Customer service is the worst!! They shouldnt be left alone without a manager if they dont have authority to give a refund for a difficult item. They tell you to come back and speak to a manager, but know, by the time you get to do that, your time will be over for a refund!! Its a scam. You cant try things on so they dont want to refund your money anyway!! It doesnt matter if youre a good customer or not.

Will no longer be giving my money to this location. The hours say the place closes at 7:30pm yet I got here at 7:00pm and the Spanish lady literally saw me walking towards the door and quickly locked the door in front of my face and turned away. I seen there were People inside still too. As she was letting them out I told her I wanted to return something as this is the final day to return and she shook her head saying no we open again tomorrow @ 10am and locked back the door and walked away. Rude and disgusting. I can’t believe they have a person like this manning the door. (*also want to note that I drove all the way from CONNECTICUT to catch the store before it closes*)

They need to post the hours of the store on the window. Also the ladies need to be more friendly.

Ive never heard of an easy pickins before, Im from upstate New York & I figured Id give it a try one day. As soon as I walked into the store I was amazed at the size & the different verity of up to date/in style cloths they carried. I walked out with 5 outfits & I was very pleased, so pleased I returned two days later lol.

Weird smell in this store and I rarely find anything I like. The dressing rooms need some tlc and staff should be available to assist.

Usually find what I’m looking for at a great price but the store is not clean and the staff is not that friendly,are never dressed appropriately and lack people skills.The dressing could use some washing of the curtains and the walls are screaming for paint.

This location is not the best store they have. When you enter it smell like old clothes. Besides that they have some damages items on the selling racks

False advertisement of the store hours today is Friday 8/16/19 says 930am to 10pm online I just went to pull on the doors at @ 9:48am and it’s still closed and two workers just casually strolled to the door opened the door with the key when asked about the time they just closed the door back behind them such a shame on the staff
