of customer service representatives basically bullied me out of the aisle, acting as if they were organizing the area when they were really watching me. No one gave any type of customer service, instead they were so cold hearted, I bought what I had in hand and left immediately.Target has most definitely lost a customer.I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Target - Christiana. I will be notifying corporate and the better business bureau.

I wasted an hour yesterday trying to buy a new iPhone with my new debit Red Card. Because the clerks computer kept failing to manage the registration information, it took three tries. When it came time to pay with my new Red Card, the transaction was declined. I called the number given me on the decline ticket and was told I needed a history of purchases going through my bank before I could buy a high-value item. Target had no way to verify that I had enough money in my bank account to cover the charge. Neither the clerk nor the associate that signed me up for a debit red card was aware of my not being able to make a high-value purchase with my Red Card. I made a small purchase and today it cleared in my bank account, so I called the same number today and was told it might take three weeks of regular purchases before I could buy the iPhone. Additionally, the agent on the phone had a strong accent and spoke very rapidly, so I had to get him to repeat everything. I have no objection to foreign customer service agents, but they need to speak slowly and clearly enough to be understood.This is an addition 3 days later. I went to Target to buy some groceries and get some history, as I was told I had to do. I was please that I found all the groceries I wanted, though not all the varieties I prefer. Still, Check out with my temporary Red Card went fine, and I stopped to get a Starbucks. The cashier tried to scan my temp card, several different ways, but no dice. There are a lot of glitches in this Red Card business. Will Target ever address them?

You have to catch this Target on the right day to have things in stock. Otherwise its organized.My review is more about the store security that always follows me around. When I check out theres always some muscle girl at the door. Im not a thief. I shop there frequently.

How can a business offer curbside pickup when they dont have... curbside pickup? Been waiting in line for over 30 minutes for an order already paid for online. It would have taken much less time grabbing it off the shelf and self checkout.

Im always impressed at how well the store is maintained. Always clean and organized. On my most recent trip I was assisted by Erin at the guest service desk and I couldnt be happier. She was very polite and went above and beyond to help me. The rest of the employees are also so friendly. One of if not the best target I go to!! Cashiers do not have good customer relations experience. During this time of Covid we all are aware of social distancing rules. The cashier in the lane next to where I was standing in line yelled at Everyone to move away from her which was clearly more than 8 feet away already. Very rude way of speaking to customers and she should ask her manager to place her in an area where she does not feel in danger so she won’t embarrass customers. After a pleasant shopping experience that was the last thing I will take away from trip to Target. Won’t go back anytime soon.

EASY FINDING THE PRODUCT

I love it there. I can always find good quality items. All the stuff is cute and I just want to buy it all. Im never going to stop going to Target.

It was very easy to place my order on line. It was ready for pickup approximately 15 minutes after the order was placed. Once my order was verified when I arrived at the store I only had a 5 minute wait for my item to come from the back. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and efficient.

When the web site says they open at 8 they lie ! I’m all about Covid preparation and cleanliness but you should let your customers know that the store is in fact not open to all customers at 8 am.

I had a great experience with all other employees including the employee at my register. I did have an issue with a senior member who came over to help but was not listening to me and what I wanted and was pushing me to use the app even though I had explained I did not have it. I later tried to discuss how she made me feel and told me what I wanted and what was better for me was wrong and her way was correct. She was very passive aggressive, did not listen to me and my needs as a customer, and ruined my shopping experience.

Good products and very good prices

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have faithfully been shopping at the Christiana Target almost every week for 3 years now. The customer service has gone down and the bathrooms are disgusting. The front end cashier and the front end “manager” tonight were rude and acting as if I was bothering them when I questioned a gift card offer for diapers. The company may have remodeled the store but without treating guests with respect and providing clean restrooms, you will lose more than just my business.

Great place! Some things are a bit expensive. They have a lot of cute stuff in the area near the door. I always like to look through there. Love their planners too! Might not be the best quality, but its cheap and it works! We usually do our school supply shopping at Target or Walmart.

There is a wide selection of the stuff you want or need. America needs a good variety store and Target is my goto.

They really need to stock up on the essentials! Its been 2 months!! Trying to get antibacterial wipes, soap and toilet paper and I cant find any online or in stores! Its like they are no longer stocking on these essentials items! They should also save some essential items for their loyal RedCard members!

I just ran in here for hair products (this was before covid btw). The store was a mess. Items were out of place, dirty floor. Guess its not surprising because this Target is attached to a gigantic mall, so large groups of people frequently go in and out, but at the same time, management should still put effort into having a presentable store. It didnt look any different from Walmart to tell you the truth 😒 Please work harder to clean and keep items organized!

Target had inventory whereas neighboring Walmart said they did but did NOT. Target was convenient, fairly priced, and fairly quick at pick-up.

This location is in need of improvement especially Pizza Hut few times I visited they never have pizza or pasta or it’s a await and always one person working and many times I have came to buy bottles of water and shelves and empty on many occasions and when going to check out cashiers never no the sales always have to wait for another associate to go and look for the sale sign on the floor now I make sure I take a pic of the sale sign to avoid the wait

I can usually find almost everything I need quickly, and the whole shopping experience is great. The store staff from the floor to checkouts to pharmacy to snacks to Starbucks are all really helpful and I can get in and out fast.
